By analyzing and studying the deduced theory of the surrounding plastic zone in the circular mining roadway, it is found that the radius of the surrounding plastic zone in the roadway considering the influence of mining coefficient can be divided into two stages: In the first stage, when the mining coefficient is small, the radius of the plastic zone is less sensitive to the mining coefficient, and the process increases linearly with the gradual increase of the mining coefficient. In the second stage, when the mining coefficient increases to a certain extent, the sensitivity of the radius of the plastic zone to the mining coefficient increases rapidly, and the non-linearity increases rapidly with the increase of the mining coefficient. With the gradual increase of the mining coefficient, the geometrical distribution morphology of the surrounding plastic zone of the roadway varies from circular to ellipse to round rectangle to butterfly, and the larger the mining coefficient, the more easily the surrounding rock is butterfly plastic zone, and the developmental dimension and range of the butterfly-leaf are larger. The growth of the buried depth of the roadway and the decrease of the cohesion and internal friction angle of the surrounding rock will lead to an increase in the radius of the plastic zone. With the rise of the mining coefficient, the sensitivity of the plastic zone radius to the buried depth of the roadway, cohesion and internal friction angle gradually enhanced. The butterfly plastic zone of the mining roadway has directional, and the butterfly-leaf will rotate to different degrees with the change of the principal stress direction of the surrounding rock of the roadway, When the maximum depth of butterfly-leaf plastic zone is located directly above the roof of roadway, the roof stability is the worst, and roof caving is easy to occur, thus, the support should be strengthened

<p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>Antibacterial activity is a novel function of high-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1). However, the functional site for this new effect is presently unknown.</p> <p>Methods and Results</p> <p>In this study, recombinant human HMGB1 A box and B box (rHMGB1 A box, rHMGB1 B box), recombinant human HMGB1 (rHMGB1) and the truncated C-terminal acidic tail mutant (tHMGB1) were prepared by the prokaryotic expression system. The C-terminal acidic tail (C peptide) was synthesized, which was composed of 30 amino acid residues. Antibacterial assays showed that both the full length rHMGB1 and the synthetic C peptide alone could efficiently inhibit bacteria proliferation, but rHMGB1 A box and B box, and tHMGB1 lacking the C-terminal acidic tail had no antibacterial function. These results suggest that C-terminal acidic tail is the key region for the antibacterial activity of HMGB1. Furthermore, we prepared eleven different deleted mutants lacking several amino acid residues in C-terminal acidic tail of HMGB1. Antibacterial assays of these mutants demonstrate that the amino acid residues 201-205 in C-terminal acidic tail region is the core functional site for the antibacterial activity of the molecule.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>In sum, these results define the key region and the crucial site in HMGB1 for its antibacterial function, which is helpful to illustrating the antibacterial mechanisms of HMGB1.</p

AbstractThis research focuses on topic of e-learning of Xiao-zhuan through digital Embodied games as a brand new way of creative learning method for Xiao-zhuan. TAM, Technology Acceptance Model, is the methodology in this research. Theory of perceived playfulness is also adopted to analyze the learning of Xiao-zhuan. Subjects in this research are 45 sophomores of the Department of Chinese Literature in National Taiwan Normal University. This research adopts questionnaire survey method, then refers to students’ paper scores on the test. The results of this research are as follows: Firstly, “Perceived Usefulness” has the significant influence on “Learning Effectiveness” and “Attitude toward Using the Embodied games”. Secondly, “Perceived Ease of Use” has the influence on “Perceived Playfulness”. Thirdly, “Perceived Playfulness” has the significant influence on “Attitude toward Using the Embodied games”
