    La presente investigación titulada “Relación entre el Liderazgo Transformacional y el Desempeño Docente de Instituciones Educativas Publicas del Nivel Inicial del Distrito de Comas, de la UGEL 04 de Lima, año 2013, ha tenido como problema general: ¿Cuál es la relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y el desempeño docente en las instituciones educativas públicas nivel inicial del distrito de Comas de la UGEL 04 de Lima, año 2013? Así como Objetivo General: Determinar en qué medida el Liderazgo Transformacional se relaciona con en el mejoramiento del Desempeño Docente de las Instituciones Educativas Públicas Nivel Inicial del Distrito de Comas de la UGEL 04 de Lima. En cuanto a la metodología podemos señalar que según la tipología señalada por la Escuela de Postgrado de la Universidad César Vallejo (EPG.UCV), la presente investigación es de tipo descriptiva – correlacional. La muestra ha estado conformada por las IIEE, que participan en el proyecto Jugando Aprendo II de FONDEP; como instrumento de la investigación se aplicaron Encuesta tipo cuestionario y Ficha de autoevaluación para valorar el trabajo de las Docentes de aula. Como conclusiones tenemos que el Liderazgo Transformacional está relacionado directamente y positivamente con el desempeño docente, según la correlación de Spearman de 0.896, representando ésta una aceptable asociación de las variables y siendo altamente significativo. Además, según la prueba de la independencia (Chi-cuadrado: 292.365 ***p < .000) altamente significativo, es decir, si el Liderazgo Transformacional es adecuado entonces se relacionará positivamente en el mejoramiento del Desempeño Docente de las Instituciones Educativas Públicas Nivel Inicial del Distrito de Comas de la UGEL 04 de Lima.     The Module-0 Demonstrator is a single-phase 600 kg liquid argon time projection chamber operated as a prototype for the DUNE liquid argon near detector. Based on the ArgonCube design concept, Module-0 features a novel 80k-channel pixelated charge readout and advanced high-coverage photon detection system. In this paper, we present an analysis of an eight-day data set consisting of 25 million cosmic ray events collected in the spring of 2021. We use this sample to demonstrate the imaging performance of the charge and light readout systems as well as the signal correlations between the two. We also report argon purity and detector uniformity measurements, and provide comparisons to detector simulations
