The Direct Satellite Remote Sensing and the Settlement of Disputes

Una de las actividades comerciales espaciales es la teledetección satelital, en este ámbito actúan frecuentemente Estados, organizaciones internacionales y empresas privadas. En 1986, la Asamblea General de la ONU adoptó la Resolución Principios Relativos a la Teleobservación, mientras que en el año 2011, la Corte Permanente de Arbitraje de La Haya adoptó las “Reglas Opcionales para Arbitraje de Controversias, relativas con las actividades del espacio ultraterrestre”. Fundamentos que soportan el desarrollo del presente ensayo cuyo objetivo permite analizar si la Resolución de 1986 regula de manera adecuada las controversias que se plantean y aproximarnos brevemente a las Reglas Opcionales para Arbitraje adoptadas en el año 2011.One of the commercial space activities is the satellite remote sensing, in this area frequently act states, international organizations and private companies. In 1986, the ONU General Assembly adopted Resolution Principles Relating to Remote Sensing, while in 2011, the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague adopted the "Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes concerning the activities of the outer space". The Chinese Space Station in Patagonia: An Approach from International Law

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la cooperación internacional entre Argentina y China sobre la utilización de la estación espacial construida en la Patagonia, en el marco de una asociación estratégica integral. Se realiza un análisis documental, mediante la recolección de datos y una estrategia cualitativa basada en la inducción y deducción. Se concluye que los acuerdos que establecen la estación espacial en el marco de la asociación estratégica son tratados desiguales, de la misma naturaleza que los firmados por China en el siglo XIX y principios del XX.The objective of this article is to analyze the international cooperation between Argentina and China in relation to the use of the space station built in Patagonia, within the framework of a comprehensive strategic partnership. Documentary analysis is carried out by collecting data and implementing a qualitative strategy based on induction and deduction. Space activities and international responsability

En las actividades espaciales actúan Estados, Organizaciones Internacionales y empresas en condiciones de igualdad en el espacio ultraterrestre. Estas actividades involucran problemas de responsabilidad. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar brevemente el régimen de responsabilidad internacional a la vista de la normativa del Derecho Internacional del Espacio vigente y si brinda repuestas a la actual coyuntura internacional con los distintos actores intervinientes.States, International Organizations and corporations in conditions of equality in outer space have a relevant role in space activities.
