A técnica Socket shield na reabilitação oral de áreas estéticas através de implantes imediatos: uma revisão sistemática integrativa

INTRODUÇÃO: A reabilitação oral de zonas estéticas é de grande desafio, sendo os resultados afetados pela difícil preservação da anatomia óssea e da arquitetura dos tecidos moles, fatores essenciais para a manutenção da estética em reabilitações orais implanto-suportadas. Com foco na resolução destes aspetos críticos, foi desenvolvida uma nova técnica para colocação de implantes imediatos: a técnica Socket-Shield (SST). OBJETIVO: Analisar os resultados clínicos e a viabilidade da técnica SST, utilizada em conjunto com a colocação imediata de implantes, para entender a sua eficácia na reabilitação oral de áreas estéticas; também comparando com a técnica convencional. MATERIAS E MÉTODOS: Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica on-line utilizando as palavras-chave: “socket shield”; “dental implants”; “immediate implants”; “partial extraction”; “esthetic implant area”; “alveolar bone”. Neste trabalho foram incluídos 22 artigos datados de 2010 até 2022. RESULTADOS: A SST mostrou ótimos resultados na preservação do osso alveolar e da tábua óssea vestibular com um nível de perda de osso marginal muito baixo. Foi observada também uma ótima manutenção dos tecidos moles peri-implantares e foi relatada uma viabilidade a médio prazo comparável com a técnica convencional. DISCUSSÃO: Os resultados sugerem que a SST pode preservar eficazmente os tecidos peri-implantares duros e moles após a colocação imediata de implantes, de uma forma ainda melhor do que a técnica convencional. CONCLUSÃO: A SST não só é eficaz na reabilitação oral de áreas estéticas, más também consegue obter resultados clínicos melhores que a técnica convencional; todavia são precisos estudos com follow-up a longo prazo.INTRODUCTION: The oral rehabilitation of aesthetic areas is a great challenge, and the final results may be affected by the difficult preservation of bone anatomy and soft tissue architecture, which are essential factors for maintaining aesthetics in implant-supported oral rehabilitations. With these critical aspects in mind, a new technique for immediate implant placement was developed: the Socket-Shield technique (SST). OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical results and the viability of the SST, used in conjunction with the immediate implants placement, to understand its effectiveness in the oral rehabilitation of aesthetic areas; also comparing it with the conventional technique. MATERIALS AND METHODS: An online bibliographical research was carried out using the keywords: “socket shield”; “dental implants”; “immediate implants”; “partial extraction”; “esthetic implant area”; “alveolar bone”. In this work were included 22 articles dated from 2010 to 2022. RESULTS: SST showed excellent results in preserving the alveolar bone and buccal bone plate with a very low level of marginal bone loss. Optimal maintenance of peri-implant soft tissues was also observed and medium-term viability comparable to the conventional technique was reported. DISCUSSION: The results suggest that SST can effectively preserve peri-implant hard and soft tissues after immediate implant placement, even better than the conventional technique. CONCLUSION: SST is not only effective in the oral rehabilitation of aesthetic areas, but it also manages to obtain better clinical results than the conventional technique; however, more long-term follow-up studies are required

Robert Cover, a “virada linguística” e a interpretação constitucional

The present essay aims to analyze the positions of Robert M. Cover on legal interpretation, from the main notions of nomos and narratives explored by Cover. With the identification of the elements, a comparison will be made with the currents of empirical tradition of legal hermeneutics, generated from the so-called “linguistic turn”, and its relation with the constitutional interpretation, to which converge the main questions regarding to the construction of the jurisprudential narrative and its transforming effect of the legal universe. As a result, we intend to identify the limits of the activity of interpretation of legal texts, common in Cover’s work and the contemporary doctrine of legal hermeneutics.O presente ensaio visa realizar uma breve análise a respeito das posições de Robert M. Cover sobre a interpretação legal, a partir das noções principais de nomos e de narrativas exploradas por Cover. Com a identificação destes elementos, será realizado um cotejamento com as correntes de tradição empírica da hermenêutica jurídica nascidas a partir da chamada “virada linguística”, e sua relação com a interpretação constitucional, para a qual convergem as principais questões pertinentes à construção da narrativa jurisprudencial e seu efeito transformador do universo jurídico. Como resultado, pretende-se identificar os limites à atividade interpretativa de textos legais, comuns na obra de Cover e na doutrina contemporânea da hermenêutica jurídica
