    El manual de calidad es un documento que gestiona o administra el sistema de calidad de la empresa el cual sirve para indicar la estructura de la calidad de la organización, es decir que es lo que vamos hacer como empresa en cuanto a los procesos del producto o servicio que se ofrecen. El Manual de Calidad por lo consiguiente es un documento único e irrepetible el cual es considerado como una herramienta la cual facilita el manejo dentro de la organización debe tener revisiones para su mejora detectadas por la misma organización o sugeridas por el cliente,En este trabajo se expone mediante un caso de estudio el desarrollar un manual de calidad, que es el documento base para la implementación de la norma ISO 9001:2008 y la estructuración por procesos en una empresa transportadora de mercancías.The quality manual is a document that manages or administers the quality system of the company which serves to indicate the structure of the quality of the organization that is what we do as a company in terms of the processes of the product or service offered. The Quality Manual so therefore is a unique and unrepeatable document which is considered as a tool which facilitates the management within the organization should have reviews for improvement identified by the same organization or suggested by the client, This paper exposed through a case study to develop a quality manual, which is the base document for the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and structuring processes in a freight transport company

    Finishing the euchromatic sequence of the human genome

    The sequence of the human genome encodes the genetic instructions for human physiology, as well as rich information about human evolution. In 2001, the International Human Genome Sequencing Consortium reported a draft sequence of the euchromatic portion of the human genome. Since then, the international collaboration has worked to convert this draft into a genome sequence with high accuracy and nearly complete coverage. Here, we report the result of this finishing process. The current genome sequence (Build 35) contains 2.85 billion nucleotides interrupted by only 341 gaps. It covers ∼99% of the euchromatic genome and is accurate to an error rate of ∼1 event per 100,000 bases. Many of the remaining euchromatic gaps are associated with segmental duplications and will require focused work with new methods. The near-complete sequence, the first for a vertebrate, greatly improves the precision of biological analyses of the human genome including studies of gene number, birth and death. Notably, the human enome seems to encode only 20,000-25,000 protein-coding genes. The genome sequence reported here should serve as a firm foundation for biomedical research in the decades ahead
