Success of entrepreneurial entreprises in Vietnam. Evidences from a service company and a manufacturing company

In Vietnam, entrepreneurial business is increasing more, but few businesses exist after starting businesses. This causes the country and people’s waste of resources. This study explores the success factors of entrepreneurs by studying two typical cases, one travel service company and one paint manufacturing company, and then draws practical lessons from them. The study results find out 5 groups of factors affecting the success of entrepreneurial companies in Vietnam, such as Entrepreneurs’ management capabilities; Entrepreneurs’ skills; support from family and friends; The support from society and Business activities. The research results suggest managerial implications for companies operating in specific activities to be suitable for the entrepreneurial context in Vietnam. It is also a reference document for establishing entrepreneurial companies in Vietnam, individuals who intend to start a business as well as researchers of this field

Supply chain flexibility: Study on apparel companies in Vietnam

This study aims at identifying supply chain flexibility aspects that affect the performance of apparel companies in Vietnam. A literature review and in-depth interviews with seven industry experts are conducted on Creswell and Creswell (2018)’s approach and case study research at two typical apparel companies on Yin (2014)’s approach. As a result, six key aspects of supply chain flexibility improving the performance of apparel companies in Vietnam are synthesized: product development flexibility, supplier flexibility, supply network flexibility, manufacturing flexibility, distribution flexibility, and information systems flexibility. Accordingly, businesses should concentrate on exploring and exploiting supply chain flexibility to respond quickly to changes in the global business environment while minimizing disruptions in the manufacturing and distribution processes. Overall, apparel companies and Vietnam textile and apparel associations should refer to this study’s results to develop appropriate strategies for improving supply chain flexibility and competitive advantage within and across industries in today’s world

ĐẶT VẤN ĐỀStreptomyces là chi xạ khuẩn gồm nhiều loài có khả năng sinh tổng hợp kháng sinh đa dạng về cấu trúc và đặc tính kháng sinh, một sốloài trong chi này còn có khả năng sinh tổng hợp các kháng sinh chữa ung thưvà điều trịHIV/AIDS. Trong số các  Streptomyces  mà chúng tôi phân lâp  được từ cơ chất Việt Nam có Streptomyces15.29 là chủng xạ khuẩn có  độ  ổn  định di truyền học tốt, có khả năng sinh tổng hợp kháng sinh phổ rộng và có tiềm năng  ứng dụng trong lĩnh vực phòng bệnh và chữa bệnh. Bài báo này giới thiệu những kết quả nghiên cứu về chủng Streptomyces15.29 bao gồm nghiên cứu các đặc  điểm hình thái và sinh lí, giải trình tự gien 16s rADN nhằm phân loại, xác  định tên khoa học, nghiên cứu cải tạo giống tăng cường hiệu suất tổng hợp kháng sinh bằng sàng lọc và đột biến sử dụng ánh sáng UV và quá trình lên men chìm trên máy lắc cũng như trong bình lên men 5 L và 500 L, nghiên cứu chiết xuất, tinh chế xác định cấu trúc hóa học của kháng sinh và một số kết quả về phổ tác dụng của kháng sinh

Rumours, sects and rallies : the ethnic politics of recent Hmong Millenarian movements in Vietnam’s highlands

Contrary to modernist assumptions, millenarianism has not died out but continues to influence the politics of many marginalised groups in upland Southeast Asia, including the Hmong. This article summarises and analyses post-World War II Hmong millenarian activity in Vietnam, focusing on three case studies from the 1980s onwards, within the political backdrop of ongoing government suspicions of ethnic separatism and foreign interference. Far from being isolated or peripheral, Hmong millenarian rumours and movements interact with overseas diasporas, human rights agencies and international religious networks to influence state responses, sometimes in unexpected ways

Using electric engine quipment for aircraft services at the airports

Trào lưu sử dụng ô tô điện đang dần trở thành hiện thực trong tương lai của nhiều quốc gia trên thế giới. Thực tế việc sử dụng động cơ điện, điện hóa không chỉ làm giảm thiếu sự phụ thuộc vào nguồn nhiên liệu hóa thạch ngày càng trở nên khan hiếm; không chi góp phần tích cực vào việc bảo vệ môi trường do việc giảm tiếng ồn, lượng khí thải... mà còn là biện pháp hữu hiệu nhằm giảm chi phí. Ở Việt Nam hiện nay, việc sử dụng ô tô điện đã xuất hiện ở một số địa phương, một số đơn vị, song do nhiều lý do ô tô điện nói riêng và động cơ chạy điện nói chung chưa được sử dụng rộng rãi và đặc biệt chưa có định hướng cho việc sử dụng đại trà cho xã hội cũng như cho một ngành cụ thể, một khu vực cụ thể. Nghiên cứu | khảo sát việc tổ chức phục vụ các thiết bị đặc chủng phục vụ cho máy bay tại các sân bay, nghiên cứu khả năng ứng dụng của động cơ điện đối với các trang thiết bị đó với mục đích hoạch định việc sử dụng động cơ điện cho các trang thiết bị phục vụ máy bay nhằm giảm chi phí khai thác, tăng hiệu quả đầu tư, góp phần bảo vệ môi trường là nghiên cứu rất cần thiết phục vụ trước mắt và lâu dài của ngành hàng không
