On a radiative origin of the Standard Model from Trinification
In this work, we present a trinification-based grand unified theory
incorporating a global family symmetry that after a
spontaneous breaking leads to a left-right symmetric model. Already at the
classical level, this model can accommodate the matter content and the quark
Cabbibo mixing in the Standard Model (SM) with only one Yukawa coupling at the
unification scale. Considering the minimal low-energy scenario with the least
amount of light states, we show that the resulting effective theory enables
dynamical breaking of its gauge group down to that of the SM by means of
radiative corrections accounted for by the renormalisation group evolution at
one loop. This result paves the way for a consistent explanation of the SM
breaking scale and fermion mass hierarchies.Comment: 39 pages, 6 figures. Added a discussion (Sect. 7.2) on 1-loop

Q-curvature and Path Integral Complexity
We discuss the interpretation of path integral optimization as a uniformization problem in even dimensions. This perspective allows for a systematical construction of the higher-dimensional path integral complexity in holographic conformal field theories in terms of Q-curvature actions. We explore the properties and consequences of these actions from the perspective of the optimization programme, tensor networks and penalty factors. Moreover, in the context of recently proposed holographic path integral optimization, we consider higher curvature contributions on the Hartle-Hawking bulk slice and study their impact on the optimization as well as their relation to Q-curvature actions and finite cut-off holography
Public policies and food security and family farming networks: contributions to the construction of effectiveness indicators.
This work presents a methodology for investigating the performance of public politics regarding food security networks formed in Brazilian municipalities aimed at increasing income and employment in familiar farming. These programs need to further develop the methodologies used for studying their efficiency so that they can reach a new stage in the improvement and use of management tools thereby achieving beteer results of social inclusion and/or food security. This paper constitutes a first effort to bring together indicators for the evaluation of the efficiency of public politicies
