Implementasi Pemenuhan Hak Pekerja Dalam Hal Upah Di Kantor Notaris (Analisis Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Pasal 88-98 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan)

This study aims to determine the application of the rights of workers, especially in the areas of wages in IMPLEMENTATION MEETING THE RIGHTS OF WORKERS IN THE EVENT OF WAGES (ANALYSIS OF LAW NO. 13 TH 2003 ARTICLE ON LABOUR 88-98) A case study in Blitar. The method used in the study is the empirical method, with specification of juridical sociological research, the data source used is the technique used to collect primary data in this study is through interviews (interview). The population in this study are all relevant parties in the framework of the implementation of Law No. 13 of 2003 on wage Compliance Employment Related Workers On Notary Office in Kota Blitar ie Notary Office Notary, Manpower officials, and some workers at the office of the notary. The sample in this study were taken by means of stratified sampling. The sample of respondents is the party that represents the Notary Office, the Notary. To provide data and information relating to the implementation of Law No. 13 of 2003 on the Employment Related Fulfillment Workers\u27 Rights On Notary Office. The data obtained are presented in a systematic and qualitative data analysis. Based on the study done empirically it can be concluded that there is still lack of clarity about the rights of workers, especially in the wage bill still does not meet the rights that should be in getting these workers. Proved that there is still a notary that reward workers under MSEs should refer to the determination of wages councils city or county, in 2016 UMK Kota Blitar = Rp1.394.000, the notary who pay their employees under the Act Ketenagakerjaan.Menurut UMK certainly violates Article 90 paragraph (1) of the Act No. 13 Year 2003 ( "Labor Law"

Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Ajb Bumi Putera 1912 Cabang Kayutangan Malang)

This study aim to figure out the impact of motivation to employees performance of AJB Bumi Putera 1912 Branch Kayutangan Malang. The type of this research is explanatory research which uses quantitative approach. Sample of this research is 42 person AJB Bumi Putera 1912 Branch Kayutangan Malang. Data source of this research consist of questioner disribution as a primery data source and documentation as a secondry data source. From this study, the researcher concludes that there are some significant effects showed up to motivation of employees performance with the result of significant is 0,000<0,05 (alpha) it shows that there are some positive effects which is significant between existence needs (X1), relatedness needs (X2), growth needs (X3) to employees performance (Y). Variable of motivation have 0,703 Adjusted R. Square, its mean that this condition give influence to employee performance by the number of 70,3%, where 29,7% as the number of residu be affected by the other variable which not investigated

Karakteristik Perusahaan dan Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh karakteristik Perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial Perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel karakteristik Perusahaan yang diduga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial Perusahaan terdiri dari 7 variabel, yaitu ukuran Perusahaan, profitabilitas, profile Perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris, leverage, kepemilikan manajemen dan efisiensi operasi. Â Hasil pengujian terhadap 39 sampel yang dipilih secara purposip sampling dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2008 dan 2009 menemukan bahwa variabel ukuran Perusahaan, profile Perusahaan dan ukuran dewan komisaris mempunyai pengaruh positip signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial Perusahaan, sedangkan variabel leverage mempunyai pengaruh negatip signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial Perusahaan. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial Perusahaan cenderung lebih besar pada Perusahaan yang mempunyai karakterisik: ukuran Perusahaan besar, Perusahaan termasuk dalam high profile dan mempunyai ukuran dewan komisaris yang besar. Sebaliknya pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial Perusahaan cenderung lebih rendah pada Perusahaan yang mempunyai leverage tinggi. Adapun pengujian terhadap ketiga variabel independen lainnya, yaitu profitabilitas, kepemilikan manajemen dan efisiensi operasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial Perusahaan.

Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pengembangan Kawasan Pariwisata Bahari di Gili Labak, Kabupaten Sumenep

Gili Labak merupakan salah satu pulau kecil di Kabupaten Sumenep yang memiliki potensi pariwisata bahari. Namun potensi yang dimilki oleh Gili Labak tersebut belum disertai dengan adanya fasilitas yang memadai dan pengembangan yang juga belum maksimal. Tahapan pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan potensi objek daya tarik wisata dengan skoring menggunakan skala Likert. Kemudian untuk mengetahui prioritas faktor-faktor pengembangan pariwisata bahari menggunakan analisis AHP. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa di Gili Labak terdapat 4 objek daya tarik wisata yang sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Dan hasil analisis AHP menunjukkan bahwa prioritas faktor-faktor pengembangan adalah sarana dan prasarana, kemudian aksesibilitas, dan objek daya tarik wisata
