    ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR ELEKTRONIK DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19

    Adanya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang bergerak begitu cepat ikut mempengaruhi praktik pembelajaran di pendidikan tinggi. Saat ini pembelajaran dapat dilakukan tidak harus dalam waktu dan tempat yang sama. Hal ini tentu harus didukung bahan ajar yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan pembelajaran online, untuk itu perlu dikembangkan bahan ajar elektronik untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran secara online. Pada penelitian ini peneliti membatasi pada tahap analisis kebutuhan saja, karena bagian ini merupakan informasi penting untuk dijadikan landasan dalam proses pengembangan produk yang sesuai kebutuhan di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner analisis kebutuhan pengembangan bahan ajar elektronik yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator-indikator analysis pada tahap model pengembangan ADDIE. Angket tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan hasil dari responden yang meliputi (a) analisis karakteristik pebelajar (b) analisis sumber daya, dan (c) analisis tujuan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa analisis karakteristik pebelajar menunjukkan bahwa 87,03% mahasiswa memiliki pengetahuan terhadap penggunaan bahan ajar elektronik dalam pembelajaran, 94,44% mahasiswa memiliki pandangan yang positif terhadap pemanfaatan bahan ajar elektronik dalam pembelajaran, 100% mahasiswa memiliki kebiasaan menggunakan digital resource dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, 100% mahasiswa memiliki ketertarikan terhadap penggunaan bahan ajar elektronik dalam pembelajaran, serta 94,44% Memiliki ketertarikan terhadap bahan ajar elektronik untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar. Sedangkan hasil analisis sumber daya menunjukkan 87,03% mahasiswa mengetahui bahwa substansi konten bahan ajar tersedia di jurnal, buku, dan sumber-sumber yang ada kaitannya dengan materi perkuliahan, 100% mahasiswa memiliki laptop/gadget yang dapat mendukung pemanfaatan bahan ajar elektronik, dan 100% mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman terhadap penggunaan digital teknologi dalam pembelajaran

    The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, activity process and extension model carried out by Islamic extension workers in Pujon District. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, observations, forum group discussions (FGDs), and field notes. The data analysis used was Auerbach & Silverstein analysis.  Checking the validity of the findings was carried out using the technique of extending the presence of researchers, in-depth obseration and trianggulation techniquesThe results showed that the role of Islamic religious extension workers in helping the understanding of Islamic religious teachings in the community environment that not everyone understands about the teachings of the Islamic religion properly and correctly. Most just follow one another. For this reason, through the taklim assembly, Islamic religious extension workers can carry out their duties and roles, namely helping to provide an understanding of the teachings of the Islamic religion not being uprooted from the grassroots, namely in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Still respect the customs and culture of the community environment, so that then the Prophet's proselytizing can be accepted in most communities. The role of Islamic extension workers who are in the guard of the Islamic ministry is challenged to be able to face various characters of society with their various functions, namely informative functions, educational functions, consultative functions, and advocative functions can be carried out properly. In order to serve the public who need information or knowledge from and to the government, especially the ministry of religion, it can be conveyed, and not become misinformation, and to help understand the teachings of the Islamic religion in a kaffah (comprehensive) manner.     This thesis is entitled the teacher's strategy in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB at MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. The focus of this research are: 1). What is the teacher's strategy in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB at MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari, 2). What are the obstacles faced by teachers in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB at MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. 3). How are the efforts made by teachers to face the obstacles found in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB at MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. Here the researcher acts as an observer. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the research obtained by researchers are learning strategies used by teachers in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB using lecture and question and answer strategies, then the obstacles faced by teachers are quite a lot such as time and place, cellphones and the difficulty of the internet network that can affect student learning outcomes.     This study discusses the roIe of the teacher in fostering the moraIs of the 4th graders of SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari which is carried out through good habits, starting with the teacher providing good exampIes or exampIes to the students which aims to 1) Describe the roIe of the teacher in fostering the moraIs of the 4th graders of SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari. 2) Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by the 4th graders of SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari. This research uses quaIitative research with descriptive research type, using data coIIecting methods, nameIy observation, interviews and documentation. The resuIts of the study show 1) The roIe of the teacher in fostering student moraIs, especiaIIy grade 4 SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari incIuding providing moraI guidance, instiIIing moraIs through habituation, as a modeI and roIe modeI, and as a motivator. 2) There are supporting and inhibiting factors in fostering the moraIs of 4th graders at SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari.     Motivation is the driving force, need, spirit that drives a person to achieve goals. One of the teacher's efforts to increase learning motivation is to apply extrinsic motivation. In applying extrinsic motivation the teacher provides verbal and nonverbal reinforcement to students. This study aims to determine the teacher's efforts in increasing the learning motivation of grade 3 students at MI Tarbiyatul Huda Malang. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research type.     At the beginning of the pandemic, learning in the world of education in Indonesia turned becomes online learning with several problems felt by students and teachers, so that learning was re-implementation with face-to-face learning, so for the first time Wahid Hasyim Junior High School Malang used the blended learning model in learning. Based on that, our study explore deeply about “The Blended Learning Model in Islamic Education Learning at Wahid Hasyim Junior High School Malang”. This study includes the planning, implementation, and disadvantages and advantages of the blended learning model in Islamic Education at Wahid Hasyim Junior High School Malang. This Study used qualitative research method with case study type approach. This study shows that the planning of blended learning model is to form a blended learning teams, involving training related to the use of applications, prepare learning tools (RPP), learning materials and media, online assignments, and selections of learning application. The implementation model of blended learning in Islamic Education consisted of preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. Based on the result of the study, it was found that there were disadvantages dan advantages of the blended learning model in learning Islamic Education at Wahid Hasyim Junior High School Malan

    Graduating in a short time is definitely the desire of every student. Common problems that are often faced by students in writing theses include not being able to run the scheduled thesis writing system, not being confident in themselves, and the low level of student interest in research. These difficulties can lead to stress, increased feelings of low self-esteem and frustration and loss of motivation. This research was conducted at the Islamic University of Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study, the researcher used quantitative descriptive analysis, while the data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study was correlation analysis. The results showed that: 1. The level of self-regulation in students of the Islamic Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University of Malang was in the high category with a percentage reaching 84.6%. 2. The level of resilience in students who are working on thesis at the students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University of Malang is in the high category as well, with a percentage of 84.7%. 3. There is a positive relationship between self-regulation and resilience

    PENERAPAN METODE SPEED READING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA SISWA KELAS IV D DI MI BUSTANUL ULUM KOTA BATU

    In learning activities In fact, every teacher wants success in teaching in the classroom. However, not all learning activities can run smoothly. As in a class, of course, they have their own problems and certainly need to be overcome to achieve the desired learning objectives. One of the problems that often occurs in elementary schools is that students' reading skills are still lacking, where each class certainly has its own standard of reading ability. As experienced in class IV D MI Bustanul Ulum Batu City, students' reading ability is still very low. Where there are still students who are not fluent in reading and half of the students still have difficulty understanding reading. This study aims to determine: 1) the application of the Speed reading method in improving students' reading skills 2) the improvement of students' reading skills before and after using the speed reading method. This type of research is Classroom Action Research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Which is carried out in the cycle stage, while each cycle is planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 37 students of class IV D MI Bustanul Ulum Batu City. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The result of increasing students' reading ability in the pre-cycle is 35.13% with an average value of 66.75, the first cycle is 73.29 with a completeness percentage of 54.05% and in the second cycle the average value is 88.64 with a completeness percentage of 89 .18%. This increase indicates that the use of the speed reading method is able to improve students' reading skills. Kata kunci: Speed reading method, reading ability, classroom action research
