Factors Influencing Education Purchase Intention: The Application of Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) on Choosing Nature School
This study is applying the Theory of Planned Behavior as a theoretical framework with aim of choosing nature school in Solo and Sukoharjo, Indonesia. Data are collected through questionnaire. The sample size of this research is 40 respondents, establishing validity through pearson-product moment. Non-probability convenience sampling is used for taking the sample. This study uses multiple regression analysis to identify the factors choosing nature school intention. The multiple regression analysis results indicate that all factors have positive and significant influence on choosing nature school intention. The results of the research showed: 1) There is no a significant and positve impact between attitude and intention to choosing nature school.; 2) There is no a significant and positve impact between subjective norm and intention to choosing nature school; 3) There is a significant and positve impact between perceived behavioral control and intention to choosing nature school. This is evidenced by F value of 10,638 with the significant value of 0,000.

Modification of chitin as substrates for chitinase
Enzymes are able to bind to their substrates specifically at the active site. The proximity and orientation of the substrates strongly increase the likelihood that productive E–S complexes will arise. Treated chitin (powder or flake) is more efficient than crystalline chitin. This is because the latter is less active due to its insolubility. The structure of treated chitin is opened; this facilitates its interaction with the enzyme. The purpose of this research was to create a kind of modified chitin and study the characterization of the different types of chitin including functional groups by IR spectrophotometer, pore size, surface area and crystallinity by X-Ray diffraction. Chitin from shrimp shell was modified into colloidal, bead, amorphous and superfine chitin. The results of the IR spectra of colloidal and bead chitin showed a similar pattern with chitin powder; they peaked at 3447 and 3113 cm-1 (OH and NH2 groups), 1645 cm-1 (amide groups N-H) and 1071 cm-1 (group C-O). Superfine and amorphous chitin had similar absorbance with powder chitin but appeared to peak in the fingerprint region. Characterization of physical properties based on the pore size and surface area of powder, colloidal, superfine, amorphous and bead chitin changed the pore radius of each type of chitin due to the treatment of swelling. Crystallinity showed that specific diffractogram pattern in the three main peaks 2q was 9.5, 19.5 and 26 with varying intensity. Chitinase activity assay using modified types of chitin substrate had higher values than chitin powder. The highest activity was in amorphous chitin with values of 1.858 U/mL. This is because it has chitin chain and the rearrangement of its structure was more open, facilitating its interaction with enzyme. Keywords: Chitin modified, chitinase, substrate.Abbreviation: SDS, Sodium dodecyl sulfate; Ct, chitin powder; Cc, colloidal chitin; Sf, superfine; Cb, bead; Ca, amorphous
Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Melalui Kegiatan Kolase Dengan Bahan Bekas Pada Anak Kelompok B TK BA Aisyiyah Blanceran Klaten Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015
This research aims to improve fine motor ability of children through activities with collage materials used in children’s group B TK BA Blanceran Karanganom Subdistrict Aisyiyah Klaten Regency school year 2014/2015. This type of research this is a class action research (PTK). The subject of action research is the Group B TK BA Aisyiyah Blanceran totalling 15 children. This is a collaborative research between researchers, classroom teacher, and school principal. Data collection using observation, documentation of the work of the son, and the notes field. Class action research was conducted through two cycle 2 meetings. The procedures in this study there are four stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data analyzed by comparative technique/ ratio wich compares the results achieved with performance indicators. The results showed that the occurrence of increased fine motor ability of children through activities with collage materials on every cycle. Fine motor ability of children increased from pre to cycle 51,25% to 64,58% in cycle I. On cycle II ability increased to 83,54%. Conclusion of this research is through activities with collage materials can improve the child’s fine motor skills
Kontribusi Perempuan Dalam Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Kawasan Metropolitan Gerbangkertosusila Tahun 2017-2020
Gender equality is a national strategic issue related to the implementation of Pancasila's fifth precept, namely social justice for all Indonesian people. In this case, the state must be able to ensure all community groups can be involved in the process and feel the results of development. Gender Mainstreaming (GM) can be a strategy to achieve gender equality and justice. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the Number of Female Civil Servants, Women's Involvement in Parliament, the Average Length of Women' Schools, the Gender Empowerment Index, and the Gender Development Index on Economic Growth in the Gerbangkertosusila Metropolitan Area in 2017-2020. Panel data regression analysis is used as a research tool. The results of this study showed that the number of female civil servants, the average length of women’s schools and gender empowerment index had a significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, women's involvement in parliament and gender development index do not affect economic growth
