    Strategi Adaptasi UMKM Kuliner Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus: Rumah Makan Haji Masduki, Pekalongan)

    The Covid-19 pandemic has forced culinary business to adapt their strategies in order to keep continuous operation. Haji Masduki Restaurant is one example of the MSMEs that are much impacted by the pandemic and struggle to be survive. This study aims to formulate an adaptation strategy for the Haji Masduki Restaurant during the Covid-19 pandemic. Adaptation strategies can be implemented by Rumah Makan Haji Masduki by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to be able to maintain and develop a business in the pandemic. The method used in this study is an analysis of the internal environment and the external environment, then an alternative strategy is made using a SWOT analysis and the best strategy is selected using the Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of this study are the adaptation strategy with the highest score is to maintain and improve product and service innovation with an AHP method.     EVALUASI ADOPSI TEKNOLOGI MENGGUNAKAN UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY MODEL

    ABSTRAKPenelitian dengan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model dilakukan untuk mengkaji adopsi teknologi dan perilaku penggunaan aplikasi IPB Mobile khususnya IPB Mobile for Students. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu sebanyak 400 mahasiswa program sarjana. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan structural equation modelling partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa persepsi responden pada indikator-indikator model UTAUT menunjukkan penilaian yang sudah baik. Effort expectancy berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel behavioral intention. Variabel use behavior mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh facilitating conditions dan behavioral intention. Implikasi manajerial dari hasil penelitian ini hendaknya dapat dijadikan salah satu dasar untuk perbaikan aplikasi IPB Mobile for Student sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan bagi mahasiswa, baik akademik maupun nonakademik, antara lain penyediaan fasilitas wifi yang memadai di berbagai area yang sering digunakan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar mahasiswa guna meningkatkan akses terhadap aplikasi dan perbaikan fitur-fitur yang sudah ada sehingga ramah digunakan oleh mahasiswa. ABSTRACTResearch with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model approach was conducted to examine technology adoption and behavior in using IPB Mobile applications, especially IPB Mobile for Students. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, as many as 400 undergraduate students. Research data in the form of primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results of data analysis show that respondents' perceptions of the indicators of the UTAUT model show a good assessment. Effort expectancy has a positive effect on behavioral intention variables. The variable use behavior of students is directly influenced by facilitating conditions and behavioral intention. The managerial implications of the results of this study should be used as a basis for improving the IPB Mobile for Student application so that it can improve services for students, both academic and non-academic, including the provision of adequate wifi facilities in various areas that are often used for student teaching and learning activities. in order to increase access to applications and improve existing features so that they are friendly to use by students

    The Covid-19 pandemic caused a decrease in the number of tourist visits and state revenue in the Indonesian tourism sector was 20.7 billion. The tourism sector's contribution to Indonesia's GDP in 2021 was only 4.2% and before the pandemic was 4.7%. Virtual Reality (VR) is an option for traveling during a pandemic. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of tourists, willingness to pay, and the factors that influence the willingness to pay of tourists on the use of VR. The sample of this study was 115 respondents who had visited Malang Night Paradise and were interested in using VR in Adventure Land. Data were analysed by using descriptive analysis, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM): bidding games & open-ended method, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the characteristics of tourists were dominated by young people. The maximum price that respondents are willing to pay is IDR 26,772/ticket and the optimal price is IDR 19,295/ticket. This price is lower than the current ticket price, which is IDR 20,000. The factors that have a positive/negative and significant effect on the value of WTP are education, monthly income/pocket money, gender, and marital status.     The Determinants of Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior of QRIS as Digital Payment Method Using Extended UTAUT Model

    The development of QR code payment services by various fintech companies in Indonesia prompted Bank Indonesia to issue a Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) to support transactions that were safer, easier, faster, and more efficient. This study aimed to analyze the consumer preferences and factors that influenced their intention and use behavior when using QRIS in the Jabodetabek area. The extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model was employed to analyze these aspects. This research was conducted from March 2023 until May 2023. Online questionnaires were distributed to 198 respondents who were users of e-wallets or mobile banking and knew about the QRIS feature. Then, the collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings revealed that perceived risk, performance expectancy, social influence, and effort expectancy had a significant positive effect on the behavioral intention to use QRIS. Meanwhile, QRIS usage behavior was positively influenced by both behavioral intentions and facilitating conditions. The priority strategy that could be implemented to enhance the adoption of QRIS was by educating the role of QRIS in reducing payment risks.     Perbandingan Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Logistik Pada JNE dan J&T Express di Jabodetabek

    The e-commerce transactions incrase along with the increation need of logistic delivery service, causes logistic companies such as J&T and JNE compete. As a result, the goals of this study are as follows: (1) to identify the usage behavior JNE and J&T Express in Jabodetabek, (2) to analyze the level of logistic service quality attributes on perception of JNE and J&T Express user around Jabodetabek, (3) to analyze the satisfaction of both JNE and J&T Express logistic service quality, and (4) to analyze the priority of logistic quality service improvement in JNE and J&T Express. This research used descriptive analysis, IPA, CSI, radar chart, and independent sample t test. Total of 407 respondent obtained by convenience sampling. From the eighteen attributes, important services are the condition of package received safe and undamaged, company provides tracking service (web tracking), accuracy of finding the delivery destination address, the accuracy between delivery time and estimation time, guarantees for lost package. JNE has more attribute to be improved, it is in accordance with JNE’s lower CSI value compared to J&t Express causes JNE needs more effort for the improvement.     Persaingan Platform Digital Layanan Pesan-Antar Makanan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta

    The food delivery service industry, namely GoFood, GrabFood, and Shopee Food, is currently experiencing increasingly fierce competition. The performance has triggered an increase in the use of digital platforms due to the availability of various choices for consumers, thus requiring companies to provide superior service attributes compared to their competitors. This study aims to identify consumer and service quality attributes that need to be improved and maintained, positioning GoFood, GrabFood, and Shopee Food in the food delivery service industry. The sample of this study was 407 people who live or live in the DKI Jakarta Province. The method of determining the selection was non-probability sampling with the type of convenience sampling—processed with descriptive analysis, CSI, IPA, and biplot. The results of this study indicate that the three companies have almost indistinguishable consumer segmentation and service quality. The majority of consumers are women aged 15-24 years. Based on CSI's calculation of, the service quality of the three companies as a whole are at a satisfactory level. The results of the IPA analysis show that the price variables for GoFood and GrabFood, as well as the operating system on Shopee Food, are essential to improve. Based on the biplot analysis, GoFood emphasizes the legal aspect of the driver, GrabFood on the service process by implementing health protocol standards, and Shopee Food with affordable service prices.     The increase in the number of e-commerce users has led to the trend of online shopping becoming popular among Indonesians during the COVID-19 pandemic. Logistics provider services have an important role in the development of an e-commerce. JNE and J&T Express are logistics industry companies in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of logistics service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty among JNE and J&T Express users in Jabodetabek. The data in this study were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used was the Independent Sample T-Test and SEM-AMOS analysis with a sample of 407 respondents. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling method with the type of convenience sampling. The results of the Different Test analysis show that 17 of the 27 indicators provide positive and significant t-count values. It can be concluded that the performance level of J&T Express is better and superior compared to JNE. The managerial implication in this study is that the quality aspect of order fulfillment is a top priority because it has the greatest influence among other aspects. The quality aspect of order fulfillment that is important to improve is the condition of the package when it is received safely and undamaged and the company's consistency in maintaining the package properly. The results of this study indicate that logistics service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.     HOW DOES WORK ENVIRONMENT INFLUENCE PRODUCTIVITY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMICS? A CASE STUDY IN IPB UNIVERSITY

    Coronavirus was declared as a pandemic by WHO on March 11, 2020. Since that decision, Work From Home (WFH) policy has also begun to be applied to all offices, including educational institutions in Indonesia. IPB, as one of the institutions that also implements the WFH policy, still has to maintain the productivity of its staff although their work environment has been changed. This research aims to analyze the effect of the work environment, both physical and non-physical on the productivity of IPB’s staff in normal work situations and WFH situations. The respondents were obtained by distributing questionnaires online via google form. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, Wilcoxon test, and SEM PLS. The results show that in normal and WFH work situations, physical work environment and non- physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of IPB’s staff. It means that the productivity of IPB’s staff can be increased if a good physical and non- physical work environment is available, which suitable for the working condition both during normal and WFH situations.     ADAPTASI DAN PERENCANAAN PRODUKSI ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 MENGGUNAKAN LEARNING CURVE MODELS

    The demand for hazmat suits and masks is increasing due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. To meet the demand, the Government is encouraging SMEs engaged in convection to produce hazmat suits and masks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the adaptation process and the application of aggregate planning as well as provide recommendations for strategies that can be applied based on the production of hazmat suits and masks from February to May 2020 at CV Bangkit Jaya as a convection UKM. The data used in this study were obtained from companies through interviews, company data, and literature studies. Processing and data analysis using learning curves and trial-and-error methods of aggregate planning. The results of this study are the percentage level of the learning curve in adapting to the production of hazmat suits of 96.07 percent and masks of 99.17 percent. Then, Chase Strategy is a scenario with a minimum total cost of Rp 98 834 200. Then, the strategy to control the number of workers was most appropriate for CV Bangkit Jaya in producing hazmat suits and masks.
