    Modelo neoliberal en sistema educativo peruano: crisis y limitaciones en contexto de pandemia

    El art铆culo tiene por objetivo analizar el sistema educativo peruano a trav茅s del contexto de pandemia remarcando la influencia del modelo econ贸mico neoliberal en las pol铆ticas planteadas frente a la emergencia sanitaria. Es por ello, la necesidad de identificaci贸n de brechas educativas vigentes con el fin de reconocer las desigualdades perennes producto de la deficiente capacidad de gesti贸n gubernamental para garantizar una educaci贸n de calidad. Bajo esa perspectiva, se efect煤a tambi茅n la valoraci贸n de la influencia capitalista y su impacto en el proceder de las exigencias competitivas en la educaci贸n digital, as铆 como la limitada capacidad de respuesta y prevenci贸n frente a la eventual crisis que aqueja no solo al Per煤, sino tambi茅n a toda la regi贸n latinoamericana. En ese sentido, la presente investigaci贸n se desarrolla desde un enfoque cualitativo bajola metodolog铆a de teor铆a fundamentada en un marco exploratorio y descriptivo de la situaci贸n fenom茅nica anteriormente descrita.The article aims to analyze the Peruvian educational system through the context of a pandemic, highlighting the influence of the neoliberal economic model on the policies proposed in the face of the health emergency. This is why the need to identify current educational gaps in order to recognize perennial inequalities as a result of poor government management capacity to guarantee quality education. From this perspective, an assessment of capitalist influence and its impact on the conduct of competitive demands in digital education is also carried out, as well as the limited response and prevention capacity in the face of the eventual crisis that afflicts not only Peru, but also to the entire Latin American region. In this sense, this research is developed from a qualitative approach under the methodology of theory based on an exploratory and descriptive framework of the previously described phenomenal situation

    Satisfacci贸n del estudiante egresado en el programa de pregrado adulto trabajador de una universidad del norte del Per煤, 2018

    La presente investigaci贸n determin贸 el nivel de satisfacci贸n en que se encuentran los estudiantes del programa de educaci贸n para adultos en una universidad del norte del Per煤. La poblaci贸n estuvo constituida por 140 estudiantes y a quienes se les aplic贸 un test denominado SEUE (satisfacci贸n del estudiante universitario con la educaci贸n) que contiene 10 dimensiones y 93 preguntas orientadas a conocer la percepci贸n del estudiante en relaci贸n a la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos en dicha instituci贸n, mediante el uso de una escala de likert. Dicho instrumento ha sido validado por los autores de la investigaci贸n y se enmarca dentro de un dise帽o descriptivo, no experimental y transversal. Por esta raz贸n la pregunta de investigaci贸n se orienta a describir el nivel de satisfacci贸n y queda alineada al objetivo principal: determinar dicho nivel. La idea fundamental de usar este instrumento nace en contraposici贸n al uso del NPS como instrumento para determinar el nivel de satisfacci贸n y de recomendaci贸n, dado que existe, dentro de su escala, una franja neutral que no aporta valor y que genera una disyuntiva sobre estar a favor o en contra. Se plantea una hip贸tesis positiva, pronosticando un efecto favorable que logra quedar demostrado al concluir con un resultado general del 97% de aceptaci贸n. Finalmente se observa que el instrumento es eficaz y puede complementar satisfactoriamente a otros instrumentos que buscan, tambi茅n, medir la satisfacci贸n del estudiante.The present investigation determined the level of satisfaction of the students of the adult education program at a university in northern Peru. The population was constituted by 140 students and to whom was applied a test called SEUE (satisfaction of the university student with education) that contains 10 dimensions and 93 questions oriented to know the perception of the student in relation to the quality of the services offered in said institution, by using a likert scale. This instrument has been validated by the authors of the research and is framed within a descriptive, non-experimental and transversal design. For this reason, the research question is aimed at describing the level of satisfaction and is aligned with the main objective: to determine that level. The fundamental idea of using this instrument is born in opposition to the use of the NPS as an instrument to determine the level of satisfaction and recommendation, given that there exists, within its scale, a neutral band that does not add value and that generates a dilemma about being favor or against. A positive hypothesis is proposed, predicting a favorable effect that can be demonstrated at the end with a general result of 97% acceptance. Finally, it is observed that the instrument is effective and can successfully complement other instruments that also seek to measure student satisfaction
