A evolução da disciplina de administração aplicada à enfermagem na escola de enfermagem da USP no período de 1980 a 1995 The evolution of the discipline "administration applied to nursing" in the escola de enfermagem da USP, in the period From 1980 to 1995

Com o objetivo de descrever a evolução da disciplina "Administração Aplicada à Enfermagem", no período de 1980 a 1995, estudou-se os planos de curso construídos pelos docentes responsáveis por sua elaboração e condução. Os textos dos itens "Objetivos e Conteúdo" foram analisados sob a ótica da Fenomenologia, sendo submetidos ao processo de análise de discurso proposto por Martins e Bicudo. Os resultados dos procedimentos empregados nessa análise permitiram a identificação de seis categorias de pensamento: Gerenciar em Enfermagem, Bases Ideológicas e Políticas do Gerenciar em Enfermagem, A Comunicação como Instrumento para Gerenciar, Gerenciamento de Recursos Físicos, Gerenciamento de Recursos Materiais e Gerenciamento de Recursos Humanos. As modificações observadas nos planos de curso ao longo do período estudado indicaram a ocorrência de dois momentos marcantes - um no fim da década de 80, com a reformulação das bases ideológicas nas quais se assentava a disciplina e outro ao fim do primeiro lustro da década de 90, com a reorganização curricular,. A identificação desta trajetória possibilitou o acompanhamento e a compreensão do desenvolvimento da disciplina, podendo trazer recursos para a análise de disciplinas correlatas ou da mesma disciplina em outros contextos e experiências.<br>With the objective to describe the evolution of the discipline "Administration Applied to Nursing", in the period from 1980 to 1995, courses' plans texts writed by the academic staff responsible for their elaboration and execution were studied. Texts of the items "Objectives and Content" were analyzed under the point of view of Phenomenology, being submitted to the process of analysis of speech defined by Martins and Bicudo. The result of the procedures used in the analysis, allowed the identification of six categories of thinking: Nursing Management, Ideological and Politic Bases for Nursing Management, Comunnication as an Instrument to Managing, Management of Physics Resources, Management of Material Resources and Management of Human Resources. The modification in the courses' plans observed during the studied period, evidencied two important moments - one at the end of the eighties, were the reformulation of the ideological basis wich the discipline basis was adapted and another at the end of the first five years of the nineties, with curricular reorganization. The identification of this course allowed the follow-up and comprehension of the development of the discipline, providing resources for analysis of the correlated disciplines of the same discipline in other contexts and experiences
