Bilingual Curriculum Construction and Implementation of Preschool Education in Tibetan Areas
Preschool bilingual curriculum development is a hot issue of preschool education in ethnic areas of China. This study used in-depth interviews and observations, were studied in the bilingual education in 23 Ā Ā kindergarten Tibetan area. The purpose of the study is to understand the current status of preschool bilingual education curriculum development in Tibet area, so as to analyze the construction and implementation of preschool bilingual education curriculum .The study found, preschool bilingual curriculum construction in Tibetan areas has made remarkable achievements, such as the Tibetan cultural characteristics of thematic curriculums, the form of the game teaching methods, immersion language communication modes, and visual forms of parent participation in kindergarten education. The survey also found the problems of preschool bilingual curriculum construction and implementation, such as the content of the curriculum does not reflect the characteristics of Tibetan area, teaching methods ars unsuitable for childrenās learning requirements. The researchers believe that, preschool bilingual education curriculum construction must correctly understand the special nature of bilingual education. The relationship between Tibetan culture inheritance and the development of education is coordinated, so that the quality of preschool education will be improved
On Improvement of Senior High School Studentsā English Learning Through Innovating Class Teachersā Structured Thinking in Class Management
Class management plays an important role in improving senior high school studentsā English learning, and effective class management can result in good English performance. The management philosophy and management style of class teachers managing the classes are directly related to the studentsā physical and mental development including English learning. But the current situation of class management is not promising and many class teachers have problems in their management philosophy and management style. This paper attempts to integrate structured thinking into class management by elaborating on the current problems of class management and exploring some specific strategies for class teachers to improve their class management skills and provide them with new thinking for class management and finally improve the senior high school studentsā English performance
The Development of Preschool Education Achievements, Problems and Policy Recommendations of Tibet
This paper shows the development of preschool education in Tibet through analyzing the statistical data from Statistical Yearbook of National Education, Statistical Yearbook of National Education Funding and Statistical Yearbook of Tibet and field investigations. It is found that the preschool education in Tibet has developed rapidly for the support of government, and achieved the following development effectiveness: education resources have increased; preschool education funding increased rapidly; the development tends to be balanced between urban and rural areas; bilingual education developed rapidly, and more attention is paid to education equality. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the future. The study has indicated that the quality of preschool education in ethnic areas is low, the local government does not play an active role in developing preschool education and the preschool education is unsuitable for local features. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the preschool education in ethnic areas as well as to the quality of the quantity and the theory researches. The government should also develop the bilingual education in Tibetan scientifically.
Natural anti-phytopathogenic fungi compound phenol, 2, 4-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl) from Pseudomonas fluorescens TL-1
A strain was isolated from tobacco phylloplane and preliminarily identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens TL-1, which had the visible inhibition against ten plant pathogenic fungi, viz., Curvularia lunata, Bipolaris maydis, Valsa mali, Rhizoctonia solani, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria alternate, Fusarium oxysporum and Verticillium dahlia in dual culture experiments. The ethyl acetate extract of nutrient broth seeded with Pseudomonas fluorescens TL-1 suspension was separated into fifty-nine fractions by the Sephadex LH-20 column and the antifungal activity of each fraction was tested with paper disc diffusion method against Curvularia lunata. The results showed that fraction 1 to 3 had the strongest inhibitory effects on Curvularia lunata. Furthermore, GC/MS analysis of the constituents of fraction 1 to 59 confirmed that phenol, 2, 4-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl) was the active compound for the antifungal activity from Pseudomonas fluorescens TL-1
The tonoplast-localized transporter OsHMA3 plays an important role in maintaining Zn homeostasis in rice
In order to respond to fluctuating zinc (Zn) in the environment, plants must have a system to control Zn homeostasis. However, how plants maintain an appropriate level of Zn during their growth and development is still poorly understood. In this study, we found that OsHMA3, a tonoplast-localized transporter for Zn/Cd, plays an important role in Zn homeostasis in rice. Accessions with the functional allele of OsHMA3 showed greater tolerance to high Zn than those with the non-functional allele based on root elongation test. A 67Zn-labeling experiment showed that accessions with loss of function of OsHMA3 had lower Zn accumulation in the roots but similar concentrations in the shoots compared with functional OsHMA3 accessions. When exposed to Zn-free growing medium, the concentration in the root cell sap was rapidly decreased in accessions with functional OsHMA3, but less dramatic changes were observed in non-functional accessions. A mobility experiment showed that more Zn in the roots was translocated to the shoots in accessions with functional OsHMA3. Higher expression levels of OsZIP4, OsZIP5, OsZIP8, and OsZIP10 were found in the roots of accessions with functional OsHMA3 in response to Zn deficiency. Taken together, our results indicate that OsHMA3 plays an important role in rice roots in both Zn detoxification and storage by sequestration into the vacuoles, depending on Zn concentration in the environment

An ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafloroborate (EmimBF4) was found to be highly active for one-pot synthesis of dimethoxymethane (DMM) by electrooxidation of methanol on platinum electrode, exhibiting 34.7% conversion, 96.9% selectivity to DMM, high current efficiency (99.2%) as well. Case report: Conservative treatment for fertility preservation in a woman with hemoperitoneum due to an invasive mole
BackgroundInvasive moles are a subtype of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) that usually develops after hydatidiform molar pregnancies. Uterine rupture in high-risk GTN is a rare and potentially catastrophic event. The treatment of invasive mole perforation with uterine rupture is particularly challenging in young women who desire fertility preservation.Case presentationWe present the case of a 22-year-old woman with a rapidly transformed invasive mole after two evacuations for a complete molar pregnancy. Within 21 days of the second molar evacuation, the serum Ī²-hCG level surged from 5,718 mIU/ml to 444,617 mIU/ml. An ultrasonography examination showed the uterus was 9.2Ć8.9Ć7.8 cm in size with an uneven echo area of 6.9Ć5.2 cm near the fundus of the uterine cavity; the convex anterior wall had no normal muscle layer, and the outer margin was about 0.24 cm from the serosal layer. The patient was diagnosed with an invasive mole. Since she desired fertility preservation, we proposed a methotrexate (MTX) chemotherapy regimen. Before the planned chemotherapy, she experienced sudden abdominal pain accompanied by a blood pressure of 76/48 mmHg and a pulse rate of 116 bpm. An emergency abdominal ultrasound scan showed acute intra-abdominal bleeding (approximately 2,000 ml), and blood tests showed a hemoglobin concentration of 7.9 g/dL. Immediate uterine artery embolization was performed, and 35 mg MTX was administered bilaterally through the uterine arteries. The next day, the serum Ī²-hCG decreased to 83,530 mIU/ml, and the vital signs remained stable. Seven days later, the patient received a combination of etoposide, methotrexate, dactinomycin, cyclophosphamide, and vincristine (EMACO), and the serum Ī²-hCG level normalized after cycle five. At the 13-month follow-up after therapy completion, the woman was disease-free with a normal Ī²-hCG level.ConclusionOur experience highlights the potential feasibility and efficacy of conservative treatment for fertility preservation in such scenarios
Metabonomics Combined with UPLC-MS Chemical Profile for Discovery of Antidepressant Ingredients of a Traditional Chinese Medicines Formula, Chaihu-Shu-Gan-San
This study proposed a new strategy for uncovering the active chemical constituents of a traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) formula, Chaihu-Shu-Gan-San (CSGS). Metabonomics and chemical profile were integrated in combination with the multivariate statistical analysis (MVA) to discover the chemical constituents which contribute to the antidepressant effect of CSGS. Based upon the difference between CSGS and QZ (CSGS without Zhi-Qiao) extracts in the chemical profiles and the regulations of metabolic disturbances induced by CUMS, synephrine, naringin, hesperidin, and neohesperidin were recognized as the active constituents of CSGS from Zhi-qiao responsible for those missing regulations of CSGS when Zhi-Qiao was subtracted from the whole formula. They participated in the regulations of the deviated metabolites 2ā4, 10ā14, and 22ā25, involved in metabolic pathways of ketone bodies synthesis, phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis, valine, aspartate, glutamate metabolism, and glycolysis/gluconeogenesis. Furthermore, the assay of MAO-A activity confirmed the potential antidepressant effect of naringin and its active sites on the MAO-A was inferred by molecular docking study. The integration of metabonomics and chemical profile was proved to be a useful strategy for uncovering what the active chemical constituents in TCM formula are and how they make contributions for the efficacy of the formula
Tyrosine Phosphatase PTPRO Deficiency in ERBB2-Positive Breast Cancer Contributes to Poor Prognosis and Lapatinib Resistance
Despite the initial benefit from treating ERBB2-positive breast cancer with tyrosine kinase inhibitor lapatinib, resistance develops inevitably. Since the expression of protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor-type O (PTPRO), a member of the R3 subfamily of receptor protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs), is inversely correlated with the aggressiveness of multiple malignancies, we decided to explore the correlation between PTPRO and lapatinib resistance in ERBB2-positive breast cancer. Results of immunohistochemical (IHC) staining and the correlation analysis between the expression levels of PTPRO and the clinicopathological parameters indicate that PTPRO is downregulated in cancer tissues as compared with normal tissues and negatively associated with differentiation, tumor size, tumor depth, as well as the expression of ERBB2 and Ki67. Results from KaplanāMeier analyses indicate that lower expression of PTPRO is correlated with shorter relapse-free survival for patients with ERBB2-positive breast cancer, and multivariable Cox regression analysis found that PTPRO can potentially serve as an independent prognostic indicator for ERBB2-positive breast cancer. Results from both human breast cancer cells with PTPRO knockdown or overexpression and mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) which derived from Ptpro ( +/+ ) and Ptpro ( ā/ā ) mice with then stably transfected plasmid FUGW-Erbb2 consistently demonstrated the essentiality of PTPRO in the lapatinib-mediated anticancer process. Our findings suggest that PTPRO is not only able to serve as an independent prognostic indicator, but upregulating PTPRO can also reverse the lapatinib resistance of ERBB2-positive breast cancer
Construction and comprehensive analysis of a curoptosis-related lncRNA signature for predicting prognosis and immune response in cervical cancer
Cuproptosis (copper-ion-dependent cell death) is an unprogrammed cell death, and intracellular copper accumulation, causing copper homeostasis imbalance and then leading to increased intracellular toxicity, which can affect the rate of cancer cell growth and proliferation. This study aimed to create a newly cuproptosis-related lncRNA signature that can be used to predict survival and immunotherapy in patients with cervical cancer, but also to predict prognosis in patients treated with radiotherapy and may play a role in predicting radiosensitivity. First of all, we found lncRNAs associated with cuproptosis between cervical cancer tumor tissues and normal tissues. By LASSO-Cox analysis, overlapping lncRNAs were then used to construct lncRNA signatures associated with cuproptosis, which can be used to predict the prognosis of patients, especially the prognosis of radiotherapy patients, ROC curves and PCA analysis based on cuprotosis-related lncRNA signature and clinical signatures were developed and demonstrated to have good predictive potential. In addition, differences in immune cell subset infiltration and differences in immune checkpoint expression between high-risk and low-risk score groups were analyzed, and we investigated the relationship between this signature and tumor mutation burden. In summary, we constructed a lncRNA prediction signature associated with cuproptosis. This has important clinical implications, including improving the predictive value of cervical cancer patients and providing a biomarker for cervical cancer
