Analisa Pengamanan Data Teks Menggunakan Algoritma ADFGVX

This study discusses the implementation of ADFGVX to encode text data. ADFGVX is one of the classic cryptographic methods that uses symmetry keys. this method uses a 6x6 key board for encryption and decryption. The process of encryption and decryption is done by grouping letters in bigram. By using a 6x6 key board, we can encrypt plainteks (original text data to be encrypted) and decrypt ciphertext (encrypted text data) by grouping it. Keyboards are generated randomly by software so that each encryption process (encryption and decryption) can use different keys. This software is also used to verify the results of ADFGVX encryption and decryption with the cube keyboard. ADFGVX software is developed using Visual Basic and graphically based languages in the Windows development environment

Emotional Intelligence and Occupational Health Impact on Employee Performance

This study aimed to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence andoccupational health either partially or simultaneously on the employee\u27s performance.This type of research is correlational. The population of this study are employees CV.Fajar Offset Mojokerto, with a population of about 80 employees. Data was collectedby using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The dataanalysis used regression analysis with SPSS version 23. The Effect of Organizational Culture, Sharing Knowledge, and Intention to Share on Competency through Organizational Commitment As a Mediating Variable

Objectives: The phenomenon in this study is that the skills possessed by employees are still not optimal, as well as the lack of knowledge of banking products that must be mastered by front liners, especially in the teller department so that the impact on not achieving predetermined business targets. The existence of complaints recorded through the call center or submitted directly to the branch office indicates that the level of customer satisfaction has not been optimally achieved. The purpose of this research is to find out the significance of the influence of organizational culture, sharing knowledge, as well as the intention to share competencies through organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT BCA South Tangerang Region.Methodology: In this study, the population of this study is permanent employees and the number of samples used is 99 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The method of data analysis is using the PLS program.Finding: In this study, it is found that to increase organizational competence as a whole, intention to share, knowledge sharing, and organizational culture are needed. To increase customer satisfaction with bank service, it is also necessary to have a good commitment from employees to the organization. Conclusion: For further research, it is suggested to examine other private banks that face the same problem which may produce different findings; conduct research on relatively similar objects, such as leasing which also faces the same problem, and add the concept of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivation, engagement, work stress, and others for further research

Peran Website Pemerintah Kota Manado Dalam Mendukung Terwujudnya Good Governance

Komitmen Pemerintah Kota Manado untuk menerapkan pelayanan prima dan sistem informasi terintegrasi yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat direalisasikan dalam website yang mereka kelola di www.manadokota.go.id. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran website pemerintah kota Manado dalam mendukung terwujudnya Good Governance. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan data primer diperoleh dari observasi atau pengamatan langsung pada website serta hasil interview, dan data sekunder adalah literatur penelitian terkait.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan website Pemerintah Kota Manado telah menunjukkan perannya untuk mendukung tercapainya Good Governance. Prinsip-prinsip good governance seperti transparansi dan akuntabilitas dapat dirasakan pengunjung website meskipun belum maksimal. Masyarakat, walaupun terbatas sudah dapat aktif berpartisipasi dalam memberikan masukan, keluhan, dan saran sebagai pertimabangan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan di tingkat eksekutif. Satu yang kurang dirasakan adalah prinsip supremasi hukum, dimana Pemerintah Kota Manado belum memanfaatkan website untuk mempublikasikaan produk hukum Pemerintah terutama yang berkaitan dengan masyarakat

Kajian Ketersediaan Airtanah Bebas untuk Kebutuhan Domestik di Kecamatan Sewon, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa YOGYAKARTA

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghitung dan mengevaluasi ketersediaan airtanah bebas dan kebutuhan airtanah domestik di Kecamatan Sewon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif. Metode survei menggunakan teknik sampling terpilih (purposive sampling). Metode ini digunakan untuk memperoleh data kebutuhan domestik penduduk, data fluktuasi muka airtanah dan data tinggi muka airtanah. Data tersebut diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Perhitungan ketersediaan airtanah bebas diperoleh melalui perhitungan data bor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan volume ketersediaan airtanah bebas di Kecamatan Sewon sebesar 113.752.598,4 m3. Kebutuhan domestik airtanah total sebesar 4.502.445,4 m3/tahun. Hasil aman daerah penelitian ialah sebesar 14.219.074,8 m3/tahun. Analisis ketersediaan dan kebutuhan domestik airtanah menunjukkan ketersediaan airtanah bebas di Kecamatan Sewon lebih besar dibandingkan kebutuhan airtanah. Imbangan airtanah menunjukkan nilai surplus airtanah pada seluruh daerahnya. Proyeksi kebutuhan domestik airtanah menunjukkan pada tahun 2050 mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan namun tidak melebihi volume hasil amannya

In the absence of cost calculations, then the store can not know how these productions. And there is no record of raw materials and how materials are issued at the time of production. Based on the background of the problems that the designed system to calculate the Cost of Production to overcome these problems. The process of system design applications through several stages, the first survey of production systems, analyzing data and designing systems using the Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram. Database created by using Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Applications created with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. NET.Results obtained from the application that has been made, among others, can save raw materials, bread recipes, customer data, transaction ordering raw materials, sales transactions, sales order transactions, the report card stock, and so on.From the test results, a program created to process administrative data on Han's Bakery shop to produce a report that has been able to meet the needs of stores that run more effectively and efficiently
