Untersuchung der Einkopplungen von UWB-Pulsen auf Funksysteme im 2,4-GHz-ISM-Band

Dieser Bericht fasst die durchgeführten Messungen zur Abschätzung möglicher Kopplung elektromagnetischer Energie ausgehend von abgestrahlten UWB-Pulsen auf Funkübertragungssysteme im 2,4-GHz-ISM-Band zusammen. Dabei wird genauer auf die sogenannte Frontdoor- und Backdoorkopplung eingegangen. Während für die Abschätzung der Frontdoorkopplung generische PCB-Antennen untersucht wurden, sind für die Backdoorkopplung Standard-USB-Funkmodule zum Einsatz gekommen. Es wird im Gesamten eine Abschätzung gegeben, inwieweit UWB-Pulse Funkübertragungssysteme beeinflussen können. Die durchgeführten Messungen wurden mit Hilfe einer GTEM-Zelle in Verbindung mit dem UWB-Pulsgenerator PBG3 der Firma Kentech durchgeführt. Weiterhin sind die Auswirkungen von UWB-Pulsen auf ein reales Funkübertragungssystem im 2,4-GHz-ISM-Band untersucht worden

The rhetoric of diabole

This paper examines role played in rhetoric and forensic oratory in classical Athens by the creation of prejudice in the judges against the opponent (diabole). It notes the under-representation of this process in the rhetorical tradition — as distinct from practical legal oratory, whose exponents show a clear awareness of the methods needed to create prejudice — and seeks to explain the deficiency. It also surveys briefly the manner and content of negative characterization of the opponent in Athenian forensic oratory

Invasive Neophyten im Limmattal – status quo 2007 und Massnahmen

In the region of Dietikon-Spreitenbach-Heitersberg (Limmat Valley), invasive neophytes were analyzed and measures for dealing were proposed. For this purpose populations of invasive neophytes and phe- nomenologically defined habitats were mapped at a scale 1:10 000 in 2007. The map shows a strong concentration of invasive neophytes in the areas of settlement. 12 species that occur in the study area are from the Black List, 3 from the Watch List. The following plant species are the most widely spread in the study area and appear dominant in one third of the habitats: Butterfly Bush, Giant Goldenrod and Himalayan Blackberry. Typical spreading sources of inva- sive plant species are residential areas. The spreading itself occurs mainly along rivers or traffic ways. The comparison between the Limmat Valley and the Upper Rhine/Domleschg Valley shows that there occur nearly the same species. But their occurrence is smaller in the Grisons Alps. The sources of expansions and the ways of proliferation are the same. Areas with prior need for action are proposed because of evaluations, additional collecting of vegetation data that show the impact of Japanese Knotweed on biodiversity and a priority list

Was ist Electronic Business? Was ist ein Geschäftsmodell? Beide Begriffe werden erst seit Ende der 90er Jahre intensiv genutzt und besonders in ihrer Verbindung mangels verläßlicher Abgrenzungen arg strapaziert. Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Wirtschaftsinformatik haben inzwischen jedoch ein definitorisches Fundament geschaffen, das zur Planung und Beurteilung von Geschäftsmodellen im E-Business herangezogen werden kann.
