A relevância do direito à seguridade social na manutenção do regime democrático

A proteção social, importante instrumento para elevar a qualidade de vida das pessoas, é base de uma sociedade democraticamente forte. A garantia de realização de direitos sociais reverbera na qualidade da participação popular nos processos políticos, pois as pessoas deixam de se preocupar apenas com questões de mera sobrevivência e passam atuar efetivamente na tomada de decisões da sociedade. Embora a seguridade social demonstre relevância na ordem jurídica, o seu orçamento sofre ingerências que afetam a solvabilidade e robustez do sistema. Objetiva-se estudar a importância desse direito na formação de atores políticos de qualidade. A relevância está nas constantes propostas de maior austeridade no regramento de concessão de benefícios previdenciários e no neoliberalismo que pretende diminuir o tamanho do Estado, o que pode gerar menor cobertura social e diminuição dos índices de qualidade de vida da população, afetando de sobremaneira a participação popular na política. Numa pesquisa doutrinária, foram analisados pensamentos dos juristas a respeito dessa relação entre direitos de seguridade e democracia e se o tratamento desfavorecido conferido a esses direitos reflete na arrecadação. Conclui-se pelo desvirtuamento do tratamento do direito à seguridade social na ordem jurídica, com consequente reflexo nas ingerências sofridas pelo seu orçamento, enfraquecendo a democracia

Разработка осветительной установки молочной фермы с использованием автоматической системы управления освещением

В ходе выполнения ВКР решалось несколько основных задач: улучшение светового климата внутри помещений для содержания крупного рогатого скота и, как следствие, увеличение производительности молочных коров; повышение эффективности системы искусственного освещения на молочных фермах с использованием энергосберегающих осветительных средств (реконструкция осветительной установки и внедрение автоматической системы управления освещением по протоколу DALI), позволяющих снизить расход электрической энергии на процесс освещения.During the implementation of the graduation work, several main tasks were solved: improving the light climate within the premises for cattle and, as a consequence, increasing the productivity of dairy cows; increasing the efficiency of the artificial lighting system on dairy farms using energy-saving lighting (reconstruction of the lighting system and the introduction of an automatic lighting control system using the DALI protocol), which allow to reduce the electric energy consumption for the lighting process

Charge and current-sensitive preamplifiers for pulse shape discrimination techniques with silicon detectors

New charge and current-sensitive preamplifiers coupled to silicon detectors and devoted to studies in nuclear structure and dynamics have been developed and tested. For the first time shapes of current pulses from light charged particles and carbon ions are presented. Capabilities for pulse shape discrimination techniques are demonstrated.Comment: 14 pages, 12 figures, to be published in Nucl. Inst. Meth.

Commissioning of the ALTO 50 MeV electron linac

The accelerator consists of a 3 MeV injector (old test station of LAL, Laboratoire de l'Accélérateur Linéaire d'Orsay), LIL (Linac Injector of LEP) accelerating structure, RF power plant, beam line, control system and diagnostics. Specified and measured beam parameters will be compared to show the performances of the photofission process and eventually other applications

Reintroducing Type 3 Fonts to the World of TEX

Nowadays, a great number of documents are produced every day. Many authors would like their documents to stand out from the rest not only by content but also by typographic design. For this purpose one may use decorative letters, ornaments, dingbats and special fonts. If each document would have to look different from all the others a great many fonts and font deviations are needed. This could be achieved by combining the METAPOST language with the type 3 font format. This new font creation technology enables users endless single-use-only variations in weight and width, style and size, and in color. A new level of control over the embellishment level of fonts in documents is thereby achieved
