USE OF THE STONEX S9 PLUS GPS RECEIVER FOR THE PREPARATION OF CADASTRE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE REGISTRATION IN THE LAND BOOK OF A PROPERTY

The purpose of the paper is to present a model for preparing topo-cadastral documentation for registration in the Land Book of a property, using modern equipment, methods and measurement systems. The respective building is located in Călăraşi commune, Sărata village, Dreptăţii street, number 3, Dolj county, being composed of construction yards and arable land, a residential building and two household annexes. In order to prepare the technical documentation necessary for registration in the land book of the building, a topographic survey was performed in the Stereographic 1970 projection system and the 1975 BLACK SEA reference system, using a Stonex S9 PLUS GPS receiver

THE INFLUENCE OF THE CONTENT ON HUMUS AND CLAY ON THE PSAMOSOIL PROPERTIES IN THE AREA POIANA MARE-DOLJ

The humus and clay are the key organic and mineral components that influence the productive capacity of sandy soils. In order to study the influence of these components there were identified spots of land with different contents of humus and clay on the studied sandy soil during the experiment. There have been taken soil samples which were analyzed in laboratory. The soil samples have been taken from 20 cm depth and there were analyzed and interpreted on a scale with 0.5% units for humus and 5% for clay

TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS CARRIED FOR DRAWING GENERAL URBAN PLAN OF A VILLAGE FOR AGROTOURISTIC ARRANGEMENT

The paper aims at presenting a methodology and surveying equipment and technical documentation needed for the general urban plan, indispensable for agrotouristic arrangement works of a settlement. The investigations undertaken have shown that for preparing fast, accurate and detailed urban plan for the studied locality was necessary use of modern surveying technology, such as GPS technology, completed with the total station for surveying the details. It was also found that only use of such a method could produce a unitary and accurate urban plan with high efficiency, compliant with all requirements and technical standards imposed by law, for such work of great importance and complexity.Having the plan and technical data gathered from the field can be achieved in the best conditions a design and implementation at the highest level, of agrotouristical arrangement works in the locality

TOPO-CADASTRAL WORKS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY IN LAND REGISTER OF A SECTION FROM COUNTY ROAD 677 A, SIRINEASA COMMUNE, VALCEA COUNTY

The aim of the work it was registering ownership right over DJ 677 A real estate located in the municipality Sirineasa, Valcea County.In order to enter in the Land Register of the building mentioned above were performed measuring operations and computational and reporting operations. The works were completed in 1970 Stereographic projection system and measuring elements on the ground were performed with a Topcon GR-3 GPS and LEICA TC 805 total station.For the road section was drawn up a location and delimitation plan at 1 at 1000 scale, respecting the existing regulations

EFFICIENCY OF THE TOPOGRAPHIC WORKS FOR DETACHMENT OF A PROPERTY

This paper refers to choice efficient ways of preparation topo-cadastral documentation in order to detachment a property and combine classical methods of measuring with elements of GPS technology. Determination of station points was performed by the RTK-Cinematic in real time using real-time differential corrections from the reference station RGN- GNSS integrated, and the contour and detail points of the land was done by polar coordinates method. All operations necessary to obtain the correction of the coordinate, directions and horizontal distances were performed using TopoLT program, based on data from the total station downloading. For the efficiency of the topographic work, required a series of facilities, especially modern devices, GPS receivers, total stations, and performant PCs, appropriate software for data recording and obtain the final products

ACHIEVEMENT OF NETWORK SUPPORT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW COMMUNICATION WAY

One of the most important steps in the topographical survey for building a communication ways or drawing it on the ground is represented by achieving of the networking support. Of the total area of land affected by the road bypass South Craiova, 22.56 ha are owned by private individuals, the remaining 9.53 ha are the property of Romanian state.When performing network support was used Leica TCR 805 total station and Leica Sprinter 150 M electronic level. For downloading data and processing were used Autocad, TopoLT, ProfLT, Leica Geo Office Tools, Topograph, Microsoft Office Excel software. Network support was determined by a traverse at both ends supported on points with known coordinates

Electron-hole correlation effects in the emission of light from quantum wires

We present a self-consistent treatment of the electron-hole correlations in optically excited quantum wires within the ladder approximation, and using a contact potential interaction. The limitations of the ladder approximation to the excitonic low-density region are largely overcome by the introduction of higher order correlations through self consistency. We show relevance of these correlations in the low-temperature emission, even for high density relevant in lasing, when large gain replaces excitonic absorption.Comment: 4 paes 3 figure

DRAWING OF THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THE COMMUNAL ROAD 151-DN 6- SECTIONN 1, DRĂGHICENI COMMUNE, OLT COUNTY, BY COMBINED GPS USE – TOTAL STATION

For drawing up the technical documentation of the Communal Road 151 – DN 6 –Section 1, located in the Drăghiceni commune area, Olt County, it was necessary the combined use of the modern GPS topography equipment – total station. The GPS technology was used to determine the points of the support network, and the total station to thicken it and raise the points on the ground.The computational operations were performed based on the field data, thus obtaining the absolute coordinates of the points that delineate the studied land in the Stereographic Projection System 1970.The drawing up of operations of the placement and delineation plan of the property body consist of representing the points that delineate the surface on a sheet of A3 format at a scale of 1:5000
