    Penelitian terdahulu diperoleh bahwa mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ilmu-ilmu Sosial (PIIS) sebagian besar menggunakan internet dalam aktivitas komunikasi dan akademik menggunakan media internet. Penelitian ini merupakan kelanjutan untuk menjawab permasalahan hubungan antara literasi media internet, literasi membaca, dan literasi menulis sebagai kompetensi literasi digital di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 (R.I. 4.0). Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan instrument angket. Jumlah partisipan sebanyak 151 orang. Variable penelitian diukur dengan skala ordinal berdasarkan sikap dan pernyataan yang dijawab partisipan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik uji korelasi untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa PIIS sangat baik (91%) menggunakan media internet mengunduh referensi untuk mendukung aktivitas belajar. Referensi diunduh dalam format pdf (77%). Selanjutnya untuk melengkapi referensi mahasiswa mengnduh artikel jurnal penelitian (50%) dan artikel dari Blog (52%). Hubungan antara variable literasi media internet, membaca, dan menulis dengan nilai koefisien sangan rendah dan tidak signifikan. Sedangkan, hubungan parsial antara literasi membaca dan menulis menujukkan nilai koefisien cukup dan signifika

    AbstractThis study aims to determine the tourism potential of Piantus, the factors inhibiting the development of Piantus tourism, and the efforts to develop Piantus tourism. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The informants of this research are the community and managers, as well as people from the tourism and culture office. The methods was used in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and to check the validity of the data using triangulation.     PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA POWER POINT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VIII E SMP NEGERI 1 SUNGAI RAYA

    AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of using power point media on students’ learning outcomes. The form of this research is pre-experimental design with one group pre-test-post test design. The subjects of this study were 32 students of class VIII E SMP N 1 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency. The data collection techniques used are direct communication techniques and documentary studies. The data collection tool used is in the form of multiple choice questions as tools to determine the learning outcomes of students before and after being treated and note sheets or documents. Based on the results of data analysis, the average learning outcomes of students before treatment are 61.56, while the average learning outcomes of students after being treated have increased, namely the average learning outcomes of 84,53 with the high category. With the calculation of Effect Size, the result is 1,70 with a high category, which means power point learning media has a major impact on student learning outcomes in the Social Studies subject for Class VIII E SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency.Keywords: Power Point Learning Media, Learning Outcomes, Social Studies Subject

    AbstractThis study aims to determine what ethnic cultures exist in the Dusun Beringin community, how ethnic culture can create community togetherness in Dusun Beringin and obstacles in creating the togetherness of the people of Dusun Beringin. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data sources of this research are the people in Dusun Beringin and the Head of Dusun Beringin. Data collection uses interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are seven ethnic groups in Dusun Beringin, namely ethnic Malays, Bugis, Chinese, Javanese, Balinese, Madurese, and Dayak, ethnic culture can create community togetherness by strengthening the relationship between communities and it is entertaining and eating together and obstacles in the implementation of ethnic cultural activities are riots when there are activities that invite a large number of people, such as at the Kuda Lumping event and at the time this is the Covid -19 pandemic.Keywords: Culture, Community Togetherness, Ethnicity

    This study aims to determine the role of teachers in pre-learning, during learning, and post-learning in the social studies learning process in class VIII during the COVID-19 pandemic at MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data sourced from social studies teachers and class VIII students. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of teachers in pre-learning was carried out in the form of gathering phone numbers and creating WhatsApp groups; ensuring the availability of smartphones and internet connection; using online learning media applications, informing lesson schedules; making lesson plans; and ensuring both parents/guardians and students support online learning. The role of the teacher during learning is carried out in the form of checking the students’ attendance, reading prayers, delivering material, and providing opportunities for students to ask questions and express opinions. Lastly, the role of the teacher in post-learning is to check the students’ tasks, remind students to collect assignments, and provide feedback in the form of appreciation for student tasks

    AbstractThis study aims to determine whether or not there is a difference in entrepreneurial intentions between Chinese and Javanese ethnic students at SMK Panca Bhakti Sungai Raya. This research is a quantitative study with a comparative method. The data sources in this study were 83 students consisting of 44 Chinese ethnic students and 39 Javanese ethnic students. The data were obtained using indirect communication techniques, namely by means of a questionnaire and documentation. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the entrepreneurial intention of Chinese ethnic students is in the very high category with a percentage of 83.72% and the entrepreneurial intention of Javanese ethnic students is in the very high category with a percentage of 82.44%. Then based on data analysis using the t test Independent Test through SPSS 23, the value of tcount 0.05) is obtained, so Ho (null hypothesis) is accepted and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in entrepreneurial intentions between ethnic Chinese and Javanese students at SMK Panca Bhakti Sungai Raya.Keywords: Chinese Ethnic, Entrepreneurial intention, Javanese Ethni
