    Implementasi Supervisi Klinis dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru

    This study aims at improving teacher professionalism. This study employed descriptive qualitative case study using supervision instrument. The data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed through several steps such as obtaining data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing a conclusion. The result of this study showed that the implementation of clinical supervision which is conducted in three stages (planning, execution, and feedback responding) was positively running and able to improve the professionalism of teacher. Several attempts to improve and develop teacher professionalism were made such as material comprehension, learning method and media used designation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus menggunakan instrumen supervisi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi supervisi klinis yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap umpan Balik telah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Berbagai upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan profesional guru telah diusahakan, seperti penguasaan materi, pemilihan metode pembelajaran, dan media yang digunakan

    The objective of this research was to obtain the application of the administration  country ethic in the service of position improvement in the office of Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat in Gowa regency. That was based on the government rule number 10 in 1979 about the employee job action measurement. The kind of the research used was the descriptive qualitative with the fenomenology type. The research informants were nine people with the deep interview, focus observation, and documentation as the data collecting technique. Besides, the data analysis qualitatively sistematic through data redcuction, data serving, verification and conclusion. The research result in the aplication of employee ethic codes showed that there were three things related, they were: loyalty, responsibility, and faithfully. Further, in the aplication of public ethic modality showed that there were three things related, they were: accountabilty, transparancy, and netrality.Keywords: Ethics of Administration, Promotion Service  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan etika administrasi Negara dalam pelayanan kenaikan pangkat di Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat di Kabupaten Gowa. Hal ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 10 Tahun 1979 tentang Penilaian Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian fenomenologi. Informan penelitian berjumlah sembilan orang dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi terfokus, dan dokumentasi. Sementara analisa data secara kualitatif dilakukan secara sistematis yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan kesimpulan.. Hasil penelitian pada penerapan kode etik pegawai menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga yang terkait dalam hal tersebut yakni kesetiaan, tanggungjawab dan ketaatan. Sedangkan pada penerapan modalitas etika publik menunjukkan ada tiga hal yang terkait dalam hal tersebut yakni : akuntabilitas, transparansi dan netralitas.Kata kunci: Etika Administrasi, Kenaikan Pangka

    This study aims to determine the role of the Regional Planning Board in the preparation of medium-term development plan West Halmahera. To answer the research problem, then apply the descriptive method with qualitative approach, then seven (7) the informant set as a reference in the collection of data or information by interviewing one by one starting from the element of Regional Development Planning Board as many as five people, and two people from the Budget Team Local government (TAPD), then the data was analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques interactive model of Miles and Hubernann.Based on the research results indicate that the role of BAPPEDA Halmahera can be seen from (1) Preparation of a preliminary draft RPJMD. (2) Preparation of a draft strategic plan on education. (3) The drafting of RPJMD. (4) Council planning (Musrenbang) medium term. (5) Preparation of the final draft RPJMD. (6) Determination of local regulation on RPJMDReferring to some of the findings in this study, it is necessary to provide some suggestions as solutions to problems in this study, as follows: (1) Implementation of the good and the right of each stage of the preparation RPJMD (2) an increase in the number of qualified human resources and improve the quality existing human resources as well

    Microfluidic simulation of a colonial diatom chain reveals oscillatory movement

    Diatoms are single-celled organisms with rigid parts in relative motion at the micro- and nanometer length scales. Some diatom species form colonies comprising many cells. In this manuscript, the results of a two-dimensional finite element computer model are presented. This model was established to discover if diatom colonies start to exhibit some kind of »pumping« behaviour when subjected to water flow. To analyze this computationally, a model diatom colony with continuously repeated units of ten cells is investigated in a fluid dynamic simulation. In this first simple model, undisturbed fluid flow is allowed for between the single cells. The cells do not move actively, and are solely moved by the water. The initial fluid velocity is assumed between 0.01 m s–1 and 1 m s–1. Acomputational result that does not change anymore with time is called a steady state solution. Such a steady state solution is reached in all calculations performed. The steady state for a chain where initially all diatoms are spaced equally (equidistant spacing) has forces that encourage the formation of cell pairs with less distance between one another. These forces result from the flow of the surrounding fluid. The steady state for a chain with initially paired cells shows the opposite effect: the pairs tend to un-pair and head for the equidistant state again. The mutual change in forces between these two states, i.e., paired and unpaired formations, suggests that these two steady states lead into each other: The computer simulations suggest that a diatom colony subjected to water flow exhibits some kind of oscillatory movement. Such movement might facilitate nutrient uptake of the diatom colony

Therefore, this research aims to know theinfluence of the leadership of the Head of community awareness in the Earth and buildings to pay taxes.The independent variables (free) in this study was leadership of (X) is a capacity that has theability to affect or right to steer, or encourage a person to do everything which is the wisdom or acommand for a particular purpose. The dependent variable (tied) in the penenlitian this is the awarenessof UN Pay as a Variable (Y) the existence of public awareness will encourage a strong desire to improveand develop common interests in order to achieve a better life. The type of research used in this study is aresearch method of quantitative analysis with descriptive statistics, with a view to seeking influencesbetween the dependent variable and independent variable.Overall analysis of the results indicates that the leadership of the Head has a positive influence on theAwareness of society in the pay of the UN in the Sub-District of Eris. As the results of this research as wellas the theoretical opinion then it can be stated that the leadership of the Head has a positive influence onthe Awareness of society in the pay of the UN

    This study was conducted based on the results prasurvei that civil servants in performing basictasks and functions indicated yet to reach optimum performance. This is presumably related to theimplementation of policy leadership. Thus, the study aims to "Assessing the impact of policy leadership onwork performance of employees at the Department of Public Works Fak-fak West Papua province. Thisresearch applies descriptive method with quantitative approach. Purposive sample of respondents assignedas many as 73 employees, and data collection techniques distributed questionnaires to obtain primary data,secondary data obtained using the documentation techniques. All data and information obtained throughsurveys and direct observation techniques. After the data is collected, then analyzed by using percentageanalysis (frequency table), followed by product moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression.The results showed that: Mean supervisory leadership and job performance of employees at the Departmentof Public Works Fak-fak, according to the results of research are in the category of "medium" or medium.Supervision leadership has positive and highly significant or significant effect on work performance ofemployees at the Department of Public Works Fak-fak West Papua province. Thus, it can be concluded thatthe supervisory leadership with employee work performance related contributory. If the leadership is moreflexible supervision, it will improve the work performance of employees, particularly at the Department ofPublic Works Fak-fak West Papua Province. To improve the work performance of employees, it issuggested that the leadership gives authority to employees in taking the initiative and operational decisionsto carry out their tasks so that work performance will increase even more
