Development of tourism in the region on the basis of cluster approach
© Medwell Journals, 2016.In this study, cluster approach for management and a sustainable development of tourism in the region is considered. The main advantages of use of cluster approach to private investors, the state and locals are shown. Possibilities of formation of clusters at the regional level are considered
Innovative ways of using the tourist potential as the basis of territories development
The aim of the article is to evaluate the possibilities of development different kinds of tourism in Russia and to ensure social and economic development of certain areas on this basis. We propose an innovative approach to the development of a number of tourist destinations in the Republic of Tatarstan and Perm region by combining the most interesting, perspective and becoming popular types of tourism. As an innovative offer and the main direction of analysis cruise tourism is taken in conjunction with environmental, religious, cultural and historical tourism. The tourism and recreational potential of the research areas, their possible involvement in the formation of the flow of inbound and domestic tourism have been studied. The conditions for the joint projects creation in the field of tourism and their development prospects have been found out
Competitiveness assessment of Russian territories in terms of inbound tourism
The article explores current main development challenges of tourism in Russia. The behavior pattern of the travel and tourism competitiveness index in Russia over the years from 2009 to 2013 has been analyzed. Authors reveal the causes of the low tourism competitiveness in Russia compared to other countries. A qualitative assessment of the tourism potential merit in conformity to development of certain areas is presented. The current state of tourism in the Republic of Tatarstan is studied in connection with the inbound tourism promoting opportunities. The leading position of the Republic of Tatarstan among the Russian regions is noted in terms of tourist potential development, as well as availability of significant opportunities of the region for further development of truism
Complexity of positioning in tourism as the basis of its sustainable development
© Medwell Journals, 2016.In this study, the difficulties of positioning of tourist potential and the creation of positive tourist image reveal. The main problems of positioning are allocated and also the need of creation of positive image for a sustainable development of the sphere of tourism is shown
The seasonal factor in the tourism industry and it's influence on the sustainable development of the sector
© Medwell Journals, 2017. The study is devoted to the problems of seasonality in tourism. The researchers note the dependence of the tourist season on the climatic indicators of the location and propose recommendations that can allow the tourist destination to develop steadily and dynamically during off-season as well
Improving the training system as a basis for improved management of sustainable development of tourism
© 2017 Serials Publications.Sustainable development of tourism is impossible without the availability of highly qualified personnel. The goal of the article lies in the study of approaches to the definition of "sustainable tourism" and in the determination of directions of training system's perfection in the field of effective territory management. For the analysis of the problem methods of systematization and generalization, quantitative and qualitative study were used. They allowed considering the problem comprehensively, taking into account many factors that affect the dependence of economic development on a stable environment. In the article, the questions of creation and formation of the term "sustainable tourism development", the evolution of ideas for sustainable tourism development in Russia were covered. As a result of the study there were identified the main approaches to the improvement of the management efficiency of tourism and hospitality sustainable development by training improvement: The introduction of the discipline "sustainable tourism development" to the "Tourism" educational program, the increase in time of practical classes of bachelors in the "Tourism" educational program and qualification improvement for managers in tourism and hospitality industry. The article will be useful for Federal and Regional authorities, higher educational institutions that are engaged in training of students who attend "Tourism" educational program, and for anyone who is interested in sustainable tourism development
Random Matrices and Chaos in Nuclear Physics
The authors review the evidence for the applicability of random--matrix
theory to nuclear spectra. In analogy to systems with few degrees of freedom,
one speaks of chaos (more accurately: quantum chaos) in nuclei whenever
random--matrix predictions are fulfilled. An introduction into the basic
concepts of random--matrix theory is followed by a survey over the extant
experimental information on spectral fluctuations, including a discussion of
the violation of a symmetry or invariance property. Chaos in nuclear models is
discussed for the spherical shell model, for the deformed shell model, and for
the interacting boson model. Evidence for chaos also comes from random--matrix
ensembles patterned after the shell model such as the embedded two--body
ensemble, the two--body random ensemble, and the constrained ensembles. All
this evidence points to the fact that chaos is a generic property of nuclear
spectra, except for the ground--state regions of strongly deformed nuclei.Comment: 54 pages, 28 figure
City branding in Russia: Main trends, problems and development prospects
© 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London. The article reveals the need for branding Russian cities. Branding is considered as a basis for economic development of the city and the region. The special attention is paid to perception of brand by inhabitants and tourists. The paper considers the main advantages of steady brand creation as well as the problems that can arise
Testing T Invariance in the Interaction of Slow Neutrons with Aligned Nuclei
The study of five-fold (P even, T odd) correlation in the interaction of slow
polarized neutrons with aligned nuclei is a possible way of testing the time
reversal invariance due to the expected enhancement of T violating effects in
compound resonances. Possible nuclear targets are discussed which can be
aligned both dynamically as well as by the "brute force" method at low
temperature. A statistical estimation is performed of the five-fold correlation
for low lying p wave compound resonances of the Sb, Sb and
I nuclei. It is shown that a significant improvement can be achieved
for the bound on the intensity of the fundamental parity conserving time
violating (PCTV) interaction.Comment: 22 pages, 5 figures, published versio
Research on the evolution of management concepts of sustainable tourism and hospitality development in the regions
© The authors. The relevance of the issues of the working out of management of sustainable tourism and hospitality development in the regions stipulated by the necessity of integrated approach to assessing the impact of tourism on the socio-economic aspects of the regions progress. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for managing sustainable development of tourism and hospitality in the regions. The leading approach to the study of this problem is evaluation of the scale of tourism development and its impact on the region, and then determination of the appropriate indicators for each measurement and the analysis of assets and resources, related to the development of tourism and hospitality, that allows a comparison with other regions and countries. The article covers the questions of change of scientific approaches to the assessment of the essence of the concept of "sustainable tourism development", identifies and describes the main factors affecting the management of sustainable development of tourism and hospitality in the region. The article also reveals that if the connection between tourism and other sectors of the national economy can not be built, a significant part of the development potential of the tourism actions may be lost. Article materials represent a practical value to designers in the field of tourism and marketing specialists trying to develop offers that are adapted to the needs of the target markets
