    Import 02/11/2016Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem tlumících prvků a stojanu pro jejich uchycení. Konkrétně se jedná o aplikaci gravírování železničních kol, které jsou manipulátorem přemístěny nad obráběcí stroj. Při usazení železničního kola na upínací stůl je nutné vzhledem k jeho hmotnosti použít tlumení. Jednotlivé typy železničních kol mají různé rozměry i tvary, z tohoto důvodu musí být tlumicí prvky uchycené tak, aby bylo možné měnit jejich polohu. Bakalářská práce v úvodu obsahuje základní informace o výrobě a druzích železničních kol. Dále jsou uvedeny možnosti realizace tlumení a tři konstrukční návrhy řešení mechanizmu pro změnu polohy tlumících prvků. V závěru práce je proveden výpočet vybraného tlumícího prvku pro dvě konkrétní situace.The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the damping elements and stands for their attachments. Specifically, the application of the engraving which are moved by the manipulator above the machine tool. During the establishment of a railway wheel on the clamping table is required due to its mass use damping. Individual types of rail wheels have different dimensions and shapes and for that the damping elements must be mounted so as to be able to change their position. Bachelor’s thesis at the beginning provides basic information about the production and types of railway wheels. Then there are possibilities of dumping realization and the three design proposals for dealing with mechanism for changing the position of the damping elements.     Experimental analysis of fluidic muscles

    Fluidic muscles have been the subject of research since the 1930s to the present day. McKibben's muscle is one of the most common ones. This type is the basis for fluidic muscles already being used commercially. The power-to-weight ratio is one of their main advantages. The disadvantage is difficult handling. The article describes experimental verification of static characteristics of fluidic muscles. During muscle contraction, a tensile force is developed which changes as the length of the muscle changes. This dependence is experimentally verified. A measuring equipment for testing fluidic muscles of various lengths and diameters is designed and assembled. The device consists of a pneumatic circuit, where the output drive is a loaded fluidic muscle. The load of muscle is generated by a hydraulic cylinder. The results will be further applicable to fluidic muscle simulations.Web of Science20225763575

    Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému hydraulické aretace forem automobilové výbavy. V úvodu práce je zpracována teorie výroby autodoplňků. Tato část obsahuje stručnou historii automobilu, materiály pro výrobu interiéru vozidla a zpracování plastických hmot. Praktická část obsahuje tři koncepční návrhy řešení aretace forem. Dle zadání je řešená kinematika pohonu. Na základě rozboru aretace a odjištění je spočítán hydraulický akumulátor a jsou provedeny další potřebné technické výpočty. Podle výpočtu a zadání je zpracováno funkční schéma hydraulického obvodu. V závěru práce je návrh hydraulického agregátu. Posledním bodem práce je návod na obsluhu a údržbu zařízení. Součásti přílohy je specifikace prvků, funkční schéma, výrobní dokumentace nádrže, čistícího víka a víka hydraulického agregátu.This diploma thesis deals with the design of the hydraulic lock molds for automotive equipment. At the beginning of the thesis the theory of car accessories production is processed. This section contains a brief history of cars, materials for the interior of the vehicle and the processing of plastics. The practical part contains three conceptual designs for the solution of mold locks. According to the assignment the drive kinematics is solved. Based on the analysis of the lock and unlocking, the hydraulic accumulator is calculated and other necessary technical calculations are made. Depending on the calculation and specification, the functional diagram of the hydraulic circuit is processed. At the end of the thesis is the design of the hydraulic aggregate. The last point of the work is the operating and maintenance instructions for the device. The hydraulic circuit for measuring required quantities, which are necessary to determine of parallel capacitance influence on the hydraulic system dynamics. A part of hydraulic system is a long pipe, in which the parallel capacitance created by hydraulic hose is connected. A non-stationary flow is caused by fast closing of the seat valve, which is situated at the end of long pipe. Mathematical model is realized and verified in Matlab SimScape Fluids software for this hydraulic system
