DIGITALISASI PENYELENGGARAAN PAUD
Pada masa periode globalisasi 4.0 yang mengarah pada perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, memiliki dampak yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat untuk merubah perilaku yang bersifat manual kearah digital, keadaan penggunaan digital dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-hari di Revolusi Industri 4.0 terus mengalami peningkatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan webinar, dan penulis sebagai salah satu narasumber pada webinar nasional tersebut yang diadakan oleh prodi PG PAUD UWGM Samarinda. Digitalisasi penyelenggaraan Paud, merupakan salah satu bentuk metode layanan yang harus segera dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan para pengguna jasa Paud, agar mudah mengakses dan mendapatkan informasi seputar kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Paud yang bersangkutan. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan lembaga paud dalam penyelenggaraan yang digitalisasi sangat banyak misalnya saja dalam penggunaan website, Lembaga memanfaatkan website yang di buat untuk sarana promosi dengan mengupload kegiatan-kegiatan yang dibuat dan telah dilakukan sehingga dengan sendirinya aktivitas dapat di ketahui oleh masyarakat secara luas, kegiatan-kegiatan baik yang dilakukan tentu saja dapat meningkatkan prestasi dan prestise lembaga atau sekolah itu sendir
BERMAIN SEPEDA UNTUK MELATIH KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK KASAR ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN
Playing A Bike To Train The Rude Motor Ability Of Children Age 5-6 Years Old. During the Covid-19 pandemic, children with active characteristics will of course feel bored with games in the house that are less free. And children feel limited in exploring physical activities related to gross motor skills. Children at an early age are very important to carry out physical movements with the aim of stimulating the physical growth of children's motor skills, both fine and gross motor skills. To make children excited about doing physical activities, one of them is by inviting them to ride bikes together. In a joint cycling situation, direct observations can be made and also ask what children feel when playing a bicycle, the research conducted by the author uses a case study of a child aged 5-6 years who plays a two-wheeled bicycle with a focus on training the child's gross motor skills. , namely by locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative movements. From what has been done during the activity of playing bicycles, all of the movements made by children when playing bicycles have all referred to the gross motor skills of children, especially children aged 5-6 years
MEMBANGUN BUDAYA HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT DI SEKOLAH DASAR 009 SAMBUTAN KELURAHAN MAKROMAN DENGAN MEMANFAATKAN MEDIA POSTER
Cleanliness and health are two things that need to be considered by Indonesia. Recognizing that Indonesia is still very far behind in these two fields requires self-awareness regarding the urgency of hygiene and health issues. The community service activities carried out at SD 009 Sambutan, Makroman Village are a small step that must be taken as an example and habituation to a culture of clean and healthy living to improve the level of hygiene and health in Indonesia as well as efforts to build a young generation with character. The method used in this activity is socialization by way of lectures and providing information through the use of posters. The material presented was in the form of recommendations on how to implement the four activities in the form of eating healthy food, maintaining personal hygiene, maintaining a clean environment and also the importance of exercising, with this socialization it is hoped that it will be able to build a generation of young people with character as well as improve the level of cleanliness and health of Indonesian children in the eyes of the world
Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Lembaga PAUD (Studi Kualitatif) Di Kota Samarinda
PAUD institutions as an organization engaged in early childhood education are an activity that aims to educate human life, especially students, so that in its implementation it is necessary not only to have a planning related to teaching and learning activities but also an integral process that involves several factors, namely: educational goals, educators, students, learning tools and the environment. PAUD institutions should pay attention to the human resources they have, in running their organizations it is certainly inseparable from human resources that must improve both in terms of knowledge, skills and abilities in managing PAUD institutions. This study focuses on the process of educational human resource management, namely educators and education personnel, maintaining human resources who are serious in their work, can provide enthusiasm for inspiration, resulting in productive employees towards the organization, and managerial strategies. In this study the authors conducted a qualitative study by conducting semi-structured interviews in which the authors collected data with a focus on the institution under study, the research was carried out at PAUD institutions in the city of Samarinda.Lembaga PAUD sebagai organisasi yang bergerak dalam pendidikan anak usia dini adalah suatu aktivitas yang bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan manusia terkhusus anak didik, sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya di perlukan tidak hanya adanya suatu perencanaan yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan belajar dan mengajar tetapi juga merupakan suatu proses integral yang melibatkan beberapa faktor, yaitu: tujuan pendidikan, pendidik, peserta didik, alat didik dan lingkungan. Lembaga PAUD patut memperhatikan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, dalam menyelenggarakan organisasinya tentu tidak terlepas dari yang namanya sumber daya manusia yang harus meningkat baik dari segi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemampuannya dalam mengelola lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini fokus pada proses manajemen sumberdaya manusia pendidikan, yaitu tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, mempertahankan sumber daya manusia yang yang sungguh-sungguh dalam pekerjaannya, dapat memberi semangat sehingga menginspirasi, sehingga menghasilkan pegawai produktif terhadap organisasi, dan strategi manajer. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan studi kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara semi terstruktur yang mana penulis mengumpulkan data dengan fokus pada Lembaga yang di teliti, penelitian dilakukan pada lembaga-lembaga PAUD yang ada di kota Samarinda
PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERBAHASA ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN MELALUI PERMAINAN MEDIA KARTU HURUF BERGAMBAR DI TK PELANGI TENGGARONG SEBERANG TAHUN PEMBELAJARAN 2016-2017
This study aims to find out how to improve the language skills of children aged 5-6 years through playing illustrated letter card media at Pelangi Tenggarong Seberang Kindergarten in the 2016/2017 learning year. This type of research uses the class action research method (CAR) carried out in two cycles. The object of this research is 20 children. Research data collection uses observation sheets while the results are analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The results of data analysis showed that there was an increase in pre-cycle to the first cycle of 35%. In the second cycle increased 91.11%. The conclusion in this study, that the use of pictorial letter card media can improve language skills in children aged 5-6 years in Pelangi Kindergarten
EFEKTIVITAS WORKSHOP ACADEMIC WRITING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN REGULASI DIRI DALAM BELAJAR
Students in completing their studies will have an obligation to complete their final assignment, either in the form of a thesis or an article. Writing is an activity that cannot be avoided by students because writing is part of the many tasks that students will complete. As for what is meant by an idea, namely the opinion, experience and knowledge of the author. Either obtained in the past from his own experience, or in the present through literature review. The Academic Writing Workshop will be held with the aim of improving students' writing skills in thesis and scientific journals. It is hoped that this activity will make it easier for students of the Pg Paud UWGM Samarinda Study Program to put their ideas and thoughts into writing. In this study using a quasi-experimental method, this method was used because in reality it was difficult to get a control group used in the study. Not all variables and experimental conditions can be tightly regulated and controlled. The pretest was given before the workshop was held, the results of the analysis of student self-regulation questionnaire data obtained the highest score of 119 and the lowest score of 90 with a range of values ​​of 29, mean 106.69, standard deviation 6993. In the posttest given after the workshop was carried out, the highest score was 122 and the lowest score was 93, with a range of values ​​29, mean 107.61, standard deviation 7.068. This research was conducted in 3 meetings in the same group. The population of this research is Pg Paud Uwgm Samarinda students who will carry out their final assignment on the UWGM Samarinda campus.Mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan perkuliahannya akan memiliki kewajiban untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhirnya, baik berupa skripsi maupun artikel. Menulis merupakan kegiatan yang tidak bisa dihindari oleh mahasiswa karena menulis merupakan bagian dari sekian banyak tugas yang mahasiswa akan selesaikan. Adapun yang dimaksud dengan gagasan, yaitu pendapat, pengalaman dan pengetahuan dari si penulis. Baik yang didapatkan di masa lalu dari pengalamannya sendiri, atau di masa sekarang lewat kajian literatur. Workshop Academic Writing akan dilaksanakan dengan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam menulis skripsi dan jurnal ilmiah bagi para mahasiswa. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini maka dapat memudahkan mahasiswa Prodi Pg Paud Uwgm Samarinda dalam menuangkan ide dan pikirannya kedalam tulisan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen, metode ini digunakan karena pada kenyataannya sulit mendapatkan kelompok control yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Tidak semua variable dan kondisi eksperimen dapat diatur dan dikontrol secara ketat. Pretest di berikan sebelum Workshop dilaksanakan, hasil analisis data angket regulasi diri mahasiswa di peroleh nilai tertinggi 119 dan nilai terendah adalah 90 ada rentang nilai 29, mean 106.69, standard deviasi 6.993. Pada postest yang diberikan setelah wokshop dilaksanakan maka diperoleh nilai tertinggi, 122 dan nilai terendah 93, ada rentang nilai 29, mean 107.61, standar deviasi 7.068. MENINGKATKAN KONSENTRASI ANAK DENGAN KEGIATAN MENGANYAM KAIN PERCA PADA ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DI TK TUNAS MUDA KERSIK KEC.MARARANGKAYU KAB. KUTAI KARTANEGARA
Concentration is how the child focuses on doing things so that the work can be done within a certain time. While weaving is arranged to sort the arranged sheets in the form of bamboo, paper, rattan, animal skin, or patchwork. This research is motivated by children on 5-6 years old who are still low concentration, especially on children's concentration skills and learning activities is limited to the children's work sheet. In this study the authors propose the problem formulation is whether the weaving patchwork activities can improve the concentration of children on 5-6 years old in Tunas Muda Kindergarten, Kersik Village, Marangkayu District - Kutai Kartanegara. This research used Class Action Research (PTK) in a participative collaborative that aims to improve the concentration of children through patchy weaving activities on children 5-6 years old in Tunas Muda Kindergarten, Kersik Village, Marangkayu District - Kutai Kartanegara. The subjects in this study are 8 children, consisting of 4 men and 4 women. The Object in this study is to increase the concentration of children through weaving patchwork activities. The method used in data collection in this study is observation and documentation, while the techniques and data analysis using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results can be seen from the observation of the development in each cycle that in the first cycle average of good value only by 79% and in the second cycle average of 87% with an increase of 8% so that the percentage increase in the concentration of children through children weaving patchwork activities exceed indicator of success is good. It can be concluded that with patchwork weaving activities can increase the concentration of children on 5-6 years old in Tunas Muda Kindergarten, Kersik Village, Marangkayu District Kutai Kartanegara, year of academic 2017/2018
IMPLEMENTASI PERMAINAN MENANGKAP BOLA PADA KELENTURAN DAN KOORDINASI OTOT JARI DAN TANGAN ANAK USIA 2 - 3 TAHUN
Children aged 2-3 years is a child whose motor development is very rapid, so it is necessary to conduct activities to train children motor, motorik should be directed and trained in some activities that are implemented in the game to catch the ball so that flexibility and coordination of finger muscles and hands of children develop in thorough in accordance with the maturity of the child itself. This study was conducted on 3 children aged 2-3 years who have not been able to catch the ball well, so the practice of catching the ball that is divided into three sessions that is close to the ball with a distance of 60 cm, the second using the technique five times catch the ball, but with the distance increased to 90 cm, and the third catch the ball that adds up to ten times but with the same distance of 90 cm until the child can catch the ball well. The game research catches the ball executed with a 15 hour time for 15 days in the live researcher's environment. In the results of this case study seen the movement between flexibility and finger muscle coordination began to wake up. This ability is influenced by the practice of catching the ball that is often done so that the child's body position and hands become flexible to catch every ball thrown at him. This of course adds to the child's concentration power, thinking power, skills, confidence and happiness in children. The more often a child practicing catching the ball the better the attitude and posture that the child has
PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN EFEKTIF MELALUI MENGGUBAH LIRIK LAGU DAN BERYANYI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF ANAK USIA 4-5 TAHUN
Learning will be effective if experience, materials, and results are expected to be in accordancewith the maturity level of students and their backgrounds. Children's songs at this time become arare thing. Most children are now more familiar with adult songs. Adult songs are as complexand as long as any child can memorize. Music stimulation is one of the efforts of parents tooptimize the intelligence of the child. Singing activity is one of the activities that can be veryfavored by early childhood because singing children feel happy. especially for children, musiccan also improve speech, hearing confidence. Singing activities have a very big influence inhoning children's cognitive abilities, especially in remembering and thinking. The type of methodused in this study is experimental research. This experimental study uses a SPSS calculation tool(Statistical Product and Service Solutions) in the form of correlation and regression analysis.SPSS calculations are used to make it easier and an analyst solution to the prediction ofstatistical analysis. The population in this study were all children aged 4-6 years in one PAUDinstitution in Samarinda. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Datacollection techniques use observation techniques. The results obtained are Based on thereliability statistics table on the SPSS output above, obtained the cornbach's alpha value of0.710> α = 0.6, it can be concluded that all items of the statement are reliable. By testing thesimple correlation hypothesis hypothesis there is a relationship between cognitive ability andeffective learning (from changing song lyrics and singing with a correlation value of 0.646, whichmeans that 64.6% of effective learning affects children's cognitive effectiveness while theremaining 35.4% is due to other factor.
 
PEMBENTUKKAN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI PEMANFAATAN LAGU ANAK-ANAK DI KELOMPOK BERMAIN FLAMBOYAN DESA KOTA BANGUN III KECAMATAN KOTA BANGUN KABUPATEN KUTAI KARTANEGARA PADA TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017
Shaping child character is an important aspect during the process of early childhood development. One of learning method that encourage child character is by using songs for children to create fun learning atmosphere that gets rid of boredom frustration. As the consequence, the researcher conducted a classroom action research to shape better child character through the usage of songs for children. Moreover, the research was conducted in Flamboyan Playgroup in Desa Kota Bangun III Kecamatan Kota BangunKabupatenKutaiKartanegara.In addition, to collect the data, the researcher employed teacher and students observation sheet and documentation. The research subjects were twenty five students. To analyze the data, the researcher applied descriptive analysis with qualitative approach.The result of the research shows that students’ character has improved after learning with child songs. Since, at the early cycle, students’ character developed 25%. Meanwhile, after implementing child songs, the character developed into 85%, which met the research target. Moreover, the teacher felt easier to deliver moral value through songs since the students felt happy during learning
