القيادة التحويلية ودورها في إدارة التغيير التنظيمي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة مقارنة بين مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية

إن نجاح مستقبل المنظمات يعتمد على قدرة القادة على قيادة التغيير، والتعامل معه بشكل فعّال وهو ما يتطلب أسلوب قيادي، أطلق عليه Burnsمسمى القائد التحويلي، ومن أجل البحث في هذا المجال إعتمدت الباحثة أنموذجاً افتراضياً تمَّ بناؤه بعد مراجعة وتحليل الأدبيات ذات العلاقة بالموضوع في إطار الفرضية الرئيسة، لمعرفة أهمية دور القيادة التحويلية في إدارة التغيير التنظيمي. وللإجابة على سؤال البحث تم إختيار مجتمع دراسة يتكون من ثلاث مؤسسات اقتصادية جزائرية(سوميفوس، نفطال، اتصالات الجزائر)، وعيّنة دراسة بحجم(668)موظف، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة مكونة من(37)فقرة وزعت على(09) مجالات لتشمل: إدراك مفهوم القيادة التحويلية، التأثير الكاريزمي،الدفع الإلهامي، التشجيع الإبداعي،الاهتمام الفردي، التغيير الهيكلي، التغيير التكنولوجي، تغيير المستخدمين والتغيير الثقافي.كما قامت الباحثة بتحليل استجابات فقرات العيّنة بإستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية(spss v.22) وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: توفر السلوك القيادي التحويلي بالمؤسسات محل الدراسة بدرجة منخفضة، كما أتضح أن نجاح القيادة التحويلية مرتبط بعناصر ومواصفات سلوكية ومعرفية وأخلاقية وأن هذا المفهوم هو من أكثر المفاهيم القيادية الملاءمة لقيادة التغيير، بينما قدمت الدراسة توصية بضرورة استجابة منظمات الأعمال بصورة سريعة للتغييرات إذ لا يمكن أن يشكل الأسلوب التقليدي النموذج القادر على قيادة التغيير

We first present a recursive procedure to calculate the steady-state joint distribution of the server state and the number of customers in the orbit. Then, for the same distribution, we obtain the closed form expressions when the service limes follow an exponential law

A stability result for a network of two triple junctions on the plane

In this article, we study the problem of a bounded network of two triple junctions in a planar domain with fixed angle conditions at the junctions and at the points at which the curves intersect with the boundary.
