    Algoritma Ant Colony Optimization untuk Optimasi Penjadwalan Mata Kuliah

    The purpose of this study is to optimize the the lecturing schedule using the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm. The method developed will find an optimal solution of lecturing schedule where there are some limitations that must be considered. These limitations include being a lecturer or a class that can only be scheduled to lecture a maximum of two times in a row. Another limitation is that two adjacent level may not be scheduled at the same time, because there is a possibility that students will repeat a lecture. The third limitation is that there should be no lecturers or classes that conduct lectures with too high a frequency one day. And the fourth limitation is the alternative time where lecturers can teach will be limited due to other activities that must be carried out by the lecturer. So that the course scheduling case can be solved using the ACO algorithm, a graph is made where each node is the name of the course that must be scheduled. The path created by the ants from the initial node to the end node will contain the order of courses that must be carried out one week. Based on the test results, the ACO algorithm has succeeded in scheduling courses involving 38 subjects, 4 class forces, 6 recovery locations and 12 lecturers supporting the courses. The scheduling solution obtained has a fitness value of 0.0092. Where there are no lecturers who have a high teaching frequency one day, but there are 12 class schedules that cause a class to follow a high frequency of lectures. And there are 4 courses scheduled to be close together. This final performance is considered quite good and shows that ACO has been successfully used to optimize course scheduling

    Gereja Masehi Injili di Timor (GMIT) Jemaat Sion Kupang merupakan suatu tempat beribadah umat Kristen Protestan. Sebagai gereja, maka harus memberi suatu pegajaran dan contoh yang baik bagi umatnya. Agar Gereja Sion Oepura dapat membuat Rencana Induk Pelayanan (RIP) dan Haluan Kebijakan Umum Pelayanan (HKUP) maka kebutuhan akan data jemaat secara valid adalah hal yang mutlak diperlukan. Dalam hal ini Gereja Sion Oepura perlu suatu media aplikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi yang efektif dan efisien untuk menyampaikan informasi baik kepada pengurus gereja maupun kepada jemaat maupun simpatisan atau pihak terkait. Sistem informasi basis data jemaat GMIT Sion Oepura ini mempermudah Sekretariatan gereja, jemaat maupun pihak terkait untuk memperoleh informasi statistik data gereja yang dapat diakses melalui media internet. Pembuatan sistem informasi basis data jemaat Sion Oepura berbasis web ini menggunakan beberapa perangkat lunak antara lain PHP (Personal Home Page) dan MySQL untuk membangun databasenya. Gambaran tentang sistem informasi basis data ini yaitu dimulai dari data jemaat dan keluarga, penambahan data jemaat dan keluarga, data jabatan gerejawi, kategori jemaat (berdasarkan umur, pendidikan dan pekerjaan), data statistik jemaat serta back up basis data. Hasil pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing diperoleh sistem berfungsi 100% sesuai rancangan

    Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method is one method to build a system with new case decision based on solution from previous cases by calculating similarity level. The calculation of similarity values ​​using the Cosinr Similarity with threshold 80%. This system can diagnose 3 diseases based on 23 existing symptoms.Based on the results of the test case obtained the results: the system can take back the old case is appropriate and has used the formulation of Naïve Bayes method to distribution of disease class and used the formulation of Cosine Similarity method to calculation correctly indicated with 100% accuracy, and use 122 cases. . Based on the test of 40 new cases obtained system accuracy of 80%

    PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK BERBASIS WEB PADA SMAN 1 KUPANG

    Information System is an activity of organized procedures, which when executed will produce information. Development of academic information systems in SMAN 1 KUPANG because the old system is only limited to web profiles and has not supported teaching and learning activities.  This information system is expected to support the educational activities, namely in terms of making it easier for data processing in the presentation of school information.. This study uses the PHP 5.6.30 programming language and HTML for storage using mysql 10.1.21. This study uses two tests, testing the system using WAPT tools and testing the questionnaire with a biverate person. System testing consists of 3 parts, namely performance testing, stress testing and volume testing, the results of testing performance testing 164 percents / s and stress testing between ranges of levels 2 to 31. There are 4 criteria for questionnaire testing to see the success of the system being developed, 4 criteria These are the interface, speed, benefits and ease of the system. The results of questionnaire testing correlated between intertface and ease of 67.6%, interface and system benefits by 58.6% and correlation between interface and system speed by 62.1%.Sistem Informasi adalah suatu kegiatan dari prosedur-prosedur yang diorganisasikan, yang bilamana dieksekusi akan menghasilkan informasi . Pengembangan sistem infromasi akademik di SMAN 1 KUPANG dikarenakan sistem yang lama hanya sebatas web profil dan belum mendukung dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.  Sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat menunjang kegiatan pendidikan yaitu dalam hal pengolahan data sehingga memudahkan dalam penyajian informasi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunkan bahasa pemograman PHP 5.6.30 dan HTML untuk penyimpanan menggunakan  mysql 10.1.21. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pengujian, pengujian sistem menggunakan tools WAPT dan pengujian kuesioner dengan biverate person. Pengujian sistem terdapat 3 bagian yaitu performance testing, stress testing dan volume testing,  Hasil dari pengujian performance testing 164 perkbit/s dan stress testing diantara range tingkat 2 sampai 31. Pengujian kuesioner terdapat 4 kirteria untuk melihat keberhasilan dari sistem yang di kembangkan, 4 kriteria tersebut yaitu interface, kecepatan, manfaat dan kemudahan dari sistem. Hasil dari pengujian kuesioner korelasi antara interface dan kemudahan sebesar 67.6%, interface dan manfaat sistem sebesar 58,6% dan korelasi antara interface dan kecepatan sistem sebesar 62.1%. &nbsp

    Sub district Bakunase Kota Raja District handles public service activities in the form of the data of the population and the creation of the certificate. The system runs in the sub district Bakunase was limited because still using microsoft excel and microsoft word for storage of data so that it cannot provide information on population data quickly and cannot be accessed online.                 To answer the problem a web-based demographic information system is produced to manage the data of the population and the creation of the nine(9) certificate along with outgoing mail report and demographic data reports which are all based online that can be accessed by the public and the officer at any time. To achieve these goals in building this information system using the method waterfall with methods of analysis system used the diagram context, DFD, ERD and table relationships. Testing system using blackbox method that yields 100% accuracy of the system and to get the response from the user used questionnaire method where the results of the questionnaire distribution obtained the level of satisfaction with an average of 4.205 or 84.1%

    The development of digital library (digital library) can not be separated from the development of information technology. Digital library (digital library) is built on web technology, which allows accessing collections of digital files by users, whenever and wherever the user's position is through the internet. Computer Science Department Library had information stored physical forms such as books, theses, journals and various other scientific work is a collection of 115 pieces. However, management is still closed in the sense just for the students and lecturers so that still untapped by many. Application is a web-based digital library using a global network of media, namely the Internet. Making these applications using the programming language PHP and MySQL as database. For the development of applications using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall models. Based on black box testing can be seen that in running applications run well because the test result consistent with the result expected by the internal user and based on internal testing results of questionnaire use applications, the largest percentage in the results of a questionnaire on the aspects of software engineering that is 66,25 % (response 5 = very good), on the aspects of functionality that is 67,5 % (response 5 = very good) and on the aspects of visual communication that is 77,5 % (response 5 = very good). With the use of a questionnaire testing the application using Likert's Summated Rating Method (LSR), the overall total score (1000) on the interpretation of LSR, program is considered successful

The data was taken from usage report and medicine order receipt in 2014-2016. Where at 2014-2015 was data training and 2016 was data test. Which is the result of data training has ±99% accuracy and the data test has 70,66% accuracy
