Розвиток корпоративного менеджменту в системі управління персоналом

The current stage of development of the corporate management system in the human resourcing system is directly related to changes that are based on the latest advances in science, technology, using modern tools of influence, which are the dynamic process that is constantly being improved. Personnel management needs an adequate response, including both through the selection and additional training of specialists with appropriate qualification and direction, as well as the involvement of highly qualified specialists. Approaches to the formalization of certain stages of the human resourcing system as a component of corporate management of a business entity have been substantiated. The main threats of the corporate personnel management system and motivational factors for employees participation in making and implementing management decisions have been determined; and for the use of the most effective leadership style, as well as the formation of organizational culture in the transformation of managerial forms of influence. The necessity of reforming the corporate management system in the human resourcing system has been proved and the directions of the improvement of its forms and methods have been determined. The main threats to the security of human resources of the entity and motivation to ensure corporate culture have been identified through the system of formalization of certain stages of the system of corporate management formation. Factors of innovation management and focus on human resources management through the formation of team cells have obtained further development. It has been proved that the fundamental methodological direction of the development of modern theory of internal management system is the use of situational approach to corporate governance, which allows to form an adaptive management style, to use new tactics within new circumstances to overcome backwardness and regression. It has been determined that a characteristic feature of corporate management is the strengthening of attention to organizational culture, various forms of management, employees participation in the adoption and implementation of management decisions; the use of the most effective leadership style. It has been substantiated that competitive relations are the dynamic process that evolves with further strengthening, growing uncertainty, unpredictability and instability of the external environment, the emergence of new obstacles.Обоснованы подходы к формализации отдельных этапов системы управления персоналом как составной корпоративного менеджмента предприятия. Определены основные угрозы для системы корпоративного управления персоналом и мотивационные факторы роли работников в принятии и реализации управленческих решений; использования максимально эффективного стиля руководства, а также формирования организационной культуры в условиях трансформации управленческих форм воздействия. Доказана необходимость реформирования системы корпоративного менеджмента в системе управления персоналом и определены направления совершенствования его форм и методов.Обґрунтовано підходи до формалізації окремих етапів системи управління персоналом як складової корпоративного менеджменту суб’єкта господарювання. Визначено основні загрози системі корпоративного управління персоналом та мотиваційні фактори щодо участі працівників у прийнятті й реалізації управлінських рішень; використанню максимально ефективного стилю керівництва, а також формуванню організаційної культури в умовах трансформації управлінських форм впливу. Система вдосконалення державного фінансового контролю

It has been substantiated that the role, tasks and scale of the state financial control are directly related to the concept of national and economic security of Ukraine, and the specific attitude towards this control is due to the fact that it is carried out in the plane of interweaving of state, regional, corporate and individual interests. It has been noted that the state financial control covers not only the process of the formation of the revenue part of the budgets, but also their expenditure component, since the state should implement it during the realization of government programs, financing current and capital expenditures, providing local budgets with additional resources from the State Budget, etc. Due to the formalization of certain stages of the system of the state financial control, identification of the main threats to the financial and budgetary system and motivation to avoid tax payments, the definition of the factors of ensuring national security was further developed in the article. To improve the existing control procedures, the author has offered the list of factors for increasing the efficiency of control in the financial and economic sphere, which can facilitate the organization of the state financial control in general. The author has determined the directions for improving the forms and methods of the state financial control, namely: increase of the number of joint inspections of controlling agencies, including cross-checks (counter-checks); carrying out repeated inspections of subjects that made concealment and abuse in large amounts; usage of indirect methods of calculating the subject’s base.Обоснованы подходы к определению проблемных вопросов системы государственного финансового контроля. Определены основные угрозы финансово-бюджетной системе и мотивационные факторы касательно минимизации расходной части и уклонения от уплаты налогов. Доказана необходимость реформирования системы государственного финансового контроля и определены направления совершенствования его форм и методов.Обґрунтовано підходи до визначення проблемних питань системи державного фінансового контролю. Визначено основні загрози фінансово-бюджетній системі й мотиваційні фактори щодо мінімізації видаткової частини платежів та ухиляння від сплати податків. ВПЛИВ НАСАДОК-ЗАСПОКОЮВАЧІВ НА ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ГАСІННЯ ПОЖЕЖ КЛАСІВ D1

The article deals with issues of environmental safety during working with polluted technological oil production equipment. According to the results of experimental studies, the efficiency of the complex method (hydrodynamic, cavitation, mechanical) for purifying pump-compressor pipes, polluted with saline deposits containing natural radionuclides, is shown. A block scheme of an environmentally acceptable process of purifying such equipment is proposed.У статті досліджено питання екологічної безпеки під час поводження із забрудненим технологічним обладнанням нафтовидобувної промисловості. За результатами проведених експериментальних досліджень показана ефективність комплексного методу (гідродинамічний, кавітаційний, механічний) очищення забруднених сольовими відкладеннями з умістом природних радіонуклідів насосно-компресорних труб.
