Abstract— With the rapid industrial cluster development, in particular the development of high-tech cluster, the supply chain management strategy in cluster is also undergoing profound changes. The study uses open-source statistical data, as well as research results and world rankings as the basis for a descriptive analysis of the external environment for the development of high-tech industries. Two main indicators were selected for the analysis: the GDP per capita growth rate and the level of information and communication development, which are used to assess competitiveness, the level of economic development, innovation and entrepreneurship. The purpose of the study is to examine the features of the innovation policy of developed countries and its impact on supply chain management in high tech industries for clustering them. As a result, it was concluded that the modern macroeconomic environment is characterized by digital transformation trends, as well as decreased geographical influences. Industrial supply chain managements are developed based on the interaction of environmental factors, demand conditions, production factors, and auxiliary industries

The article is devoted to determination of the role of agricultural clusters in provision of food security. The authors analyzed the statistics of The Global Food Security Index of 2014 in the developing and developed countries and found out that the problem of provision of food security is very urgent in developing countries, which necessitates the search for effective tools for increasing the food security, one of which is creation of agricultural clusters. For the purpose of solving this task, the authors offer the model of uniting manufacturers and processers of agricultural production into a system which allows determining the mechanisms of their organization into the system of agricultural cluster. The authors allocated the following main courses of the increase of the food security by means of development of agricultural complex, through formation of agricultural clusters: development of the sectors of agricultural cluster, implementation of deep specialization, attraction of young specialists into agricultural cluster, increasing the qualification of staff in agriculture and agricultural processing, stipulating the promotion and consumption of local production, creation of regional association for the increase of efficiency of cooperation between members, attraction of investments, cooperation with regional bodies of executive power and federal bodies of state power.peer-reviewe

    Congenital muscular hypotonia

IMSP Institutul Mamei şi Copilului, Departamentul Pediatrie, USMF „ Nicolae Testemiţanu”Congenital muscular hypotonia is a state of low muscle tone, often involving reduced muscle strength. Hypotonia is not a specific medical disorder, but a potential manifestation of many different diseases and disorders that affect motor nerves control by the brain or muscle strength. Recognizing hypotonia, even in early infancy, is usually relatively straightforward, but diagnosing the underlying cause can be difficult and often unsuccessful [1, 2]. The long-term effects of hypotonia on child development and later life depend primarily on the severity of the muscle weakness and the nature of the cause [4]

Technical requirements for translucent structures of schools and kindergartens

The article presents some features of the translucent structures design of schools and kindergartens. The analysis of technical requirements for translucent structures of schools and kindergartens was represented. Based on a review of the typical composition of the premises of schools and kindergartens, it was found that different technical requirements should be established for translucent structures installed in rooms of various functional purposes and operating conditions. It was determined that the existing construction practice doesn’t take into account the differentiation of requirements for translucent structures of various premises of schools and kindergartens, and their design, as a rule, is taken to be the same for the entire construction objects. In future, it leads to disruption of the normal operation of the facility (especially in terms of ensuring normal temperature and humidity conditions and natural lighting of the premises). The features of the replacement of translucent structures in reconstructed schools and kindergartens were considered. It has been revealed that the use of modern types of translucent structures of standard construction (first of all, PVC window units) in the reconstruction leads to a significant decrease in the indicators of natural room lighting. Ways to solve this problem were given. Moreover, perspective directions for future research of the issue under consideration were considered

Inventions in the Area of Nanomaterials and Nanotechnologies. Part I

Introduction. Advanced technologies impress people’s imagination demonstrating the latest achievements (materials, methods, systems, technologies, devices etc.) that dramatically change the world. This, first of all, concerns nanotechnological inventions designed by scientists, engineers and specialists from different countries. Main part. The article provides an abstract overview of inventions of scientists, engineers and specialists from different countries: Germany, Iraq, China, Russia, USA, Ukraine, Sweden, Japan et al. The results of the creative activity of scientists, engineers and specialists, including inventions in the field of nanotechnology and nanomaterials allow, when introduced to industry, achieving a significant effect in construction, housing and communal services, and related sectors of the economy. For example, the invention «Nanomodified building mortar» refers to construction materials and can be used in masonry of ceramic stones, ceramic bricks, hollow bricks in dry and hot climate. The novelty, in respect to the existing construction mortars, is the combination of known components of Portland cement, sand for construction works, amorphous nanomodified silica dioxide, superplasticizer С-3, cure retarders of Portland cement, air-entraining resin. The given qualitative and quantitative composition of nanomodified construction mortar makes it possible to obtain the mentioned mixtures in a simple way: for example, in gravity mixer, with evenly distributed components in volume, which is characterized with specified flowability, water-retaining property, controlled hardening period and can be used in dry and hot climate with air temperature up to 40-50°С. The following inventions in the field of nanotechnology can also be interesting for specialists: a composition of self-compacting construction concrete on the basis of cement matrix, a method of producing polarization-sensitive nanocomposite film on the basis of copper selenide, a method of producing porous moulded article in the form of insulation plaster layer, a method to obtain amorphous nanostructured diamond-like coating, a method of cement surface modification, a system to produce carbon nanotubes, et al. Conclusion. One of the most challenging tasks the economy of every country faces is to increase industrial competitiveness through technological upgrade. From the side of the state and companies the principal object to control in this process are the people and enterprises dealing with introduction of inventions and new technologies

TEMPO-RHYTHMIC ABILITIES OF THE GYMNASTS AS A FACTOR DETERMINING THE DIFFICULTY OF COMPOSITE SOLUTION OF COMPETITIVE ROUTINE IN GROUP ROUTINES DEPENDING ON THE CHOICE OF MUSICAL ACCOMPANIMENT

Starting from 2018 the judges began to evaluate the level of difficulty of the compositions with an open scale according to the rules of the competition. The article is devoted to the evaluation of the compositional difficulty of competitive compositions of group routines in rhythmic gymnastics. One of the factors that determines both the difficulty of the composition and the synchronization of motor interaction execution by sportswomen in group routines is defined. The purpose of this research is to justify the necessity of taking into account tempo-rhythmic abilities of gymnasts that predetermine difficulty of compositional decision of competitive program in group routines. The objective of this study is to reveal the correlational interconnections between tempo-rhythmic abilities and expert evaluations of synchronicity of group motor activity. The methods that were applied in are an expert evaluation that assesses the synchronization of motor actions of gymnasts in group routines and testing that consists of listening to and playing of parts of pieces of music of different rhythmic patterns. The revealed correlational interconnections allow increasing the synchronicity of motor actions of gymnasts in group routines that will make competitive programs more qualitative and spectacular
