The newest European Union intervention framework in terms of economic and social cohesion for the period 2007-2013

La política de cohesión económica y social de la Unión Europea está basada en los principios de subsidiariedad y de solidaridad por medio de los Instrumentos financieros como son el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional, el Fondo Social Europeo y el Fondo de Cohesión. The regional distribution of the human resources policies in Spain

En este trabajo se estudia el impacto de la política de recursos humanos sobre el territorio, atendiendo tanto a su distribución regional como a la influencia que ejerce la caracterización del personal investigador. De hecho, la política de recursos humanos incide en los territorios, definiendo su capacidad de creación de ciencia y tecnología. Además, el número de investigadores y el tipo de formación recibida delimitan el sistema de I+D+I. Este trabajo se adentra en estas cuestiones con la intención de definir y analizar algunos aspectos del sistema de I+D+I en España.In this work it is studied the impact of the human resources policies on the territory, attending both to the regional distribution and to the influence of the investigation group. In fact, the human resources policies affect the territory defining its capacity to create science and technology. In addition to this, the number of investigators and the kind of training received delimit the I+D+I system. This work goes into these questions intending to define and analize some aspects of the I+D+I system in Spain

La innovación y la tecnología en la microempresa canaria. Algunos resultados

Este artículo se extrae de los principales resultados obtenidos en la primera fase del proyecto de investigación «Innovación, Tecnología y Economía del Conocimiento en las Micro-empresas Canarias» (SCITECAN2), financiado por la Agencia Canaria de Investigación, Innovación y Sociedad de la Información del Gobierno de Canarias (BOC 5-10-2009), y que tiene como objetivo principal el análisis de los factores implicados en los procesos de innovación de las microempresas en Canarias.Innovation and Technology in the Canary Micro Company. Analysis of the regulation of active tourism in Spain

This study focuses on the analysis of active tourism in each autonomous region of Spain. First, the concept of active tourism is set and defined. Then, the treatment of active tourism in the European Union is looked into. Finally, the status of active tourism in each autonomous region of Spain is examined according to regional decrees that have been passed from 2005 up to the 2016. This comparative study among autonomous regions has been approached by researching the main activities regarded as active tourism, the necessary equipment and materials to carry them out, the rights and obligations that need to be fulfilled to carry them out and, especially, the regulation spectrum concerning active tourism providers when it comes to the official permits and qualifications required for the professionalization of this particular business sector.En este trabajo se analiza el tratamiento del turismo activo por Comunidades Autónomas españolas, con especial referencia a las Islas Canarias. En primer lugar, se procede a delimitar el concepto de turismo activo. Posteriormente, se realiza un breve estudio del tratamiento del turismo en la Unión Europa. Y, en tercer lugar, se realiza un análisis comparado territorial por Comunidades Autónomas españolas a través de los Decretos autonómicos que han ido apareciendo desde el año 2005 hasta la actualidad.Para la realización del análisis comparado, se estudia el tratamiento diferenciado del turismo activo en las comunidades autónomas españolas comparando tanto las actividades que lo integran, como los medios materiales necesarios para su realización, así como los derechos y obligaciones requeridos para su práctica, y, de manera especial, la regulación de las empresas de turismo activo a través de las diferentes titulaciones y cualificaciones que se requieren para la profesionalización del sector.Finalizamos el trabajo haciendo referencia a la regulación del turismo activo en las Islas Canarias.
