This paper analyzes various regional conflicts in the conditions of the current Russian social and economic crisis. These conflicts are universal, and arise even in dynamically developing territories and in donor regions. As an example, the case of the Republic of Tatarstan is use

Fluid Flow Prediction with Development System Interwell Connectivity Influence

In this paper interwell connectivity has been studied. First of all, literature review of existing methods was made which is divided into three groups: Statistically-Based Methods, Material (fluid) Propagation-Based Methods and Potential (pressure) Change Propagation-Based Method. The disadvantages of the first and second groups are as follows: methods do not involve fluid flow through porous media, ignore any changes of well conditions (BHP, skin factor, etc.). The last group considers changes of well conditions and fluid flow through porous media. In this work Capacitance method (CM) has been chosen for research. This method is based on material balance and uses weight coefficients lambdas to assess well influence. In the next step synthetic model was created for examining CM. This model consists of an injection well and a production well. CM gave good results, it means that flow rates which were calculated by analytical method (CM) show matching with flow rate in model. Further new synthetic model was created which includes six production and one injection wells. This model represents seven-spot pattern. To obtain lambdas weight coefficients, the delta function was entered using by minimization algorithm. Also synthetic model which has three injectors and thirteen producer wells was created. This model simulates seven-spot pattern production system. Finally Capacitance method (CM) has been adjusted on real data of oil Field [omega]. In this case CM does not give enough satisfying results in terms of field data liquid rate. In conclusion, recommendations to simplify CM calculations were given. Field [omega] is assumed to have one injection and one production wells. In this case, satisfying results for production rates and cumulative production were obtained

Mitochondrial respiration inhibition after exposure to UWB pulses as a possible mechanism of antitumor action

    Get PDF
The respiration of isolated mice liver mitochondria after exposure to nanosecond UWB pulses (0.15 – 36 kV/cm, 0.6 – 1.0 GHz centre frequency, 3 – 20 ns pulse duration) has been investigated. The respiratory control (RC, the ratio of oxygen consumption) was estimated. The possibility of mitochondrial membrane electroporation was detected as the decrease in the electrical resistance, according to the β-dispersion of the electric current. The monotonous decrease of RC after 1000 UWB pulses from 0.15 kV/cm was observed, the ohmic resistance of mitochondria suspension was reduced. The obtained data indicate the inhibitory effect of UWB pulses on a state of irradiated mitochondria and its membrane

Conflicts of identities in the South caucasus and problems of integration of the states of the region into European structures

    Get PDF
This article studies the problem of conflicts of identities in the South Caucasus and its influence on the process of integration of the states of the region into European structures. The main factors of formation and development of conflicts of identities in the region are analyzed. The authors pay special attention to the issues and contradictions of the process of integration of the states of South Caucasus into European structures (EU, NATO), which are mainly caused by the conflicts of identities existing in the region. The conclusion of the article is that the settlement of the conflicts of identities in the South Caucasus region greatly depends on formation of a national idea based on pragmatic approach of the state to national development, which assumes taking into account and supporting cultural, ideological and political versatility. © IDOSI Publications, 2013

The aim of the study is to monitor the strategies of socio-economic development of municipalities and assess the effectiveness of the rating methodology based on monitoring strategies.Research methods: used methods of structural-functional and institutional analysis.Result and scientific novelty. The article analyzes the conditions for the implementation of strategies for the socio-economic development of municipalities in the region. The problems managing the socio-economic development of the region are considered. The article provides a managerial assessment of the degree achievement of the planned indicators of the strategies for the socio-economic development of the municipalities of the Komi Republic, according to such blocks of indicators as: economic development; social development; development of the municipal government system; ensuring the safety of the population. The novelty lies in the systematization of approaches in assessing the effectiveness of state and municipal government institutions
