Verification of prototype must-be quality by customers

Významnou kategorií zákaznických požadavků na kvalitu jsou tzv. základní požadavky, tedy požadavky, které zákazník nepovažuje za nutné sdělovat, protože je očekává automaticky, nepřemýšlí o nich až do chvíle, kdy je výrobek přestane vykonávat (uspokojovat). Přesto je důležité již v předvýrobní fázi výrobku se těmto požadavkům věnovat. Po vyrobení prototypu je následně třeba naplnění těchto požadavků ověřovat. Cílem bakalářské práce je provést rešerši v této oblasti a vytvořit postup ověřování kvality prototypu výrobku zákazníky a identifikace jejich požadavků a tento postup použít na konkrétním výrobku.The basic requirements represent very significant category of customer requirements in relation to the product quality. The customer does not consider these requirements to communicate the manufacturer because they are automatically expected and customer does not think about them until the moment when the product ceases to carry out them (to satisfy). Nevertheless, it is important to pay appropriate attention to these demands already in pre-production phase. After the prototype production it is necessary to verify the fulfilment of these requirements. The aim of the submitted bachelor theses is analyse the current state in this area and create the procedure for verifying the quality of product prototype by customers, identify customer´s requirements, and finally apply suggested procedure to the specific product.

Prozessbeschreibung zur Integration von Ecodesign und Maschinensicherheit in den Produktentwicklungsprozess

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku vzniku nových požadavků, které jsou kladeny na vývoj nových výrobků s ohledem na budování nízkouhlíkové ekonomiky a zvýšení bezpečnosti výrobků. V první části diplomové práce je popsán stav vědy a techniky v oblasti procesního řízení a následně je popsán životní cyklus obráběcího stroje, s důrazem na vývoj stroje, spolu s požadavky a doporučeními ISO 9001:2016 – Systémy managementu kvality – Požadavky. V druhé části je provedena rešerše v oblasti legislativních požadavků na bezpečnost stroje a na ekodesign stroje do vývoje. V praktické části je provedena analýza hlavních procesů firmy TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s., a to s důrazem na procesy v oblasti bezpečnosti a ekodesignu. Následně jsou navržena zlepšení procesů, do nichž jsou aplikovány subprocesy na stanovení a ověřování bezpečnosti. Do procesů je aplikován subproces umožňující produkci strojů plnících požadavky ekodesignu. Diplomová práce má tak praktický přínos v zavedení automatizovaného subprocesu stanovení a ověření bezpečnostních požadavků a zavedení subprocesu vývoje produktu v rámci budoucích požadavků ekodesignu na produkty firmy TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s.The thesis deals with the issue of the formulation of new requirements to the development of new product with regard to the development of carbon-free economy and product safety improvement. The first part of the thesis describes the state of art of science and technique in the field of process management and the life cycle of a machine tool with emphasis placed on the machine tool development together with requirements and recommendations of ISO 9001:2016 – Quality Management Systems – Requirements. The second part of the thesis includes a research of legislative requirements concerning machine safety and environmental aspects of the design of the machine to be manufactured. The practical part focuses on an analysis of key processes of the company of TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. with emphasis placed on safety and environmental friendly design processes with suggestions concerning improvement of processes with implemented sub-processes necessary for the identification and verification of safety. A sub-process that allows for the manufacture of machines able to meet requirements of environmental friendly design is implemented to the processes. The thesis has practical implications for the introduction of automated sub-process of the identification and verification of safety requirements and implementation of the product development in the framework of future environmental friendly design development requirements to the products of TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s.
