Supply Chain Management Application in Functional Food Industry

Abstract— As follows from the analysis, the producers of functional food production do not increase their production and its supply in the domestic market intensively enough and have a quite low export capacity. During production of functional foods, producers do not pay sufficient attention to patenting of the developed intellectual property objects. It was revealed that Russia, that shows a considerable potential of agricultural land and positive experience of agricultural sector development, needs to ensure the development of domestic supply chain management in businesses and industries to provide promising new-generation functional foods competitive in the internal and external markets. Competitiveness of such products can be improved by development of supply chain management – specialized functional foods. This paper explores ways of improving supply chain management within the food processing industry looking into characteristics on justification and development of advanced functional food, its formulations and production technologies. Построение финансовой модели в контуре экосистемы – креативного пространственного развития региона

Purpose: the purpose of this article is to develop and build a financial model in the outline of the ecosystem of the creative spatial development of the region based on the resource financial potential.Methods: in preparing the article a wide range of research methods were used, primarily the method of analysis and synthesis, graphic method, method of statistical analysis, as well as the method of grouping in the formation of an integrated approach.Results: in the process of research, the sources of additional financial resources for formation of a profitable part of the budget, namely at the expense of leasing of property and receipt of additional taxes from registration of regional lands, used by legal and physical persons were revealed. The significance of the application of an integrated approach in the process of formation of the consolidated budget: tax and non-tax revenues; investments in fixed capital; financial profits of enterprises and organizations after taxation; capital and reserves of enterprises, organizations. It was revealed that in municipalities one ruble of total financial resources brings profit in relation to the gross regional product in each municipality differently, because not everywhere are effectively used financial resources.Сonclusions and Relevance: this study reveals information about the main trends and opportunities for the development of the region, identifies its strengths and weaknesses. The analysis and conclusions are important for specialists of municipalities and investors when they make decisions on investing capital in the facilities of the region. The analysis and conclusions carried out are of great importance for specialists of municipalities and investors when they make decisions on investing capital in the objects of the region.Цель данного исследования заключается в разработке и построении финансовой модели в контуре экосистемы креативного пространственного развития региона на основе ресурсного финансового потенциала.Методы или методология проведения работы: При подготовке исследования применялся широкий спектр методов исследования, в первую очередь, метод анализа и синтеза, графический метод, метод статистического анализа, а также метод группировок при формировании комплексного подхода.Результаты работы. В процессе исследования выявлены источники дополнительных финансовых ресурсов для формирования доходной части бюджета, а именно, за счет сдачи в аренду имущества и поступления дополнительных налогов от оформления региональных земель, используемых юридическими и физическими лицами. Раскрыта значимость применения комплексного подхода в процессе формирования консолидированного бюджета: налоговых и неналоговых доходов; инвестиций в основной напитал; финансовой прибыли предприятий и организаций после налогообложения; капитала и резервов предприятий, организаций. Выявлено, что в муниципальных образованиях один рубль совокупных финансовых ресурсов приносит прибыль по отношению к валовому региональному продукту в каждом муниципальном образовании по-разному, поскольку не везде эффективно используются финансовые ресурсы. Разработана финансовая модель, которая развивается в комплексе, на основе общего экономического развития и финансового ресурсного потенциала.Выводы. Данное исследование раскрывает информацию об основных тенденциях и возможностях развития региона, определяет его сильные и слабые стороны. Рассчитан валовой региональный продукт на душу населения и определено, что более высокие показатели находятся в курортно-туристических городских округах, а более низкие показатели – в сельскохозяйственных районах. Проведенный анализ и выводы имеют важное значение для специалистов муниципальных образований и инвесторов при принятии ими решений по вложению капитала в объекты региона

Study of the expression of receptors to IL4, IL4R genes in trachea and the role of IL4 in contraction of tracheal muscle among rats

This article examines the effect of IL-4 on the contraction of the muscles of the trachea and bronchi of rats, demonstrates the results of studies of the levels of expression of the IL4R gene and the levels of expression of molecular IL4R in the trachea of control and sensitized rats. The choice of this interleukin and its receptors is due to the great importance of these structures in the sensitization and pathogenesis of allergic bronchial asthma. The trachea of 20 Wistar rats were studied using real-time PCR, immunohistochemical method, and mechanography using electrical stimulation of nerve fibers. As a result of the studies, it was found that under sensitization conditions in the rat trachea tissues there is a pronounced expression of IL4R genes, a significant expression of the molecular receptor for interleukin-4, and an increase in the constrictor effect on smooth muscle due to the influence of the cytokine interleukin-4 on it. In tracheal regions containing intramural ganglia (bifurcation region), the level of expression of IL4R genes, the level of expression of the molecular receptor IL4R, and the magnitude of muscle contractile responses in response to interleukin-4 administration were significantly higher than in trachea samples without ganglia.Este artículo examina el efecto de IL-4 sobre la contracción de los músculos de la tráquea y bronquios de ratas, demuestra los resultados de estudios de los niveles de expresión del gen IL4R y los niveles de expresión de IL4R molecular en la tráquea de control. y ratas sensibilizadas. The role of stabilization of mast cell membranes by sodium cromoglicate in smooth muscle contraction of trachea and bronchi of the rat in the conditions of the physiological norm

The article discusses the role of stabilization of mast cell membranes with sodium cromoglycate in the contractile activity of smooth muscles of the trachea and bronchi. The studies were carried out on isolated preparations using electrical stimulation of postganglionic nerves (frequency - 30 stim/s, duration - 0.5 ms, amplitude - 20 V, duration of stimulation - 10 s). As a result of the study, it was found that the stabilization of mast cell membranes with sodium cromoglycate promotes an increase in the contractile activity of smooth muscle under physiological conditions. An increase in muscle contraction in response to sodium cromoglycate developed even after the atropine blockade of cholinergic receptors. When C-fibers were inactivated, the muscle contractile responses obtained after the administration of sodium cromoglycate decreased. Probably, the bronchoconstrictor effect of sodium cromoglycate is caused by the elimination of the dilating function of mast cells under normal physiological conditions
