ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКА МОДЕЛЬ КРЕДИТУВАННЯ СУБ’ЄКТІВ МАЛОГО БІЗНЕСУ

In the article investigated the experience of formation, development and operation of small business crediting in the developed countries. Also systematic differences between foreign experience of small businesses crediting based on the determination of the European model of crediting.Studying the experience of a European model of lending to small businesses is important in terms of developing a long-term strategy for developing and supporting small businesses. Much of this experience can be reflected in the legal, organizational and institutional forming of Ukrainian policy related to small business, both at the national level and at the level of each individual region. According to the realities of the Ukrainian economy of these foreign tools that promote small business loans, you can create associations of mutual guarantees and state insurance fund credit risks. Using these tools will allow small businesses receive guarantees from its counterparties to obtain credit in the bank, not to burden the state budget and develop financial risk insurance.В статье проведено исследование опыта становления, развития и функционирования кредитования малого бизнеса в развитых странах. Также систематизированы отличия иностранного опыта кредитования малого бизнеса на основе определения содержания европейской модели кредитования.В статті досліджено досвід розвинутих країн щодо становлення, розвитку та функціонування кредитування малого бізнесу. Також, систематизовано відмінності зарубіжного досвіду кредитування малого бізнесу на основі визначення змістовності європейської моделі кредитування

ВПЛИВ ЗОВНІШНІХ ТА ВНУТРІШНІХ ФАКТОРІВ НА ФІНАНСОВУ БЕЗПЕКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Macroeconomic indicators of economic development undoubtedly affect the development of the industry. For a quantitative analysis of the impact of external macroeconomic factors on the development of agriculture built regression equation. Independent variables chosen main macroeconomic indicators of economic development, dependent variables selected volume of industrial products.For the evaluation and forecasting system of financial security used econometric methods, due to the stochastic nature of the factors of the enterprise and its threats to financial security. Application of methods of correlation–regression analysis makes it possible to evaluate the impact of changing market conditions on the level of financial security, to analyze causal relationships between indicators of financial security, to assess the strength and direction of these relationships, consider several possible futures of the economic system.Research interdependence of external and internal factors of financial security company showed that on financial security of  the enterprise impact indicators such as the consumer price index; index growth of public debt;  index of growth the original value of fixed assets in Ukraine.  Three–dimensional surface of the regression allows to analyze the causal relationships between the studied indicators, to assess the strength and direction of these relationships, consider possible options for the future of financial security. Исследована взаимосвязь внешних и внутренних факторов на финансовую безопасность предприятия. Доказано, что на финансовую безопасность предприятий влияют индекс потребительских цен; индекс роста государственного долга; индекс роста первоначальной стоимости основных средств Украины. Построена трехмерная поверхность регрессии, которая позволяет провести анализ причинно–следственных связей между исследуемыми факторами, оценить силу и направление этих взаимосвязей, рассмотреть возможные варианты будущего уровня финансовой безопасности.Досліджено взаємозалежніть зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів фінансової безпеки підприємства. Доведено, що на фінансову безпеку підприємств впливають індекс споживчих цін; індекс росту державного боргу; індекс росту первісної вартості основних засобів України. Побудована тривимірна поверхня регресії дозволяє провести аналіз причинно–наслідкових зв’язків між досліджуваними індикаторами, оцінити силу та напрям цих взаємозв’язків, розглянути можливі варіанти майбутнього рівня фінансової безпеки

Усовершенствована сущность и составляющие системы финансовой безопасности предприятия, на основе чего построена система обеспечения финансовой безопасности предприятия, которая состоит из двух блоков: фундаментального и организационно-экономического. Применение на предприятии надежной системы финансовой безопасности позволит быстро выявить и предупредить любые опасности и угрозы его деятельности.У статті розглянуто актуальні питання фінансової безпеки суб’єкта господарювання. РОЛЬ ПЛАНУВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ У РОЗВИТКУ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ

The paper elucidates the role of innovative planning in foreign economic activity and ways for development and improvement of the company’s foreign economic activity management system.  The following methods were used in the research: monographic - in the review of the literature on the theoretical foundations of the study; system analysis and groupings method - while substantiating the need for innovative activities planning in the development of foreign economic activity; multivariate analysis method and logical approach – for creating development model.The paper gives the grounds for the theoretical basis of the concept of innovation and innovative activities planning. The necessity of the innovative activities planning use in the development of foreign economic activity is proved on the example of a business plan. The model of foreign economic activity development is given; it enables the company’s foreign economic activity system management improvement.The company’s foreign economic activity model has been developed; it combines the advantages of traditional planning types: foresight strategic planning, tactical effectiveness and adaptability of operational planning.The results of research will promote the role of innovative activities planning in foreign economic activity and improvement of the company’s foreign economic activity system management.В статье обоснованы теоретические основы понятия инновации и планирования инновационной деятельности. Доказана необходимость использования планирования инновационной деятельности в развитии внешнеэкономической деятельности предприятия на примере бизнес-плана.
