    Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Kasus di Divisi Teknologi)

    This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the employees in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang and it takes the case in Division of Technology. Luthans stated that there are several dimensions determining job satisfaction, those are job itself, salary, supevision, co-workers, and working conditions. Meanwhile, according to Robbin, there are seven characteristics of organizational culture, those are innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, team orientation, aggresiveness and stability. The determination of number of respondents in this study uses a stratified random sampling method in Technical Inspection Department, Production Planning and Controling Department, Safety and Environment Department and Laboratory Department. The calculation of the sample size is based on Slovin formula and it gets a total sample of 66 employees. The result of this study shows that job satisfaction do not have a significant effect on OCB. While organizational culture significantly has positive effect on OCB. Job satisfaction and organizational culture simultantly has effect on OCB with organizational culture is the dominant variable

    The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship between the self management a means of learning and interest on the use of ICT good haphazardly (correlation simple) or jointly (multiple correlation) by accomplishments learning about mathematics. Population in this research is all the students in the class XI IPA in schools 5 Bandar Lampung consisting of four classes by the number of students 159. The sample uses the technique proportional random sampling obtained from 60 students. Data collected by kuisioner and tests and analyzed with correlation. Conclusion research the relation of a positive, closely, and significant: 1 ) the management of self by accomplishments learning about mathematics with a correlation coefficient of 0,730; 2 ) a means of learning by accomplishments learning about mathematics with a correlation coefficient of 0,666; 3 ) an interest in the use of ICT by accomplishments learning about mathematics with a correlation coefficient of 0,661; 4 ) management and means learn jointly by accomplishments learning about mathematics with a correlation coefficient of 0,737; 5 ) a means of students learning and interest on the use of ICT jointly by accomplishments learning about mathematics of sel, management with a correlation coefficient of 0,708; 6 ) and interest the students in the use of ICT jointly by accomplishments learning about mathematics management self with a correlation coefficient of 0,742, 7 ) a means of learning, closely and interest the students in the use of ICT jointly by accomplishments learning about mathematics with a correlation coefficient of 0,742

    EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW DITINJAU DARI PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS

    This quasi-experimental study aimed to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning model of jigsaw type viewed by students understanding of mathematical concepts. The population of this study was all grade eighth students of SMP Negeri 2 Abung Tinggi second semester in academic year of 2014/2015 that was distributed into two classes. By purposive sampling technique, it was chosen students of VIII-B class as the sample. The design of this study was one shot case study. The data were collected by the test of understanding of mathematical concepts. Based on the results of the data analysis, the percentage of students who have good understanding the mathematical concepts in cooperative learning of jigsaw type was over 60%. Based on this study, it was gotten the conclusion that cooperative learning model of jigsaw type was effective viewed by students' understanding of mathematical concepts.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Abung Tinggi semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang terdistribusi dalam dua kelas. Dengan teknik purposive sampling terpilih siswa kelas VIII-B sebagai sampel. Desain penelitian ini adalah one shot case study. Data dikumpulkan dengan tes pemahaman konsep matematis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, persentase siswa yang memahami konsep matematis dengan baik pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw lebih dari 60%. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw efektif ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep matematis siswa.Kata kunci: efektivitas, jigsaw, pemahaman konsep matemati

    This quasi experimental research aimed to find out the effectiveness of problem based learning model in terms of students understanding of mathematical concepts. The design of this research was posttest only control design with the population was all students of grade 7th of SMP Kartika II-2 Bandar Lampung in academic year of 2015/2016 and the samples of this research were students of VII 2 and VII 3 class that were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data of understanding of mathematical concepts were obtained by test. The result of this research concluded that the implementation of problem based learning model was effective in terms of students understanding of mathematical concepts and more effective than conventional learning.Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis masalah ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah posttest-only control design dengan populasinya seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Kartika II-2 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2015/ 2016 dan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII 2dan VII 3 yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data pemahaman konsep matematis siswa diperoleh melalui tes. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah efektif ditinjau dari pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dan lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.Kata kunci: efektivitas, pemahaman konsep, pembelajaran berbasis masala

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Guided Discovery Learning Terhadap Kemampuan Penalaran Adaptif Siswa

    This quasi experimental research aimed to find out the influence of guided discovery learning towards students’ adaptive reasoning ability. The population of this research was all students of grade XIPA of SMA Negeri 2 Metro in academic year of 2017/2018 with total 162 students and that was distributed into five classes. The samples of this research were students of XIPA 2 and XIPA 3 class that were chosen by purposive sampling technique. The design which used was pretest-posttest only control grup design. The data of this research were obtained by the essays test of adaptive reasoning ability. Analysis data of the research used t-test. Based on the result of the research and the data analysis, it can be concluded that guided discovery learning afffects student’s adaptive reasoning ability.  Penelitian experimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh guided discovery learning terhadap kemampuan penalaran adaptif siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XIPA SMA Negeri 2 Metro tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan jumlah 162 siswa dan terdistribusi ke dalam lima kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XIPA 2 dan XIPA 3 yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Desain yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest only control grup design. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan penalaran adaptif berbentuk essay. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t.     Abstract: The Influence of Guided Inquiry Learning Towards Student’s Mathematical Communication Skills Junior High School. This quasi-experimental research aimed to find out the influence of guided inquiry learning model towards student’s mathematical communication skill. The population of this research was all of eight grade students of SMPN 9 Bandarlampung in the academic year of 2018/2019 as many as 180 students that were distributed into 6 classes. The samples of this research were students of VIIIA as many as 29 students and VIIIC as many as 29 students class that were chosen by purposive sampling technique. The design of this research was the pretest-postest control group design. The analysis data used was Mann-Whitney test. The data in this research was quantitative data obtained by a student’s mathematical communication scale. The Analysis data by using Mann Whitney test is obtained that guided inquiry learning model influenced student’s mathematical communication skill

    Abstract: The Influence of Cooperative Learning Think Pair Share Type On Improving Mathemtics Communication Skills of Students . This research aimed to know the influence of the application of Think Pair Share learning model on improving student’s mathematical communication skills. The population of this research was all the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, distributed into nine classes. The sample of this study was students of class VIII-A as the experimental class and class VIII-B as the control class selected through purposive sampling technique. This research design used the pretest-posstest control group design with essay test. Based on the result of research and discussion, it was concluded that the increase in mathematical communication skills of students who participated in think pair share learning was higher than the increase in mathematical communication skills of students who participated in conventional learning. Thus, Think Pair Share learning model affect the improvement of student’s mathematical communication skills

    Prototype of Electronic Nose Based on Gas Sensors Array and Back Propagation Neural Network for Tea Classification

    We have developed an electronic nose based on metal oxide gas sensor array and back-propagation neural network for tea classification. The sensor array consists of six Tagushi Gas Sensor (TGS) type devices. To recognize the pattern formed by the six sensors we used six neurons in the input layer. Since we only want to classify four tea samples, we used two neurons in the output layer. The four tea samples (different tea flavors) were purchased from local super store in Yogyakarta, namely, black tea, green tea, vanilla tea and jasmine tea. Under the relatively similar conditions, we measured each sample of tea as a function of time. Prior to the exposure of tea samples, the sensor array was tested with air ambient. Then the electronic nose was trained by using one set of four tea samples without pre-processing step. By using all data sets, the electronic nose is able to recognize the pattern for almost 80%. This result prove that our electronic nose is capable of discriminating between the flavors of tea samples. For further investigation, the performance of this system should be compared with the data sets with pre-processing.
