Green's Matrix for a Second Order Self-Adjoint Matrix Differential Operator

    Get PDF
A systematic construction of the Green's matrix for a second order, self-adjoint matrix differential operator from the linearly independent solutions of the corresponding homogeneous differential equation set is carried out. We follow the general approach of extracting the Green's matrix from the Green's matrix of the corresponding first order system. This construction is required in the cases where the differential equation set cannot be turned to an algebraic equation set via transform techniques.Comment: 19 page

Cloud Computing is one of the large and essential environment now a days to work for the storage collection and privacy preserve to that data. Cloud data security is most important and major concern for the client while use of the cloud services provided by the different service providers. There can be some major security concern and conflicts between the client and the service provider. To get out from those issues, a third party auditor uses as an auditor for assurance of data in the environment. Storage systems for the cloud has many fundamental challenges still today. All basic as well critical challenges among which storage space and security is generally the top concern in the cloud environment. To give the appropriate security issues we have proposed third party authentication system. The cloud not only for the simplified data storage but also secure data acquisition in cloud environment .At last we have perform different security analysis as well performance analysis. It give the results that proposed scheme has significant increases in efficiency for maintaining highly secure data storage and acquisition. The proposed method also helps to minimize the cost in environment and also increases communication efficiency in the cloud environment

    Get PDF
The paper describes the beneficiation results of the bauxite ore from Durgamanwadi mines to achieve a grade of the products conforming to refractory specification. Mineralogically, the bauxite was predominantly gibbsitic in nature with titanium and iron bearing minerals as main impurities which were intimately and intricately associ-ated with gibbistie. The sample was crushed to —2 mm and classified into 4 size fractions. Each were subjected to the dry magnetic separation using 'Permrol' supplied by the Ore Sorter, USA. The study indicated that the best separation result could be achieved at the optimum belt speed of 3 rpm on the —690+350 micron size fraction in respect of cleanliness of the product when compared to other two size fractions. Fe203 and TiO2 contents could be reduced to 1.52 % and 5.16 % in the concentrate from their respective values of 3.31 % and 7.31% in the feed

Unusual Esophageal Twin Foreign Body (Glass Marble) in a Neonate

    Get PDF
Although ingestion of foreign body in oesophagus is common in pediatric age group, its occurrence in neonatal period is rare. Etiology behind these foreign bodies may be negligence or homicidal attempt for unwanted child. A high index of suspicion is required for diagnosis, whenever the neonate presents with symptoms related either to the respiratory or gastrointestinal tract. Delayed diagnosis can result in serious complications. We report a very unusual case of twin foreign body (glass marble) in oesophagus in a 30 days old female neonate. The peculiarity of this case concerns the unusual foreign body and age of the patient

Study on eggs of Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) during incubation in the controlled laboratory conditions

    Get PDF
Study on newly laid eggs of Japanese quail Coturnix coturnix japonica was undertaken for a period of 18 days on incubation in controlled laboratory conditions. The aim of the study was to evaluate the changes in egg weight, shell weight, yolk weight and embryo weight throughout the period of incubation. It had been found that as the embryo grows, the egg weight slowly goes down while embryo weight goes on increasing day by day. The study inferred that the shift or reduction in weight of egg is attributable to the progressive growth of embryo which utilizes its yolk contents for its growth. Apart from this, the shell weight also reduced from first day to last day in order to facilitate hatching of the embryo

The objective of the work presented here was to assess the feasibility of using glucosamine HCl as a solid-dispersion (SD) carrier to enhance the biopharmaceutical properties of a BCS class III/IV drug, acyclovir (ACV). The solid-dispersions of acyclovir and glucosamine HCl were prepared by an ethanol-based solvent evaporation method. The prepared formulations characterized by photomicroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transforms infrared spectrophotometry (FTIR), powder x-ray diffractometry (PXRD) and drug content analysis. The functional characterization of ACV-SD was performed by aqueous solubility evaluation, dissolution studies, fasted versus fed state dissolution comparison, ex vivo permeability, and stability studies. Photomicroscopy and SEM analysis showed different surface morphologies for pure ACV, glucosamine HCl and ACV-SD. The physical-chemical characterization studies supported the formation of ACV-SD. A 12-fold enhancement in the aqueous solubility of ACV was observed in the prepared solid dispersions, compared to pure ACV. Results from in vitro dissolution demonstrated a significant increase in the rate and extent of ACV dissolution from the prepared ACV-SD formulations, compared to pure ACV. The rate and extent of ACV permeability across everted rat intestinal membrane were also found to be significantly increased in the ACV-SD formulations. Under fed conditions, the rate and extent of the in vitro dissolution of ACV from the formulation was appreciably greater compared to fasted conditions. Overall, the results from the study suggest the feasibility of utilizing glucosamine HCl as a solid dispersion carrier/excipient for enhancement of biopharmaceutical properties of acyclovir, and similar drugs with low solubility/permeability characteristics

    Get PDF
Background: Severe hypertension in pregnancy (SBP ≥160 mmHg &/or DBP ≥ 110 mmHg) must be treated judiciously to prevent maternal and fetal complications. The study was conducted to compare the efficacy, adverse effects, maternal and fetal outcome between Hydralazine and Labetalol which are the most commonly used drugs for the purpose. Methods: In a prospective study, 130 pregnant patients each with severe hypertension presenting to SMGS Hospital Jammu were randomized in 2 groups and administered hydralazine or labetalol intravenously. The efficacy of the two drugs was measured in terms of number of doses required to obtain target BP and the timing to achieve the same. The incidence of adverse effects, maternal and fetal outcomes were also compared. Comparisons among the two groups was performed by using independent Student’s t test for normally distributed variables, Fishers’ exact test, and Pearson Chi Square test for categorical variables. The level of significance was set at p<0.05 for all analysis. Results: There was no statistical difference between the two drugs in terms of efficacy. Significantly more low-birth weight infants were born in the hydralazine group. Also, the adverse effects were significantly more in the hydralazine group. Conclusions: Both hydralazine and labetalol can be used to treat hypertensive emergencies of pregnancy but hydralazine is associated with more side effects
