Politika të Sigurisë dhe Specifikat e Policimit në Komunitet në Shqipëri pas Rënies së Regjimit Enverist

Pas një periudhe të trazuar që mbulon më shumë se tre dekada, besoj se duhet të ketë një fokusim më të madh rreth fushes se sigurise urbane/sociale e cila ka qenë preh e zhvillimeve të larmishme politike dhe sociale që nuk bëjnë gjë tjetër vecse e dobësojnë perceptimin ndaj saj. Në fushën e sigurisë urbane/sociale janë ndërmarrë nisma të shumta të cilat deri tani kanë sjellë përmirësime të rezultateve, por që nuk e kanë shënjestruar nëqendër objektivin. Jam i bindur që duhet të ketë një zgjidhje më të thjeshtë, por që gjithsesi kërkon një impenjim të konsiderueshëm si në nivel lokal ashtu edhe në nivel qendror, por ajo që unë mendoj se është më e rëndësishme ka të bëjë me një ndërgjegjësim të vetë qytetarëve në lidhje me prodhimin e sigurisë urbane/sociale nga vetë ata me mbështetjen e autoriteteve shtetërore në përgjithësi dhe atyre ligjzbatuese në vecanti. Qëllimi i këtij punimi është të kontribuojë në përmirësimin e perceptimit të sigurisë dhe në kuptimin më të thelluar të kësaj cështjeje kaq të lidhur me mënyrën e jetesës së qytetarëve dhe me ndikimin që ajo ka në mënyrë të drejtpërdrejtë në zhvillimkin ekonomiko-social të një vendi. Metoda e përdorur në këtë punim është ajo e kërkimit sasior duke marrë në konsideratë literaturën e deritanishme dhe politikat e ndërmarra në fushën e sigurisë në Shqipëri në këto dekadat e fundit. Në një mjedis të pasigurt nuk mund të ketë një jetë të qetë të qytetarëve dhe për rrjedhojë nuk mund të zhvillohen veprimtari sociale dhe ekonomike afatgjata. Në këtë perspektivë nuk mund të ketë një zhvillim të qëndrueshëm ekonomik me pasojat logjike që kjo situatë sjell. Early Miocene Mollusca from McMurdo Sound, Antarctica (ANDRILL 2A drill core), with a review of Antarctic Oligocene and Neogene Pectinidae (Bivalvia)

(internal mould), and six taxa of Pectinidae are reported from the Burdigalian section of the ANDRILL 2A core, drilled in McMurdo Sound, Ross Sea. The pectinids are Adamussium cf. jonkersi Quaglio et al., 2010, Antarctipecten n. gen. alanbeui (Jonkers, 2003), Austrochlamys forticosta n. sp., Austrochlamys cf. marisrossensis Jonkers, 2003, Ruthipecten n. gen., n. sp. (not named), and a fragmentary specimen representing an unnamed genus and species. In a revision of Antarctic Pectinidae, Austrochlamys Jonkers, 2003, Ruthipecten n. gen. (proposed for Chlamys (Zygochlamys) tuftsensis Turner, 1967, reported only from Wright Valley and the Vestfold Hills, not present in ANDRILL 2A), Leoclunipecten n. gen. (proposed for Austrochlamys gazdzickii Jonkers, 2003, reported only from Oligocene rocks of King George Island, not present in ANDRILL 2A) and the unnamed genus in ANDRILL 2A are assigned to subfamily Chlamydinae, tribe Chlamydini, whereas Adamussium Thiele, 1934 and Antarctipecten n. gen. are assigned to subfamily Palliolinae, tribe Adamussiini. Uji Efektivitas Ekstrak Etanol Tunas Pisang Goroho (Musa Acuminate L.) Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Gula Darah Tikus Putih Jantan Galur Wistar (Rattus Norvegicus) Yang Diinduksi Sukrosa

The study aimed at finding out the Effectiveness of goroho shoots (Musa acuminafe L.) ethanol extract on blood sugar decrease of white mile wistar (Ratus norvegicus ) induced with sucrose. Completely randomized design method was used in this experiment. The subject of the experiment were 15 white male Wistar (Rattus novergicus) were divided into 5 (five) groups of treatment, namely negative control group (CMC 0,5% suspension), the dose 0,63 mg/kgBW positive control group (glibenklamid suspension), the dose 0,05 g/kgBW, 0,11 g/kgBW , and 0,22 g/kgBW of goroho shoots ethanol extract group. Data obtained from examination of the fasting blood sugar were 30 minute after induction with sucrose and at minute 15, 30, 60, 120 after treatment was given. Data were analyzed using spss ver.20. the differences between treatments were analyzed using one way ANOVA. The analysis revealed a significant difference between negative control and treatment, negative control and positive control but did not show a significant difference between treatment groups with the positive control.
