Pengukur Jarak Dengan Sensor Ultrasonic Ping))) Berbasis Mikrokontroller At-mega 8535 Dengan Data Logging Pada Komputer
Distance measurement and continuous recording when done manually can be tedious and predictable errors in recording. For it will do design a device capable of measuring and recording automatically. Tools that will be made using the ultrasonic sensor and microcontroller ATMega 8535 as a main components. Ultrasonic sensors to detect objects in front of about distance of 3 cm until 3 meters. The reflection of ultrasonic waves to be received back by the sensor, so that the ATMEGA85 microcontroller will know when the ultrasonic wave is emitted until it is received back. And then the microcontroller will processed and displayed on the LCD and sent to a computer for display with the time of recording.

PT Pendawa Polysindo Perkasa merupakan sebuah Perusahaan keluarga yang bergerak di bidang industry plastik. Seperti yang kita ketahui ada Perusahaan yang tidak melaksanakan etika-etika dalam operasional Perusahaannya, ada beberapa etika yang dapat diterapkan di Perusahaan yaitu Etika Utilirianisme, Etika Relativisme, Etika Pragmatisme, Etika Evolusionisme, dan Etika Deontologi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan tekinik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara. Proses analisa data menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk mengelola data yang diperoleh, kemudian dengan hasil wawancara pada sumber lain PT. Pendawa Polysindo Perkasa, dan ditarik kesimpulan apakah keduanya memiliki hubungan yang baik atau tidak

Rapid development of information technology and communication in Indonesia has the impact on various fields, including on notarial law. It can be seen in the application of cyber notary concept which increases the effectiveness and the efficiency of a Notary. The result of the research showed that a notary\u27s authority in certifying electronic transaction as stipulated in Article 15, paragraph 3 of Law No. 2/2014 is the authority to print and to legalize the printed letters and/or certificates by using the system of Ditjen AHU online, and definition of Request in Permenhumkam No. 5/2014 is not correct because the fact is that Ditjen AHU online allows the applicant, either individually or together, without giving the authority to someone else, to get the request and the authorization for Foundation legal entity. It is recommended that definition of Request in Permenkumham No. 5/2014 should be corrected

A coupling device has a transversely arranged, open-end groove in a flange attached to a pipe end. The groove in the flange receives a circumferentially arranged locking flange element on the other coupling member and permits alignment of the bores of the coupling members when the locking flange element is in the open end groove. Karakteristik Petani Dan Pemasaran Gula Aren Di Banten
Aren, Arenga pinnata merupakan tanaman serbaguna yang tidak hanya menghasilkan nira tetapi juga buah aren, bahan bangunan, ijuk dan sapu. Pengembangan agribisnis gula aren di Banten masih menghadapi hambatan teknis dan non teknis, seperti rendahnya keterampilan petani, rendahnya hasil produksi dan nilai tambah. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah operasional yaitu : (a) pelatihan teknis dan manajemen, (b) penyediaan bibit, sarana dan prasarana pengolahan, (c) penguatan kelembagaan dan pemasaran, dan (d) penerapan budidaya aren secara sistematis. Untuk meningkatkan posisi tawar petani dapat ditempuh melalui pemberdayaan kelompok tani aren dengan mewujudkan sistem pemasaran secara kolektif dengan koperasi atau Gabungan Kelompok tani (Gapoktan), disertai dengan peningkatan keterampilan petan

The importance of the Physical Environment and Non-physical in increased Motivation and Employees Performance of PT. BRI Tbk. Cabang Bogor is to be able to provide the best service to the public. comfortable working environment and conducive expected employees motivated and able to improve its performance. Population of this research is 105 employee and with a sample size of 51 employees. The results showed that there were significant effect on Physical Environment on Motivation and the significant value obtained is 0,000. Non-physical Environment have significant influence on Motivation with a value 0,000. Physical Environment have significant influence on Employees Perfomance with a value 0,006. Non-physical Environment have significant influence on Employees Perfomance with a value 0,038 and Motivation have significant influence on Employees Perfomance with a value 0,001. calculation of the physical working environment variables on employee performance major immediate effect is 0.294 , and its indirect effect through motivational variables is equal to 0.198 , it can be concluded that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect . While the calculation of the non-physical work environment variables on employee performance is equal to 0.237 direct effect and indirect effect through motivational variables is equal to 0.254 , it can be concluded that the indirect effect is greater than the effect of immediate . The result of study prove that Physical Environment and Non-physical will be able to improve working motivation of employees and it will lead to employees performance improvement
