Since the early 1980s, the information and communication revolution created radical changes in the international tourist industry in all the advanced and developing societies even though the said changes were relatively slow in the developing countries. Electronic tourism dominated tourist industry on the international level. For example, identifying tourist Sites electronically has become a reality by connecting the disabled tourists with the information and communication technology (ICT) as a facility to enhance and enrich their capabilities to recognize tourist sites. Assistive technology includes all the modern technology means used by the disabled to get to know the tourist and archaeological sites, through the various technological techniques incorporated in this digital technology such as adjusted keyboards, software to read the texts shown on the screen through a voice produced by the computer and the technology that enables the disabled to communicate through the computer by means of computers that work by eye movement, in addition to other developed devices by using a number of specialized software like Geographic Information System (GIS), Remote sensing (RS) and Digital Modeling (DM) and other data. The study indicated that the information and communication technology applications have significant impact pushing the disabled tourism development forward, and empowering the tourists of this category, starting from identifying the tourist sites and ending with remote booking. However, many Arab countries suffer from weak investment in the infrastructure of the information and communication technology related to the disabled category as this technology is only used as a promotional propaganda, and their tourist offers through their websites lack the modern software that help the disabled to communicate with tourist locations

Geographical Information System (GIS) is an important tool in documenting and managing archaeological and heritage sites in the city of Jerusalem in order to benefit from its high capabilities in monitoring, documentation, analysis, presentation and other capabilities required by the documentation of archaeological and heritage sites in Jerusalem with their Arabic names, which deal with large amounts of spatial and descriptive data, also to maximize the use of spatial data collected on archaeological and heritage sites in Jerusalem, and the conversion of geographical databases electronically, which allows more than one user or management access to data and modifying it simultaneously, which saves a lot of time, effort and cost in medium to long term, giving later a wide horizon for disseminating data and designing practical applications, and contributing to the electronic and comprehensive documentation processes of archaeological and heritage sites in the city of Jerusalem in a sustainable manner. The study has concluded that it is important to adopt modern technology systems in documenting Arabic names of heritage sites in order to preserve these names for future generations and to resist the Judaization and preservation of these names over time. Moreover, this study recommended to adopt the proposed documentation system and to expand the processes of building electronic databases to Jerusalem and other Palestinian cities in order to sustainably protect it based on scientific foundations that contribute in providing the electronic database. Digital models are considered the most important in documenting the mosaic floors tools. So, take advantage of the high capabilities in monitoring and documentation, analysis and manifesting required by the mosaic floors and murals. Also, these digital models dealing with large amounts of spatial and metadata. This means that the use of the large data that is collected from the mosaic floors and electronic transfers, which allows more than one user to access or manage and edit them to give wider dissemination horizon. Consequently, they contribute to the electronic documents for floors mosaic mural. This study shows that the numerical models can be used to perform various analyzes in documenting mosaic flooring.
