Well-being is a condition generally expected by every people in gething safe life and piece. Well-being means that a human condition that releaged from disuption in their life. There are many ways that used by the humans to find the well-being in their life. Beside that, religion clearly help the humans to choose good way to find the well-being in their life and the beyond. This study purposed to find out empirically the correlation between religiosity and well-being in Lubuk Gaung village Siak Kecil district. The hyphotesis in this study is There is correlation between religiosity and well-being in destitute people. With the population 185 people, the subject of this research is 156 people.Data correlation technique that used in this research is religiosity scale and well-being scale from (Glock and Stark). Data analysis technique that used in this study is (product momen). The result indicated that there is positif correlation that very significant between religiosity and well-being in destitute people. 0,401 in significant phase 0,000 (< 0,001). It means that religiosity has the significant effect to the well-being. With categorizes the grade of religiosity lowest 0 people (0%), low 5 people (3,20%), middle 70 people (44,88%), high 39 people (25%), and highest 42 people (26,92%). And then in well-being, lowest 11 people (7,1%), low 34 people (21,8%), middle 67 peopele (43 %), high 29 people (18,5 %) and highest is people (9,6%).Keyword; Religiosity, Well-being, And Destitute Peopl

Measuring Fundamental Parameters of Substellar Objects. II: Masses and Radii

We present mass and radius derivations for a sample of very young, mid- to late M, low-mass stellar and substellar objects in Upper Sco and Taurus. In a previous paper, we determined effective temperatures and surface gravities for these targets, from an analysis of their high-resolution optical spectra and comparisons to the latest synthetic spectra. We now derive extinctions, radii, masses and luminosities by combining our previous results with observed photometry, surface fluxes from the synthetic spectra and the known cluster distances. These are the first mass and radius estimates for young, very low mass bodies that are independent of theoretical evolutionary models (though our estimates do depend on spectral modeling). We find that for most of our sample, our derived mass-radius and mass-luminosity relationships are in very good agreement with the theoretical predictions. However, our results diverge from the evolutionary model values for the coolest, lowest-mass targets: our inferred radii and luminosities are significantly larger than predicted for these objects at the likely cluster ages, causing them to appear much younger than expected. We suggest that uncertainties in the evolutionary models - e.g., in the choice of initial conditions and/or treatment of interior convection - may be responsible for this discrepancy. Finally, two of our late-M objects (USco 128 and 130) appear to have masses close to the deuterium-fusion boundary (9--14 Jupiters, within a factor of 2). This conclusion is primarily a consequence of their considerable faintness compared to other targets with similar extinction, spectral type and temperature (difference of 1 mag). The purpose of this study is to analyze the service in making the two-wheeled vehicle driver's license (SIM C) and knowing the constraints in service in the Police Satlantas Pekanbaru.Descriptive research, which is defined as the process of solving the problem was investigated by exposing or describe the state of the subject and object of research at the present time based on the facts that emerge or that way. In data collection and in-depth interviews the author conducted a search of documents and official records.The results of this study are expected to provide the following benefits: their contributions in order to develop the knowledge, especially in the field of social and political science as well as a reference to improve services, especially in making a driver's license at the Traffic Police Pekanbaru.Results of research conducted at the Traffic Police Pekanbaru through eight indicators considered quite good, but the authors suggest to the Traffic in order to improve services, especially the manufacture of a driver's license two-wheeled vehicles (SIM C) in order to achieve service excellence

Gratification as part of the criminal act of corruption has undergone changes in form and mode. Gratification is not only interpreted as giving gifts in the form of money, goods, prizes, or commissions, interest-free loans, travel tickets, lodging facilities, tourist trips, free medical treatment, and other facilities, but also sexual services to state administrators or civil servants. This research is normative legal research and aims to examine sexual services as part of gratification and techniques of proving sexual services as part of gratification.
