podeliti u ĉetiri grupe: mehaniĉke, fiziĉke, hemijske i biološke površinske modifikacije. U hemijske
površinske modifikacije ubrajaju se hemijske metode, elektrohemijske metode, sol-gel metode i
hemijska depozicija iz parne faze. U poslednjoj deceniji, elektrohemijske metode koje omogućavaju
površinsku nanostrukturnu modifikaciju sve više nalaze svoju primenu u izradi implanata, a jedna
Prednost
elektrohemijske anodizacije u odnosu na druge metode površinske nanostrukturne modifikacije
jeste mogućnost kontrole morfologije nanostrukturnih oksidnih slojeva i veliĉine nanotuba
tvrdoću, korozionu otpornost, biokompatibilnost i zatezna svojstva materijala.
nanostrukturna modifikacija dovodi do pribliţavanja njihovih vrednosti vrednostima modula
elastiĉnosti i tvrdoće kostiju u ljudskom organizmu, a analiziran je i uticaj površinske
nanostrukturne modifikacije na zatezna svojstva biomaterijala..

Harmonization of the regulations of the Republic of Serbia with the regulations of the European Union in the field of energy and environmental protection
The subject of the doctoral dissertation is the analysis of regulations of the European Union, regulations of an international character which are also considered as an integral part of the European legal framework and regulations of the Republic of Serbia in the field of energy and environmental protection. This analysis was made in order to determine the importance of mutual harmonization and permeation of these regulations and give an answer to the question whether through the implementation of appropriate regulations energy demand in the Republic of Serbia could be covered in such a way that the existing energy sources are spent more rationally, gradually building room for renewable energy sources, all in order to minimize pollution in the environment in which we live. During the preparation of the dissertation, a number of different methods of scientific research were used: historical-legal, hypothetical-deductive, ruling regulations, comparative-legal, content analysis and statistical. Based on the used bibliography, i.e. comparison of the regulations of the Republic of Serbia with the regulations of the European Union, hypotheses which were the bases of the research have been confirmed, i.e. it was concluded that the norms from the environment protection field influence the energy field and vice versa and that when acting and adopting decisions on the issues within one of the mentioned fields, it is necessary to consult the regulations from the other field as well. In addition, it is important to harmonise the given regulations constantly on all levels, particularly since there is interconnection between the use of energy, performance of energy activities and more or less infavourable interaction caused by these activities which may be very harmful in the long run
Nanostructured surface modification of coarse-grained and ultrafine-grained Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy for biomedical application.
Characterisation of the nanotubular oxide layer formed on the ultrafine-grained titanium
Commercially pure titanium (cpTi) and titanium alloys are metallic implant materials usually used in dentistry and orthopaedics. In order to improve implant properties, Ti-based materials may be surface modified by different procedures. One of the most attractive methods is electrochemical anodization, as a method for obtaining nanotubular oxide layer on the material surface, aiming at improving mechanical, biological and corrosion properties of the metallic biomaterials. In the present study, ultrafine-grained titanium (UFG cpTi) was obtained by high pressure torsion (HPT) under a pressure of 4.1 GPa with a rotational speed of 0.2 rpm, up to 5 rotations at room temperature. In order to form homogeneous nanotubular oxide layer on the UFG cpTi, the electrochemical anodization was performed in phosphoric acid containing 0 5 wt. % of NaF electrolyte during anodizing times of 30, 60 and 90 minutes. The characterisation of thus formed nanotubes was performed using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), while the surface topography was analysed using the atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results show that the electrochemical anodization process leads to an enhanced roughness of the surface. The mechanical behaviour of the UFG cpTi after the electrochemical anodization process is estimated using the nanoindentation technique. Obtained results show that anodized material has lower value of nanohardness than nonanodized material. Moreover, anodized UFG cpTi has lower modulus of elasticity than non-anodized UFG cpTi and the value is close to those observed in bones
Microstructure and mechanical properties of anodized surface of ultrafine-grained Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy for biomedical application
Anodized surface on coarse-grained (CG) and ultrafine-grained (UFG) Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy was obtained using electrochemical surface modification in the 1M H3PO4 + NaF electrolyte. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterise the microstructure of anodized surface, while mechanical surface properties were determined from the nanoindentation test. Numerical analysis of deformation of oxide film exposed to nanoindentation is performed on simplified 2D finite element models, with the main aim to determine the influence of the dimensions of the nanotubes on resistance to external loading. Software package Simulia Abaqus is used. It was shown that the homogeneous oxide film was formed at longer time period, while inhomogeneous oxide film was formed at shorter time period, for both materials. The oxide film was composed of nanotubes, whose deformation after the nanoindentation test is characterized by SEM. The surface of anodized alloys has lower mechanical surface properties (modulus of elasticity and nanohardness) than surface of non-anodized ones, which make them more acceptable for biomedical usage. Numerical calculations revealed the influence of morphology of the anodized surface layer on its load carrying capacit
Morphology and mechanical properties of the nanotubular oxide coating formed on the ultrafine-grained Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy
Influence of the electrochemical anodization on the surface roughness of Ti-13Nb-13Zr medical alloy
Surface roughness is one of the influencing factors on the friction and wear mechanism of metallic materials. However, surface roughness of metallic biomaterials plays a major role in assessing the biocompatibility and adhesion of human cells of the surrounding bone tissue on the biomaterials surface. Namely, it is already known that as the surface roughness increases, contact surface with human cells increases, and thus their adhesion to the surface. In order to achieve adequate roughness and biocompatibility, it is often necessary to additionally subject the surface of the biomaterial to modification.
In the present study, nanostructured oxide coating on the Ti-13Nb-13Zr alloy was formed by electrochemical anodization in the 1M H3PO4 + NaF electrolyte, during 60, 90, 120 minutes. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to analyse the nanostructured oxide coating morphology and showed that highly ordered nanotubular oxide layers were formed by electrochemical anodization. The atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to characterise the surface topography before and after electrochemical anodization. Results showed that the surface had higher roughness after electrochemical anodization compared to initial surface of the alloy. It was also shown that increase of anodizing time induces increase of the surface roughness
Koroziono ponašanje čistog titana i Ti-13Nb-13Zr legure u rastvoru veštačke pljuvačke
Komercijalno čist titan (cpTi) i njegove legure su najčešce korišceni metalni biomaterijali
za izradu zubnih implanata, proteza, šrafova i ploča za fiksiranje polomljenih kosti,
uređaja za veštačko srce, itd. CpTi i Ti-legure pokazuju dobru mehaničku čvrstoću, niski
spektroskopijom elektrohemijske impedanse (SEI) i potenciodinamičkom polarizacijom.
