    The article analyzes the origin, development and application of the term “Information War” in the international media space. The main purpose of the work is the theoretical substantiation of the concepts and definitions related to information technology impact on the mass consciousness. The article considers the root causes of the formation of the concept of information wars, their application in the international media space. The terminological analysis allows us to determine the relationship of propaganda, psychological war, information war and media space over the past hundred years. New concepts and definitions contribute to the understanding of information technology impact on mass consciousness. Separatism has been replaced by a new threat: the growth of xenophobia and related extremist ideologies, which receive a new sound in the era of the information society. The informational semantic blow disorients the person; informational-emotional - destroys its ability to adequate perception, makes it insensitive or irritable; informational and moral - destroys former regulatory ideas about good and evil in a person, and, finally, an informational historical blow leads to the fact that a person ceases to understand who he is and begins to forget his roots. A person loses all of his shells, built up in his culture, and is devoid of tradition and soil by the atom. Atomization of society turns people into a cluster of indifferent people who stop experiencing and reacting.El artículo analiza el origen, desarrollo y aplicación del término “Guerra de la información” en el espacio de los medios internacionales. El objetivo principal del trabajo es la fundamentación teórica de los conceptos y definiciones relacionados con el impacto de la tecnología de la información en la conciencia de masas. El artículo considera las causas fundamentales de la formación del concepto de guerras de información, su aplicación en el espacio de los medios internacionales. El análisis terminológico nos permite determinar la relación de propaganda, guerra psicológica, guerra de información y espacio mediático en los últimos cien años. Los nuevos conceptos y definiciones contribuyen a la comprensión del impacto de la tecnología de la información en la conciencia de masas. El separatismo ha sido reemplazado por una nueva amenaza: el crecimiento de la xenofobia y las ideologías extremistas relacionadas, que reciben un nuevo sonido en la era de la sociedad de la información. El golpe semántico informativo desorienta a la persona; informativo-emocional: destruye su capacidad de percepción adecuada, la hace insensible o irritable; informativo y moral: destruye las antiguas ideas reglamentarias sobre el bien y el mal en una persona y, finalmente, un golpe histórico informativo lleva al hecho de que una persona deja de entender quién es y comienza a olvidar sus raíces. Una persona pierde todas sus conchas, construidas en su cultura, y carece de tradición y suelo por el átomo. La atomización de la sociedad convierte a las personas en un grupo de personas indiferentes que dejan de experimentar y reaccionar.В статье анализируется происхождение, развитие и применение термина "информационная война" в международном медиапространстве. Основной целью работы является теоретическое обоснование понятий и определений, связанных с воздействием информационных технологий на массовое сознание. В статье рассматриваются причины формирования концепции информационных войн, их применение в международном медиа-пространстве. Терминологический анализ позволяет определить взаимосвязь пропаганды, психологической войны, информационной войны и медиапространства за последние сто лет. Новые концепции и определения способствуют пониманию влияния информационных технологий на массовое сознание. Сепаратизм сменился новой угрозой: ростом ксенофобии и связанных с ней экстремистских идеологий, получивших новое звучание в эпоху информационного общества. Информационный семантический удар дезориентирует человека; информационно-эмоциональный - разрушает его способность к адекватному восприятию, делает его нечувствительным или раздражительным; информационный и моральный - разрушает прежние регулятивные представления о добре и зле в человеке, и, наконец, информационный исторический удар приводит к тому, что человек перестает понимать, кто он такой, и начинает забывать свои корни. Человек теряет все свои оболочки, построенные в его культуре, и лишен традиций. Атомизация общества превращает людей в скопление равнодушных людей, которые перестают переживать и реагировать

    Дослідження міжмолекулярних взаємодій та структури в епоксиамінних композитах з дисперсними оксидами

    With the help of the software package HyprChem, using a method of quantum-chemical modeling, research into intermolecular interactions between epoxyamine grid and oxides of different chemical nature Al2O3, Fe2O3, TiO2, СаО was carried out. To take into account hydroxyl-hydrate surface layer of oxides, molecular complexes of the fragment of epoxyamine grid and hydroxides of metals Al(OH)3, Fe(OH)3, Ti(OH)4, Ca(OH)2 were used as models. As a result of modeling, it was established that Ca(OH)2 molecule forms strong intermolecular bonds and has the greatest influence on the spatial conformation of the epoxyamine fragment. It was shown that a calcium atom is oriented to π-electron cloud of the benzene ring with formation of donor-acceptor bond, and OH-groups form hydrogen bonds with OH-groups of the residue of a molecule of epoxy oligomer in the grid. The studied intermolecular interactions of epoxyamine grid and hydroxides of amphoteric metals Al(OH)3, Fe(OH)3, Ti(OH)4 indicate the formation of low-energy inductive and dipole-dipole (orientation) bonds. It was established that existence of amphoteric hydroxides does not cause a change of the spatial conformation of the grid’s fragment. It was shown that the ability of hydroxides of metals to affect the spatial conformation of a fragment of the epoxyamine grid increases in the series: Ti(OH)3<Al(OH)3<Fe(OH)3<Ca(OH)2. The resulting series coincides with the series, in which basic properties of active Branstad centers (OH-groups) with the central elements Ti4+<Al3+<Fe3+<Ca2+ increase (acidic properties decrease). The influence of the oxide filler on the structure and spatial conformation of epoxyamine grid increases with an increase of basicity (alkalinity) of an oxide. Resistance of composites to aqueous aggressive media depends on the surface acidic-basic properties, dispersion and package density of fillers’ particles in the polymer matrix. When adding strongly basic calcite oxide (CL), chemical resistance of composites decreases by 5 times. In this case, composites with non-homogeneous structure and non-uniform distribution of compacted areas are formed. It was found that when adding amphoteric rutile oxides (RT), alumina (AL) and hematite (HM), the main factors that affect chemical resistance of filled composites include dispersion and package density of fillers’ particles. The calculated parameter a of composites, which describes package density of the filler in the polymer matrix, increases in the series of fillers HM<RT<AL. This series coincides with the series, in which resistance of filled composites in all aggressive media decreases. At an increase in package density of a filler, probability of pegridration of aggressive medium into the material decreases, which is associated with extension of the diffusion path.Методом квантово-химического моделирования исследованы межмолекулярные взаимодействия в композитах на основе эпоксиаминного сетчатого полимера и дисперсных оксидов разной химической природы Al2O3, Fe2O3, TiO2, СаО. Установлены закономерности влияния кислотно-основных характеристик наполнителей на межмолекулярные взаимодействия и пространственную конформацию полимеров.     Macular Thickness Decrease in Asymptomatic Subjects at High Genetic Risk of Developing Alzheimer’s Disease: An OCT Study

    In this case control study, we examined the retinal thickness of the different layers in the macular region and peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) with optical coherence tomography (OCT) in healthy cognitive subjects (from 51 to 74 years old) at high genetic risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Thirty-five subjects with a family history of Alzheimer disease (AD) (FH+) and ApoE ɛ4 carriers and 29 age-matched control subjects without a family history of AD (FH−) and ApoE ɛ4 non-carriers were included. Compared to FH− ApoE ɛ4 non-carriers, in FH+ ApoE ɛ4 carriers, there were statistically significant decreases (p < 0.05) in (i) the foveal area of mRNFL; (ii) the inferior and nasal sectors in the outer and inner macular ring in the inner plexiform layer (IPL); (iii) the foveal area and the inferior sector in the outer macular ring in the inner nuclear layer (INL); and (iv) the inferior sector of the outer macular ring in the outer plexiform layer (OPL). However, no statistically significant differences were found in the peripapillary thickness of RNFL between both study groups. In subjects with cognitive health and high genetic risk for the development of AD, initial changes appeared in the macular area. OCT could be a promising, cost-effective and non-invasive test useful in early AD, before the onset of clinical symptoms

    A family history (FH+) of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and ɛ4 allele of the ApoE gene are the main genetic risk factors for developing AD, whereas ɛ4 allele plays a protective role in age-related macular degeneration. Ocular vascular changes have been reported in both pathologies. We analyzed the choroidal thickness using optical coherence tomography (OCT) and the foveal avascular zone (FAZ) using OCT-angiography and compared the results with ApoE gene expression, AD FH+, and the presence or absence of hard drusen (HD) in 184 cognitively healthy subjects. Choroidal thickness was statistically significantly different in the (FH−, ɛ4−, HD+) group compared with (i) both the (FH−, ɛ4−, HD−) and the (FH+, ɛ4+, HD+) groups in the superior and inferior points at 1500 μm, and (ii) the (FH+, ɛ4−, HD+) group in the superior point at 1500 μm. There were statistically significant differences in the superficial FAZ between the (FH+, ɛ4−, HD+) group and (i) the (FH+, ɛ4−, HD−) group and (ii) the (FH+, ɛ4+, HD−) group. In conclusion, ocular vascular changes are not yet evident in participants with a genetic risk of developing AD

    Characterization of retinal drusen in subjects at high genetic risk of developing sporadic Alzheimer’s disease: An exploratory analysis

    Having a family history (FH+) of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and being a carrier of at least one ε4 allele of the ApoE gene are two of the main risk factors for the development of AD. AD and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) share one of the main risk factors, such as age, and characteristics including the presence of deposits (Aβ plaques in AD and drusen in AMD); however, the role of apolipoprotein E isoforms in both pathologies is controversial. We analyzed and characterized retinal drusen by optical coherence tomography (OCT) in subjects, classifying them by their AD FH (FH-or FH+) and their allelic characterization of ApoE ε4 (ApoE ε4-or ApoE ε4+) and considering cardiovascular risk factors (hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus). In addition, we analyzed the choroidal thickness by OCT and the area of the foveal avascular zone with OCTA. We did not find a relationship between a family history of AD or any of the ApoE isoforms and the presence or absence of drusen. Subjects with drusen show choroidal thinning compared to patients without drusen, and thinning could trigger changes in choroidal perfusion that may give rise to the deposits that generate drusen

    The development of the modern world community is closely related to advances in computing resources and cyberspace. The formation and expansion of the range of services is based on the achievements of mankind in the field of high technologies. However, the rapid growth of computing resources, the emergence of a full-scale quantum computer tightens the requirements for security systems not only for information and communication systems, but also for cyber-physical systems and technologies. The methodological foundations of building security systems for critical infrastructure facilities based on modeling the processes of behavior of antagonistic agents in security systems are discussed in the first chapter. The concept of information security in social networks, based on mathematical models of data protection, taking into account the influence of specific parameters of the social network, the effects on the network are proposed in second chapter. The nonlinear relationships of the parameters of the defense system, attacks, social networks, as well as the influence of individual characteristics of users and the nature of the relationships between them, takes into account. In the third section, practical aspects of the methodology for constructing post-quantum algorithms for asymmetric McEliece and Niederreiter cryptosystems on algebraic codes (elliptic and modified elliptic codes), their mathematical models and practical algorithms are considered. Hybrid crypto-code constructions of McEliece and Niederreiter on defective codes are proposed. They can significantly reduce the energy costs for implementation, while ensuring the required level of cryptographic strength of the system as a whole. У другому розділі пропонується концепція інформаційної безпеки в соціальних мережах, яка заснована на математичних моделях захисту даних, з урахуванням впливу конкретних параметрів соціальної мережі та наслідків для неї. Враховуються нелінійні взаємозв'язки параметрів системи захисту, атак, соціальних мереж, а також вплив індивідуальних характеристик користувачів і характеру взаємовідносин між ними. У третьому розділі розглядаються практичні аспекти методології побудови постквантових алгоритмів для асиметричних криптосистем Мак-Еліса та Нідеррейтера на алгебраїчних кодах (еліптичних та модифікованих еліптичних кодах), їх математичні моделі та практичні алгоритми. Запропоновано гібридні конструкції криптокоду Мак-Еліса та Нідеррейтера на дефектних кодах. Вони дозволяють істотно знизити енергетичні витрати на реалізацію, забезпечуючи при цьому необхідний рівень криптографічної стійкості системи в цілому.     Effectiveness of Following Mediterranean Diet Recommendations in the Real World in the Incidence of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) and Adverse Maternal-Foetal Outcomes: A Prospective, Universal, Interventional Study with a Single Group. The St Carlos Study

    We reported that a Mediterranean Diet (MedDiet), supplemented with extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO) and pistachios, reduces GDM incidence and several other adverse outcomes. In order to assess its translational effects in the real world we evaluated the effect of MedDiet from 1st gestational visit in GDM rate compared with control (CG) and intervention (IG) groups from the previously referred trial. As secondary objective we also compared adverse perinatal outcomes between normoglycemic and diabetic women. This trial is a prospective, clinic-based, interventional study with a single group. 1066 eligible normoglycaemic women before 12 gestational weeks were assessed. 932 women (32.4 ± 5.2 years old, pre-gestational BMI 22.5 ± 3.5 kg/m2) received a motivational lifestyle interview with emphasis on daily consumption of EVOO and nuts, were followed-up and analysed. Binary regression analyses were used to examine the risk for each pregnancy outcome, pregnancy-induced hypertension, preeclampsia, gestational weight gain (GWG), caesarean-section, perineal trauma, preterm delivery, small (SGA) and large for gestational age (LGA), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit admissions. GDM was diagnosed in 13.9%. This rate was significantly lower than the CG: RR 0.81 (0.73–0.93), p < 0.001 and no different from the IG: RR 0.96 (0.85–1.07), p = 0.468. GWG was lower in diabetic women (10.88 ± 6.46 vs. 12.30 ± 5.42 Kg; p = 0.013). Excessive weight gain (EWG) was also lower in GDM [RR 0.91 (0.86–0.96); p < 0.001] without a significant increase of insufficient weight gain. LGA were also lower (1 (0.8%) vs. 31 (3.9%); p < 0.05)), and SGA were similar (5 (3.8%) vs. 30 (3.7%)). LGA were associated to EWG (RR 1.61 (1.35–1.91), p < 0.001). Differences in other maternal-foetal outcomes were not found. In conclusions an early MedDiet nutritional intervention reduces GDM incidence and maternal-foetal adverse outcomes and should be universally applied as 1st line therapy. GDM might not be consider as a high risk pregnancy any longer
