New biomimetic nanocomposite scaffold was prepared by the combination of nanofibrilar bioglass containing copper ion as the inorganic phase and gelatin/collagen as the organic phase of bone tissue. In this study for fabrication of the scaffold, freeze drying and electrospinning methods were used, and genipin was used as the cross-linking agent for increasing the mechanical properties of the scaffold. The growth and viability of human endometrial stem cell-derived osteoblast-like cells were investigated on this biomimetic scaffold. Cellular biocompatibility assays illustrated that this scaffold has more viabilities and osteoblast growths in comparison with two-dimensional culture. Copper ion increased growth of the osteoblasts on nanocomposite scaffold containing nanofibrous bioglass. Thus, the results obtained from this study indicate that the prepared scaffold is suitable for osteoblast growth and attachment; thus, potentially, this nanocomposite scaffold is an appropriate scaffold for bone tissue engineering. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Introduction: Mortality statistics are derived from the information recorded on death certificates. This information is used for many important purposes, such as development of public health programs and allocation of health care resources. Therefore, the accuracy of death certificate data is very important. The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of documentation of death certificates in hospitals in Sabzevar, Iran. Method: In this retrospective and applied study, all death certificates of patients admitted and expired in hospitals (30 death) of Sabzevar, Iran during the second six months in 2010 were evaluated. Data was collected by a checklist Which validity was approved by experts. Obtained data analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive statistics. Results: The result shows that out of all death certificates reviewed, Only 11,6 percent of certificates were found written without error. Most frequent errors pertained to writing patients' social security number (78.5%) and national ID card (26.2%). Around 60% of death certificates were not issued by treating doctor of deceased and 38% of them were issued by a general practitioner (GP). Listing 'mechanism of death' at the place of 'underlying cause of death' was found in 20, 5 %of certificates. There was no causal relationship between the recorded causes in 27% of certificates. 68% of certificates disclosed 'use of abbreviations' in cause of death. Conclusion: In this study indicates improper sequence of causes and use of abbreviations in the recorded causes of death, due to the lack of understanding about the importance of the death certificate and unfamiliarity of physicians with rules and guidelines of determining mortality causes. Some annual courses in death certification and discussion of the death certificate for each deceased patient in physician, can increase accuracy of the documents

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of narrative therapy on divorce tendency and its components. The research method is semi experimental with pretest-posttest design and control group. The statistical population of this study included all married women aged 15 to 19 years attending secondary school in Neishabour, in the academic year 2016-2017. The statistical sample of the study included 16 people who had a high score in the Rusbult-Johnson-Morrow Divorce Questionnaire (1986) and volunteered for attending the sessions and were randomly assigned to the experimental and control group. Then the narrative therapy approach was performed individually in 9 steps for the experimental group. Finally, the post-test was taken from both the experimental and control groups. Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance analysis of differential scores. Findings show that narrative therapy has been effective in reducing the tendency toward divorce in the experimental group (p<0/05; F=92/641). The implementation of therapeutic narratives individually reduced the components of tendency to withdraw from relationship and neglect. It also increased the dimensions of expressing feelings and loyalty. According to research findings, this approach can be utilized not only to improve relationships but also to reduce divorce rates in the community

Research Aim:Since communication skills training for couples will be able to affect their mental health and marital adjustment, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of marital enrichment training program based on Time for better marriage (TIME) on increasing marital adjustment and its components in women with early marriage. Research method: The research method was semi-experimental and its design was pre-test-posttest with control group The statistical population of this study was all married women with early marriage in Zebarkhan areas of Neyshabur city in, 2017. The research sample of 30 people was selected using the available sampling method from eligible applicants to participate in marital enrichment training program based on Time for better marriage (TIME) and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (15 in each group). Research instruments included Spainers’ marital adjustment questionnaire, completed before and after intervention by both groups. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by the counseling group Professors and the reliability of the questionnaire was measured using Cronbach's alpha. The “Time for better marriage (TIME)” package was administered to the intervention group in 10 sessions 90-minute. Multivariate analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data. All data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software version 22. Findings: marital enrichment training program based on Time for better marriage (TIME) was effective on increasing marital adjustment (P <0.05). also it’s increased the marital satisfaction dimensions (p<0.05), marital correlation (p <0.05), marital satisfaction (p<0.05) and marital affection (p<0.05). Conclusion: The marital enrichment training program based on Time for better marriage (TIME) increases marital adjustment. Therefore, in counseling and marital interventions, it is possible to use intimate communication skills to improve couples' relationships and increase their compatibility
