This paper discusses the importance of organizational change and development. Passed literature suggests how companies have used adaptation to promote their companies. The research supports the ideas of workers personal desire for changes in the workplace. Without willingness to adapt to changes in technology, society, and worker needs an organization will miss major opportunities. Individual’s acceptance of workplace changes were also shown to changes based on comfort at present time.
