    DEVELOPMENT MODEL APPROACH THROUGH EXERCISE KINESTHETIC GAME CIRCUIT FOR CHILDREN AGES 4-6 YEARS

    AbstractThis study aims to develop a basic kinesthetic based motion activity model for children aged 4-6 years. The design of this study refers to the Borg and Gall development model consisting of ten steps. These steps are 1) preliminary study aims to know the needs analysis in developing physical activity. It was concluded that a basic kinesthetic based motion activity model is required for children aged 4-6 years, 2) planning by formulating forms of participation in research); 3) design development, done by drafting and validated to 4 (four) experts and 1 (one) practitioner with 52 basic motion based kinesthetic activities, 4) conducting limited field test using 20 subjects, 5) revision of field test result limited clarity of implementation procedure and handbook, 6) broader field test using 50 subjects, 7) the revision of the field test results is broader, nothing needs to be revised because all aspects already meet the standards, 8) the main test through the model effectiveness test done 40 subjects, 9) the final product, 10) dissemination. Subjects in this study were children aged 4-6 years in Kindergarten. Place of research conducted in Tangerang City. Data were collected through documentation, observation, questionnaires and kinesthetic tests. Data analysis is done descriptively from qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study are the basic kinesthetic based motion activity activity for children aged 4-6 years. The results prove that the development of a kinesthetic based motion activity model for children aged 4-6 years has been declared valid by motor learning experts, physical activity experts and early childhood education practitioners.Keywords: basic motion activity, kinesthetic, children aged 4-6 years

    Development of Thematic Digital Comics for Healthy Children During the Covid-19 Pandemic for PJOK Learning Class V Elementary School Students in Palembang

    The research aims to: 1) develop thematic digital comics for healthy children during the Covid-19 pandemic for learning PJOK for Class V Elementary School students in Palembang, 2) to determine the effectiveness of product implementation. The research method uses quantitative research with the ADDIE development model approach. The research subjects consisted of 1 physical education learning technology expert, 1 learning psychology expert, 3 PJOK teachers and 30 elementary school fifth grade students. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaire instruments and observation guidelines. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative. The results of the research are 1) it has produced a thematic digital comic model for healthy children during the Covid-19 pandemic for Grade V Elementary School Students in Palembang, 2) the percentage of effectiveness is 87.73% so it is very feasible to use.     A variety of volleyball smash practice books has been successfully developed for volleyball club coaches in the city of Palembang. The development of a volleyball smash variation practice book for coaches was carried out using the ADDIE model development research method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires while data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis. The validity of developing a volleyball smash variation practice book for coaches was assessed by five experts consisting of one volleyball learning expert and one language expert, as well as three volleyball coaches. The sample consisted of 20 volleyball club coaches in the city of Palembang who were selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study include: 1) A book on variations of volleyball smash training has been produced for coaches of volleyball clubs in Palembang with the validation results of linguists 91.33% (very worth using), ease of use of the book 93% (very worth using), material suitability 94.67% (very worth using), 2) The implementation results show 93% (very worth using)

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the theme of class X local wisdom at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang, Muara Enim Regency. In addition, obstacles occurred when the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the theme of class X local wisdom at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang, Muara Enim Regency. And the solution carried out in overcoming the obstacles in the implementation of the project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students on the theme (local wisdom) Class X at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang, Muara Enim Regency. This study uses classroom action research methods with qualitative descriptive models aimed at describing and describing existing phenomena, both natural and human engineering, which pay more attention to the characteristics, quality, relationships between activities. The sample in this study was all class X students with a total of 32.     Improved Learning outcomes of Volleyball Bottom Passing through M-Card Games in High School Students

    The goal to be achieved in this study is to improve the enthusiasm and skills of students in learning volleyball. The method used is Classroom Action Research or often referred to as action research, where this research will be carried out through several cycles in the hope that there will be an increase in the results to be achieved. There are several experts who propose classroom action research models with different charts, but broadly speaking there are four stages that are commonly used, namely: (a) Learning Planning, (b) Action Implementation, (c) Observation and (d) Reflection. KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria) is the lowest criterion to declare students to achieve completeness. The teacher or group of teachers determines the KKM of the subject by considering three aspects of criteria, namely complexity, carrying capacity, and intake of students. Based on the results of research in the discussion of improving the lower passing skills of the volleyball game through the M-Card method of grade X students of SMK Aisyiyah Insan Utama Prabumulih can be concluded as follows: Pre-Cycle obtained an achievement rate of 21% Cycle I obtained an achievement level of 57% including the low category, Cycle II obtained an achievement level of 92% including the high category. Through the M-Card method on learning to pass under volleyball can improve the skills of passing under the volleyball game. This is in accordance with the observations of researchers who have been made on students starting from Pre-Cycle Cycle I to Cycle II so that the M-Card method can improve Bottom Passing in volleyball game

    This study aims to develop a volleyball passing variation book during the special preparation period for volleyball teachers and coaches. This research uses the ADDIE model development research method which consists of 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. Product validation was carried out by five experts consisting of one volleyball learning expert, one language expert, 2 volleyball coaches and 1 volleyball extracurricular teacher in high school. The research sample was taken through a purposive sample of 23 people. The results showed that the book of volleyball passing variations in the special preparation period for volleyball teachers and coaches in Palembang has gone through expert validation with the results of the book's grammatical suitability of 89.3% (category very worth using), the ease of using the book is 86.5% (category very worth using), the suitability of the material is 90.3% (category very worth using) and the result of book implementation is 86.5% (category very worth using)

    Pengembangan Pembelajaran Atletik Melalui Pendekatan Permainan Tradisional Sumatera Selatan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengembangkan model pembelajaran atletik melalui pendekatan permainan tradisional Sumatera Selatan, 2) mengetahui keterlaksanaannya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan modifikasi model R&D dari Borg & Gall. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 Ahli Pembelajaran Penjas, 3 Guru Penjasorkes dan 140 siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kuantitatif melalui studi dokumen, obsevasi dan kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) telah menghasilkan model pembelajaran Atletik melalui pendekatan permainan tradisional Sumatera Selatan, 2) persentase keterlaksanaan 98,33% sehingga sangat layak digunakan. Harapannya menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam pembelajaran Atletik Kelas V Sekolah Dasar

    Pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) di masa pandemi covid-19 merupakan salah satu alternatif solusi agar pembelajaran di Universitas Bina Darma dapat berjalan namun belum optimalnya mahasiswa berprestasi olahraga dalam menerapkan PJJ sehingga membutuhkan sosialisasi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang PJJ. Metode yang digunakan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sosialisasi dilakukan pada 74 mahasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa berprestasi olahraga sebesar 70,3% (52 mahasiswa) kategori tinggi dan 29,7% (22 mahasiswa) kategori sedang.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kelincahan, kecepatan, dan keseimbangan dengan menggiring bola pemain sepakbola Universitas Bina Darma. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasi (Correlational Design) dengan jumlah sampel 17 orang siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh  pemain sepakbola Bina Darma berjumlah 17 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 17 orang. Instrumen tes dalam penelitian ini yaitu dogging run, lari 40 meter, modified bass test of dynamic balance, dan menggiring bola. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS statistik 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan kelincahan dengan menggiring bola (0.019 Ftabel = 3,411

    Box Jump Portable merupakan produk olahraga yang dihasilkan melalui tahap penelitian sehingga perlu dilakukan sosialisasi ke seluruh stakeholder bola voli khususnya Karang Taruna Desa Sialang Agung, Plakat Tinggi, Musi Banyuasin. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang Box Jump Portable sebagai produk olahraga unggulan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sosialisasi dilakukan pada 18 orang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan anggota Karang Taruna Desa Sialang Agung, Plakat Tinggi, Musi Banyuasin sebesar 27,8% (5 orang) termasuk kategori tinggi dan 72,2% (13 orang) termasuk kategori sedang terhadap Box Jump Portable sebagai produk olahraga unggulan yang terdiri dari: 1) Aktivitas Multilateral Gerak pada Cabang Olahraga Bola Voli menggunakan Box Jump Portable, 2) Model Latihan Box Jump Portable untuk meningkatkan vertical jump 3) Bisnis Model Canvas pada Produk Box Jump Portable, 4) Komunikasi Pemasaran Alat Olahrag
