    Identification of HRM Improvement Strategy Using Artificial Intelligence in Modern Economic Development

    Purpose: This literature review study aims to identify HRM improvement strategies using artificial intelligence (AI) in modern economic development.   Theoretical framework: The study will review existing literature and synthesize the findings to identify best practices and key strategies for implementing AI in HRM. The study will focus on the role of AI in HRM improvement and explore how AI can be used to enhance recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.   Design/methodology/approach: Literature review, the search approach will include keywords and Boolean operators to guarantee that relevant research is located. The study questions and goals will define the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study will also look at the hurdles of implementing AI in HRM and recommend overcoming them.   Findings: The findings of this study will be helpful for organizations seeking to improve their HRM practices using AI and for researchers interested in the intersection of AI and HRM in modern economic development.   Research, Practical & Social implications: The results of the study are useful for policymakers in identifying strategies to improve human resource management using artificial intelligence (AI) in modern economic development.   Originality/value: The research value of this text is its suggestions for conducting more research on how AI affects HRM processes and employee engagement, for creating clear rules and standards for the ethical use of AI in HRM, for teaching HR professionals how to use AI-powered HRM tools and strategies effectively, for fostering collaboration between academic researchers, business leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders, and for overseeing the effects of AI

    This study discusses the issue of improving the quality of counseling services for students by relying on digital applications following the direction of implementing the independent curriculum and considering the efficiency and innovation of services, especially when a pandemic hits Indonesian schools. The applications were used, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and several other applications used for consulting services to make breakthroughs that have been consulting regularly.     Many studies have proven the relationship between multimedia and learning effectiveness. The authors believe that very few have investigated the effectiveness of multimedia in improving learning outcomes for the social sciences by utilizing published data from various contexts of scientific studies and applications. For this reason, this study has collected scientific evidence in the form of information from various contexts that generally discuss the effectiveness of using multimedia based on social studies educational material design to improve student learning outcomes during the pandemic. To answer these problems, in discussions to improve understanding, we first obtained some data by searching with the help of the Google engine on several publications in the form of books and other academic works. The study process involves coding data techniques, evaluating the data in depth, and holding high interpretations to get valid results with a phenomenological approach. We understood phenomenal multimedia to design sociology course materials during a pandemic. After we studied and integrated it in depth, we can finally conclude that the use of multimedia based on social studies educational material design to improve student learning outcomes has received the attention of many researchers, as evidenced by research results

    The existence of a healthy environmental protection law and state responsibilities in Indonesia

    This study aims to obtain scientific evidence from a series of publications in the form of environmental books and articles to enrich the discussion of the existence of a healthy environmental protection law and the state's responsibility for environmental sustainability. We have conducted several studies on several kinds of literature in the form of publications and other documents, which we have studied under phenomenology to obtain valid and reliable answers. Based on the review and discussion, this study finally gains an understanding that the existence of a healthy and natural environmental protection law, the government has taken steps to create regulations and laws to ensure that support will be maintained and give consequences to anyone who does not heed the rules that the government has designed government. However, damage still occurs, such as environmental destruction in the form of littering, overpopulation and corrosion in various places, and diversity elimination. Hopefully, these findings will be helpful for further studies

For this reason, we have conducted a series of data searches, examining them to obtain relevant and valid answers. Our search is done electronically. This data is designed in descriptive qualitative under the phenomenological approach. Based on the study results, we understood that technological transformation had provided effectiveness in public services, especially the health sector, based on the institution's mandate. The government truth this technology as they believe it can innovate how medical work is effective and productive in service community health.     Sustainability policies and strategies for Indonesian millennials and the role of environmental law experts

    This study discusses the issue of government strategies and policies on a sustainable environment for Indonesian millennials and the contribution and role of legal experts to protect the environment rather than environmental law experts who contribute to sustainability and sustainability in the form of policies and strategies. To prove this, we reviewed several publications, books, and journals, which we then analyzed carefully to obtain valid and convincing answers from scientific evidence sources, both in the scope of national and international studies. This study relies on data published between 2010 and 2022, where we examine the data with in-depth analysis and interpretation under phenomenology to find valid data. Based on the results of the study and discussion, we can conclude that the contribution of environmental law experts is significant in inviting Indonesian millennials to maintain a healthy environment for sustainability and everyday health through the formulation of policies and strategies proposed for the government and to be implemented in all projects and governance. It is hoped that these findings will be helpful in further environmental studies

    Optimizing health leadership in early prevention efforts in village communities: Review of public health database

    This study aims to optimize health leadership in preventing Covid-19 from an early age in the village. The author believes that health status is determined by treatment; prevention can be more effective and efficient. We collect public health literature from many databases of public health publications. We start from the journal Esavier, Medpub, Google Book, and several websites that discuss public health issues at home and abroad. We are targeting based data published in the last ten years to find the latest data and validity. The research involves a data coding system, high evaluation, and conclusion drawing in order to be able to answer research questions with high reliability. We conclude that health leadership is characteristic of how medical roles lead people to health. Value health and maintain it until community members find physical and mental health. The medical team minimizes stress by communicating openly and creating a healthy and safe environment for its citizens' creative thinking and expression. These results are helpful for the development of literature and public health applications

    The skills of leaders are highly value the technology leadership system in every educational institution. Likewise, achieving educational goals at the elementary school level certainly has to do with the principal's ability to influence his subordinates to work according to their rules and technological resources. This study examines the relationship between elementary school principals' skills and technological capabilities in advancing student learning outcomes. The data search will be carried out electronically on some data sources that actively discuss the issue of leadership and leadership in elementary schools in Indonesia from various artist contexts and applications. Our data have been analyzed using an economical approach to obtain valid and valid study answers. The review process involves testing the evaluation data and drawing conclusions that answer the problem with validity. We discuss the results of this study by concluding that the technology leadership system has reciprocal evidence relevant to principals' skills in elementary schools in Indonesia. Hopefully, these findings will shed new light on the development of primary school education
