    The Effect Giving Local Microorganisms against the Formation of Tomato Flowers and Fruits (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill)

    Abstract: The research aims to know comparison of the number of flowers and tomatoes produced through the application of fertilizer compost and Local Microorganisms and soil quality. This research was conducted in April-July 2017. The tools used in the research includes a set of tools ho, bucket, gembor, polybag 25 x 35 cm, and weigher. Materials used include soil, sand, compost, Local Microorganisms, tomato seeds and water. This research uses Completely Randomized Design with two treatments and three replications namely soil, sand of local microorganisms, and soil, and treatment of soil, sand and compost. The number of flowers and tomatoes calculated per week per treatment. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The amount of tomatoes produced from the application of compost and Local Microorganisms fertilizer through the application of compost and Local Microorganisms fertilizer the highest obtained in the application of compost fertilizer, but based on the percentage of the large number of flowers which turns into a tomato fruit, the soil which the Local Microorganisms fertilizer have a percentage interest which turns into a tomato fruit, so soil given Local Microorganisms fertilized have a percentage of interest to be a larger fruit namely 40.35%. while the soil is given compost fertilizer only amounted to 28.32%.     Analisis pendapatan budidaya ayam broiler dengan menggunakan herbal kunyit

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan pendapatan pemeliharaan ayam broiler antara penggunaan herbal kunyit melalui pakan dan aplikasi pada air minum. Penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2019 di kampus Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Pangkep. Sebanyak 96 ekor DOC dipelihara selama 21 hari, masing-masing 8 ekor untuk setiap unit percobaan. Penelitian ini menggunaan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 3 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan, dengan susunan perlakuan yaitu P0 = Pemeliharaan menggunakan pakan dan air minum konvensional; P1 = Pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan herbal kunyit sebanyak 1% dari jumlah pakan dan P2 = Pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan herbal kunyit dengan aplikasi pada air minum sebanyak 1% dari jumlah air minum. Pendapatan kegiatan budidaya ayam broiler dihitung menggunakan rumus : Pd (Pendapatan) = TR (Total Penerimaan) – TC (Total biaya). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan budidaya ayam broiler menggunakan herbal kunyit melalui pakan tidak berbeda nyata dengan aplikasi pada air minum. Namun jika dibandingkan pemeliharaan secara konvensional, pemeliharaan ayam dengan menggunakan herbal kunyit cenderrung meningkatkan pendapatan (P<0,05). Rata-rata pendapatan tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan P2 yaitu Rp 84.578,-/8 ekor, kemudian P1 sebesar Rp 73.165,- /8 ekor dan terendah pada perlakuan P0 yaitu Rp 31.495,-/8 ekor

    The era of market globalization and investment liberalization has made the role of the fisheries sector increasingly important and strategic as a mainstay for economic growth. Seaweed (Gracillaria sp) is one of the strategic commodities in the revitalization program of the fisheries sector. The production during the period of 2007-2011 was increased by an average of 10.09 - 84.18%, but still having production fluctuations every year. This research aims to analyze the inputs that affect the production and productivity of Gracillaria sp seaweed in the province of South Sulawesi. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Regional samples were determined by multistage cluster sampling while farmer samples were determined by proportional random sampling. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the Cobb-Douglas production function model. The results showed that Gracillaria sp seaweed production inputs were: seedlings, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, pesticides, and labor. Its productivity is positively influenced by the variables of seedlings, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, and labor, while the land area variable has a negative effect

    Examining The Effects of Technology Adoption, Cultural Values, Social Capital, and Government Policies on Entrepreneurial Success and Social Impact in Indonesia

    This study examines the intricate dynamics of Indonesia's entrepreneurial ecosystem nexus and looks into how government policies, cultural norms, technological adoption, and social capital affect both social impact and entrepreneurial success. 350 entrepreneurs are included in a broad sample and a quantitative methodology is used. Partial least squares structural equation modeling made it easier to analyze direct and indirect links, and model fit indices confirmed that the model fit the data. The findings demonstrate how government regulations, social capital, cultural norms, and technological adoption all have a big impact on social impact and entrepreneurial success. Because all components of Indonesia's entrepreneurial ecosystem are interrelated, this study emphasizes practical lessons for entrepreneurs, politicians, and academics

    AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Brand Awareness dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode teknik purposive sampling dan sampel penelitian konsumen foodpedia sebanyak 155 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen dan tidak terdapat pengaruh Brand Awareness terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: Brand Awareness, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of Brand Awareness and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction.
