Jaki kolor ma wiedźma? Wizerunki kolorystyczne czarownic w filmach animowanych wytwórni Walta Disneya

The article discusses the characters of witches in Walt Disney’s animated films (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Sleeping Beauty, The Sword in the Stone, The Little Mermaid, The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea). The author analyses the colours in the appearance, surroundings and actions of the characters, describing them with the term “colour image”. Then, she discusses the meanings of the colours revealed in the images of witches (black, purple, green and red), taking into account their symbolic and emotional connotations. At the end of the article, the author considers how the colours present in the images of witches influence the perception and interpretation of their characters.Artykuł omawia postacie czarownic występujące w animowanych filmach produkcji Walta Disneya (Królewna Śnieżka i siedmiu krasnoludków, Śpiąca Królewna, Miecz w kamieniu, Mała syrenka, Mała syrenka 2: Powrót do morza). Autorka poddaje analizie barwy występujące w wyglądzie, otoczeniu i czynnościach bohaterek, określając je „wizerunkiem kolorystycznym”. Następnie omawia znaczenia przypisanych czarownicom kolorów (czerni, fioletu, zieleni i czerwieni) z uwzględnieniem ich konotacji symbolicznych i emocjonalnych. W końcowej części artykułu autorka rozważa, jak obecne w wizerunkach czarownic kolory wpływają na odbiór i interpretację ich postaci

The use of color in shaping the image on the example of management of Krakow's cultural institutions

Praca magisterska dotyczy problematyki wykorzystania barw w zarządzaniu wizerunkiem instytucji, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem instytucji kultury. Kolor jest podstawową składową systemu identyfikacji wizualnej, który ma duże znaczenie w kształtowaniu obrazu organizacji wśród odbiorców. Świadome i przemyślane kształtowanie komunikatów wizualnych może zapewnić sympatię i zainteresowanie odbiorców, co przekłada się na realizację strategicznych celów instytucji. Praca szczegółowo omawia zagadnienie barwy oraz wizerunku, by następnie przedstawić sposoby i efekty ich współistnienia. Teoretyczna część tekstu zostaje zweryfikowana poprzez badania terenowe, prowadzone w pięciu krakowskich instytucjach kultury.Master's thesis concerns issue of the use of color in managing image of the institution, with particular emphasis on cultural institutions. The color is a basic component of visual identification system, which is of great importance in shaping the image of organization among consumers. Conscious and thoughtful shaping visual messages can provide favour and interest to the public, which is reflected in the implementation of strategic objectives of the institution. The work discusses in detail the issue of color and image, to outline the ways and the effects of their coexistence. The theoretical part of the text is verified through field research conducted in Krakow's cultural institutions

The cultural heritage of Tatars in the contemporary Poland

Praca poświęcona jest dziedzictwu kulturowemu Tatarów zamieszkujących tereny współczesnej Polski. Prezentuje informacje na temat historii oraz życia religijnego i społecznego grupy. Omawia dziedzictwo niematerialne oraz materialne tej mniejszości. Pierwsza kategoria obejmuje obrzędy związane z cyklem życia oraz święta religijne i świeckie. Druga – meczety, cmentarze oraz zabytki rękopiśmiennictwa. Praca porusza też temat ochrony kulturowego dziedzictwa Tatarów, przedstawiając różnorodne metody opieki nad tatarską kulturą, zarówno duchową jak i materialną.The thesis is devoted to cultural heritage of Tatars living in contemporary Poland. It presents information about history and religious and social life of this group. It discusses nonmaterial and material heritage of this minority. The first category includes rituals associated with the life cycle as well as religious and secular holidays. The second one – mosques, cemeteries and other monuments. The work looks also at the protection of the cultural heritage of Tatars, presenting a variety of methods for the care of Tatar culture, both spiritual and material
