    System management and labour relations transformation in relation with talented, healthy and sportsman staff

    The relevance of this article is to study new principles of work and interaction with staff. Currently, there is a transformation of labour relations. All these forces employers to actively search for talented employees inside and outside their companies, and then ensure their development and worthy use in solving priority business tasks. There is a need for system personnel management. The aim of the research is to explore ways to manage successful effective employees in information technology companies as an approach to human resources management. Research methods: as a research method, the questionnaire method was used to analyse the organization of the employee management system in Russian companies related to information technology. Research results: the article examines the experience of applying the concept of personnel management in IT companies. The novelty and originality of the research lies in the fact that for the first time the system of personnel management in the field of information technology was studied. It is shown that being an actively developing field related to information technologies - it is constantly in need of personnel. It is determined that not all employees of information technology companies are highly qualified, which may be due to the high demand for labour resources. It is revealed that the activities carried out in almost all companies include staff motivation and the formation of a remuneration system (compensation and incentives); recruitment; evaluation of company personnel; training management. It is determined that the need for changes may be due to such factors as changing the company's work profile, the arrival of a new boss, setting new tasks for the HR Department. It is revealed that representatives of companies see the need to make changes in the company's motivation in the remuneration system, training and development of personnel, career management and performance management, creating an effective team and evaluating personnel. It is shown that the system of motivation of ordinary employees and successful employees does not differ critically in most companies. They are motivated by additional payments (bonuses) and gratitude for the work done. It is determined that the motivating factors are corporate sports, individual types of incentives, additional payments for work experience. It is shown that the main motives for work from the point of view of employees are decent and guaranteed financial remuneration, the presence of certain job responsibilities and clear company policy, as well as the presence of diversity in work and interest in it.     The Views of Special Education Department Students on the Use of Assistive Technologies in Special Education

    Assistive technologies are an important factor for individuals with special needs to benefit from educational services. The aim of this research is to determine the opinions and thoughts of special education students on the use of technologies. The study group of the research consisted of 41 teacher candidates studying in Cyprus and Russian universities in the special education department in their classes in the fall semester of the 2020–2021 academic year. With regard to the collection of research data, it aims to determine students’ views with the ‘Personal Information Form’ developed by the researchers to determine the demographic characteristics of the research group and the ‘Semi-Structured Interview Form’ prepared by the researchers. The descriptive analysis method was used in the analysis of the data obtained from the interview questions. As a result of the research, special education teacher candidates’ use of the assistive technologies is given in detail in the results section

    Technology-Supported Models for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

    Autism can be defined as a common developmental disorder that manifests itself as a disconnection in social communication. In individuals with autism, sometimes speech does not develop at all, and even if it develops, the individual does not prefer to communicate by talking. Thus, other ways are needed to communicate with individuals with autism. Today, the most important of these ways is technology, especially educational technology. The use of technology for individuals with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is on the rise today. The purpose of this study was to present up-to-date information on research using technology-based intervention methods in teaching skills in different developmental areas to individuals from different age groups with ASD and to reveal whether this intervention method is effective. This study was carried out using qualitative research methodology, document analysis and related content analysis. Scopus is based on the analysis of published documents searched with the keywords ‘autism and technology-based’ in the database. All articles published in Scopus were examined. The distribution of affiliated universities by years, subject areas, document types, country/regions and author themes were examined. Various findings emerged in terms of determining the importance of the analysis of technology-supported applications in terms of content of individuals published in the Scopus database on individuals with ASD. A total of 95 studies were examined. It was concluded that most of the studies were conducted in 2016 and 2019. It revealed that the first study was conducted in 2008. It was mostly published as a conference announcement. The United States and United Kingdom are among the countries with the most research. The research topics were written mostly in English, and two were published in French

    Multi-disciplinary approach to speech and breathing therapy in children

    The purpose of the paper is to identify effective methods based on an interdisciplinary approach in tackling speech disorders in children via the study of two groups of respondents, with the various applications of corrective measures. As a result, in the Experimental group (EG) the indicators of producing hushing sounds are lower in comparison with the Control group (CG). In conclusion, a well-formed differentiation of the movements of the organs of articulation and the completeness of the kinesthetic sensations of various positions of the tongue in the oral cavity is required for the development of pronunciation.El propósito del documento es identificar métodos efectivos basados en un enfoque interdisciplinario para abordar los trastornos del habla en niños a través del estudio de dos grupos de encuestados, con las diversas aplicaciones de medidas correctivas. Como resultado, en el Grupo Experimental (EG) los indicadores de producir sonidos de silenciamiento son más bajos en comparación con el grupo de Control (CG). En conclusión, se requiere una diferenciación bien formada de los movimientos de los órganos de articulación y la integridad de las sensaciones kinestésicas de varias posiciones de la lengua en la cavidad oral para el desarrollo de la pronunciación
