Revisiting questions regarding law, transgression and family in their interactions with psychology, psychoanalysis, and law and the plausible interdisciplinary relationship

Neste ensaio são apresentados os principais desenvolvimentos ocorridos após a publicação do artigo "Leis, transgressões, famílias e instituições: elementos para uma reflexão sistêmica", de minha autoria, publicado em 1983, no que concerne às leis e as novas configurações familiares. São apresentados resultados da percepção de segmentos da população acerca do significado da lei à luz dos resultados da pesquisa realizada há 14 anos. Discorremos sobre as transformações das interações da Psicologia e da Psicanálise com o Direito, assim como as contribuições da Teoria Sistêmica. Ilustramos a mediação de conflitos, uma nova área multidisciplinar, como a mais recente contribuição prática integrando Psicologia, Direito e outras áreas do conhecimento.This essay presents the principal developments concerning the laws and new family configurations since the 1983 publication of my article "Laws, transgressions, families, and institutions: elements for a systemic reflection." Results are presented of the perceptions of population segments regarding the significance of law in light of the results of research conducted 14 years ago. We discuss the transformation in the interactions of Psychology, Psychoanalysis and Law, as well as the contributions of Systemic Theory. We illustrate conflict medication, a new multidisciplinary area, as the most recent, practical contribution of integrating Psychology, Law and other areas of knowledge

Neste trabalho é abordada a lei diante da família e seus membros: como é percebida, transgredida e interiorizada. São analisados aspectos relacionados aos procedimentos das instituições jurídicas, indicando a necessidade de se introduzir o paradigma sistêmico, visando à obtenção de melhores resultados no trabalho dos profissionais da área.In this report we discuss the law as related to the family and its members: how the law is perceived, internalized and broken. Aspects of the procedures of judicial institutions are analyzed, showing the need for the introduction of a systemic paradigm in order for professionals in the area to obtain the best results

La violencia, las mujeres y la atención psicológica en el Amazonia y el Distrito Federal

O objetivo desse estudo é conhecer como os psicólogos/as entendem questões referentes à identificação da violência contra as mulheres nos atendimentos que realizam e como explicam as motivações para que algumas delas permaneçam em relações mediadas pela violência. O estudo é de caráter exploratório, descritivo e qualitativo, e para a coleta de dados utilizou-se a internet. Foram obtidos 24 questionários online de psicólogos/as inscritos/as no CRP 01. Foi constatado que estes/as identificam a violência principalmente quando expressada verbalmente pela mulher agredida e que apenas duas utilizam instrumento especifico de identificação desse tipo de experiência chamado screening. Foram apontadas como as principais causas de algumas mulheres permanecerem em situações de violência as dependências econômica e emocional e ainda os ganhos secundários que elas poderiam obter nessas relações. Conclui-se que se faz necessário aprofundar os estudos sobre o papel dos psicólogos e da psicologia clínica no contexto da violência contra as mulheres.The aim of this study is to know how psychologists understand issues relating to the identification of violence against women in the care they undertake and how to explain the motivations for some of them remain in relationships mediated by violence. This is an exploratory, descriptive, qualitative study that used the Internet for data collection. We obtained 24 questionnaires online from psychologists enrolled in CRP 01. It was found that they identify violence especially when expressed verbally by the battered woman and that only two use specific instrument for the identification of this type of experience called "routine screening". It has been identified as major determinants for the permanence of some women in violent situations, the economic and emotional dependencies, as well as secondary gains they could obtain from these relations. We conclude that it is necessary to deepen the studies on the role of psychologists and clinical psychology in the context of violence against women.El objetivo de este estudio es conocer cómo los psicólogos comprender las cuestiones relativas a la identificación de la violencia contra las mujeres en el cuidado que llevan a cabo y la manera de explicar las motivaciones de algunos de ellos permanece en las relaciones mediadas por la violencia. Se trata de un estudio exploratorio, descriptivo y cualitativo que utiliza la Internet para la recopilación de datos. Se obtuvieron 24 cuestionarios en línea psicólogos inscritos en el CRP 01. Se encontró que identifican la violencia, especialmente cuando se expresa verbalmente por la mujer maltratada y sólo dos psicólogos utilizan un instrumento específico para la identificación de este tipo de experiencia - revisión de rutina. Sido identificados como los principales factores determinantes para la permanencia de algunas mujeres en situaciones de violencia, las dependencias económicas y emocionales, así como ganancias secundarias que podrían obtener estas relaciones. Llegamos a la conclusión de que es necesario profundizar los estudios sobre el papel de los psicólogos y la psicología clínica en el contexto de la violencia contra las mujeres

Atendimento psicológico e a secretaria de políticas para as mulheres

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar as propostas da Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres - SPM - para o atendimento psicológico de mulheres em situação de violência apresentadas nos manuais, termos de referência e normas técnicas. Para tal, foi realizada uma análise de discurso nos documentos publicados pela SPM que servem para orientar a intervenção em psicologia. Foi observado que as propostas têm como base principal a compreensão das relações hierarquizadas entre os sexos e que as orientações específicas para a atuação do/a psicólogo/a ainda são pouco definidas, generalistas e confusas, de forma a não ficar claro qual o papel do/a psicólogo/a na política de enfrentamento à violência contra as mulheres. Assim, as potencialidades do atendimento psicológico nesse contexto ficam minimizadas.The aim of this paper is to analyze the proposals of the Secretariat of Policies for Women for psychological care of women victims of violence presented in the manuals, terms of reference and technical standards. To this end we performed a discourse analysis of the documents published by the SPM which serve to guide intervention in psychology. It was observed that the proposals are based mainly on understanding the hierarchical relationships between the sexes and those specific guidelines for the performance of the psychologist are still poorly defined, general and confused, so it is unclear what the role of psychologist the politics of combating violence against women. Thus, the potential of psychological care in this context are minimized

The permanence of women in situations of violence: considerations for psychologists

O objetivo desse artigo é identificar o que pensam psicólogas que atendem ou atenderam mulheres em situação de violência doméstica/conjugal, e as motivações para a permanência de algumas delas nessas situações. A proposta metodológica é um estudo qualitativo, utilizando-se entrevistas semiestruturadas e análise de conteúdo. Os resultados apontam como motivação para as mulheres permanecerem em situação de violência: a força do patriarcado; as marcas identitárias do amor romântico e os ganhos secundários das mulheres na experiência vivida. Esses resultados confirmam em parte estudos anteriores, porém, algo novo se destaca. Ao contrário do que apresentam alguns estudos, as psicólogas consideram a determinação sociocultural do fenômeno da violência contra as mulheres na construção do sofrimento psíquico e da intervenção proposta.The aim of this paper is to identify what psychologists think who attend women in situations of domestic /marital violence, about the reasons for the persistence of some of the women in these situations.In this study qualitative research methods were used including semi-structured interviews and content analysis.The results show the following motivations for women to stay in violent situations: the strength of patriarchy; the identifying marks of romantic loveand secondary gains of women in the lived experience. These results partially confirm previous studies, but something new stands out. In contrast to what some studies have pointed out,psychologists consider the determination of the sociocultural phenomenon of violence against women in the construction of psychological distress and the proposed intervention

The impact of Alzheimer's disease in intergenerational relationships

Este estudo investigou, na perspectiva de 24 filhas cuidadoras de seus pais/mães com provável/possível diagnóstico da doença de Alzheimer (DA), o relacionamento entre eles e seus filhos (netos dos portadores). Foram utilizadas uma entrevista com roteiro semiestruturado e o FAST (Family System Test), que analisou a coesão e a hierarquia nas relações. Verificou-se que nas representações atuais das relações intergeracionais a coesão das filhas cuidadoras com seus filhos foi significativamente maior do que a coesão destes com as avós portadoras da DA. Também os netos apresentavam uma maior hierarquia em relação às portadoras da doença nas situações atual e ideal. Concluiu-se que, com a DA, os papéis de avós, de mães e de netos sofreram mudanças que precisaram ser reavaliadas.This study investigated, on the perspective of 24 caregiver daughters, caretakers of their fathers/mothers with a probable/possible diagnosis for Alzheimer's Disease (AD), the relationship among them and the children of the caregiver (grandchildren of the AD sufferer). The employed tools were an open interview with a semi-structured script, and FAST (Family System Test), which analyzed the linking and the hierarchy of the relations. The results pointed that in the current representations of the intergenerational relationship, the linking of the caretaking mother to her children was significantly greater than the linking of these with their AD sufferer grandmothers. It was also verified that the grandchildren showed a higher hierarchy towards the disease's sufferer in the current and ideal family situations. It was concluded that with the onset of AD the roles of grandmothers, mothers and grandchildren suffered changes that needed to be reevaluated.Coordenacao de Aperfeicoamento de Pessoal de Nivel Superior (CAPES

Fazendo pesquisa em psicologia sistêmica na América Latina : uma revisão integrativa com triangulação de métodos e dados

Esta revisão integrativa sintetiza dados qualitativos e quantitativos convergentes sobre a pesquisa em psicologia sistêmica na América Latina, em populações sem morbidade diagnosticada. Os critérios de eligibilidade seguiram os protocolos PRISMA e PICO. A qualidade dos estudos foi avaliada com o CASP, e o método de síntese foi a triangulação de métodos e dados. Como resultados, a partir da análise de conteúdo dos artigos por meio da nuvem de palavras, foi possível contrastar palavras-chave com categorias emergentes e desenvolver uma meta-síntese, incluindo um meta-modelo da pesquisa em psicologia sistêmica. A busca restringiu-se às bases Pepsic e Web of Science, com foco estreito no tema. Como o tema é inerentemente interdisciplinar, estudos potencialmente relevantes podem não ter sido incluídos.This integrative review synthesizes convergent qualitative and quantitative data about the research on systemic psychology in Latin America, in populations without diagnosed morbidity. Eligibility criteria followed PRISMA and PICO protocols. The quality of studies was evaluated with CASP, and the synthesis method was the triangulation of methods and data. With the results from the article content analysis by means of word clouds, it was possible to contrast keywords with emerging categories and to develop a meta-synthesis, including a meta-model of the research on systemic psychology. The search was restricted to Pepsic and Web of Science databases, with a narrow focus on the theme. As the theme is inherently interdisciplinary, potential relevant studies might not have been included

A Análise Fílmica no Contexto do Deslocamento Forçado de uma Comunidade: Articulações entre a Psicologia e a Cultura

Forced displacements in the Amazon region are a migratory pattern that involves studies of various disciplines. The objective of this paper was to identify the experiences of the families in the context of a forced displacement registered in the documentary “Pinheirópolis, vida, festa, futuro...”, directed by José Iramar in 2000, based on Theory of Bioecological Model. After decoupling the scenes and the transcriptions of the narratives, the analysing categories were identified: (a) formation of the village, (b) economic activities; (c) response / feelings towards the displacement; (d) the last festivity and anticipatory mourning. The filmic method enables us to obtain information from the pre-relocation, suggesting the use of this tool in evaluative research about the communities impacted by dams. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar as experiências das famílias no contexto do deslocamento forçado registradas no documentário “Pinheirópolis, vida, festa, futuro...”, dirigido por José Iramar em 2000, à luz da Teoria dos Sistemas Bioecológicos. Após a decupagem das cenas e as transcrições dos depoimentos, foram geradas as nuvens de palavras e organizadas as categorias de análise: (a) formação do povoado, (b) atividades econômicas, (c) reações/sentimentos ao deslocamento, (d) o último festejo e o luto antecipatório. O método fílmico possibilitou adquirir informações do período anterior à remoção, o que sugere a utilização deste recurso nos estudos avaliativos sobre as comunidades impactadas por barragens. Psicologia dos deslocamentos e migração forçada: uma revisão sistemática da literatura científica

Os deslocamentos forçados são uma área temática investigada em contextos culturais e sociais específicos. Esta revisão sistemática da literatura teve por objetivo identificar, descrever e analisar as pesquisas em Psicologia sobre os Deslocamentos e Migrações Forçadas publicadas no período de 2006 à 2016. Foram selecionadas as bases de dados PsycINFO, Lilacs e SciELO, conforme os critérios Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes, 2009. O conteúdo e a metodologia foram avaliados pelo Critical appraisal Skill Programme. Trinte e quatro dos 491 artigos obtidos atenderam aos critérios de elegibilidade e foram categorizados em uma matriz que sumariza as principais questões e metodologias das pesquisas. Ela também apresenta os autores, perguntas, unidades de análise, teorias dominantes e hipóteses. À guisa de conclusão a matriz possibilitou compreender os aspectos gerais das pesquisas existentes em Psicologia e apontou tendências interdisciplinares nos estudos sobre esse fenômeno.Forced displacement is a research field in specific social and cultural contexts. This systematic review aims to identify, describe and analyze the research in Psychology of Forced Displacement and Migration published between 2006 and 2016. The databases selected were PsycINFO, Lilacs and SciELO following the criteria of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, 2009. Content and methodology were assessed by Critical Appraisal Skill Programme. A total of 34 out of 491 articles fulfilled the eligibility criteria and were categorized in a framework that summarizes the main research questions and methodologies, including authors, research questions, units of analysis, dominant theories, and hypotheses. In conclusion, the framework helped to comprehend the general aspects of the existing research and pointed out interdisciplinary tendencies in the studies on this phenomenon
