Sample Preparation for Determination of Biological Thiols by Liquid Chromatography and Electromigration Techniques

chemically modify the analytes. This work surveys typical procedures for sample
preparation for most commonly analyzed biofluids with particular emphasis
placed on chemical derivatization of sulfur amino acids for their determination by
liquid phase separation techniques. Recent author's laboratory contribution to the

Conductometric Studies of 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium Tetrafluoroborate and 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium Tetrafluoroborate in 1-Propanol at Temperatures from (283.15 to 318.15) K
The electrical conductances of dilute solutions of the ionic liquids 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [emim][BF4] and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [bmim][BF4] in 1-propanol have been measured in the temperature range from (283.15 to 308.15) K at 5 K intervals. The ionic association constant, KA, limiting molar conductances, Λo, and distance parameters, R, were obtained using the low concentration Chemical Model (lcCM). The examined electrolytes are strongly associated in 1-propanol in the whole temperature range. From the temperature dependence of the limiting molar conductivities the Eyring’s activation enthalpy of charge transport was estimated. The thermodynamic functions such as Gibbs energy, entropy, and enthalpy of the process of ion pair formation were calculated from the temperature dependence of the association constants

Direito à desconexão frente aos direitos e deveres do empregado no contrato de trabalho especificamente no teletrabalho
O presente artigo trata sobre o direito à desconexão ao teletrabalhador do seu trabalho habitual. O teletrabalho, conhecido como trabalho a distância, é elaborado com a utilização de equipamentos que permitem que o serviço efetivo possa ser realizado fora da empresa. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, realizada por meio de método dedutivo e de procedimento técnico bibliográfico e documental. As reflexões partem de uma breve conceituação do contrato de trabalho, analisando as características e os elementos do contrato. Em seguida, explana sobre análise histórica do teletrabalho, conceitos, definições, classificações, vantagens e desvantagens, para, por fim, examinar se há o direito à desconexão do teletrabalhador, com base na dignidade e proteção do empregado, bem como a compatibilidade do trabalho a distância com relação à jornada de trabalho normal. Nesse sentido, conclui que mesmo o teletrabalhador não utilizando do espaço físico da empresa, existe garantias estabelecidas pela CLT e que não podem deixar de ser cumprida, que é o direito ao descanso, férias e lazer, proporcionando ao empregado o direito à desconexão do trabalho.CAPE
