Materials and Methods. There was proposed an original algorithm for a comprehensive assessment of the wound process and methods of using modern wound coatings. It was based on the results of examination and treatment of 102 patients with purulent-necrotic complications of diabetic foot syndrome (DFS), who were treated at the clinic of General surgery of the Military medical Academy from 2015 to 2017.Results. The data obtained after planimetric, bacteriological and cytological research fully confirm the effectiveness of modern wound coatings.Conclusion. The suggested algorithm provides an objective assessment of wound process, also demonstrates its dynamics, allows to compare different methods of local treatment, as well as to adjust the treatment regimen of patients with purulent-necrotic complications of DFS.ΠΠ°ΡΠ΅ΡΠΈΠ°Π»Ρ ΠΈ ΠΌΠ΅ΡΠΎΠ΄Ρ.Β ΠΠ° ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π΅ ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°ΡΠΎΠ² ΠΎΠ±ΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΈ Π»Π΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ 102 ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΈΠ΅Π½ΡΠΎΠ² Ρ Π³Π½ΠΎΠΉΠ½ΠΎ-Π½Π΅ΠΊΡΠΎΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠΌΠΈ ΠΎΡΠ»ΠΎΠΆΠ½Π΅Π½ΠΈΡΠΌΠΈ ΡΠΈΠ½Π΄ΡΠΎΠΌΠ° Π΄ΠΈΠ°Π±Π΅ΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΎΠΉ ΡΡΠΎΠΏΡ (Π‘ΠΠ‘), Π½Π°Ρ

Open Problems on Central Simple Algebras
We provide a survey of past research and a list of open problems regarding
central simple algebras and the Brauer group over a field, intended both for
experts and for beginners.Comment: v2 has some small revisions to the text. Some items are re-numbered,

Social work and gender::An argument for practical accounts
This article contributes to the debate on gender and social work by examining dominant approaches within the field. Anti-discriminatory, woman-centered and intersectional accounts are critiqued for reliance upon both reification and isolation of gender. Via examination of poststructural, queer and trans theories within social work, the author then presents accounts based upon structural/materialist, ethnomethodological and discursive theories, in order to open up debates about conceptualization of gender. These are used to suggest that social work should adopt a focus on gender as a practical accomplishment that occurs within various settings or contexts
Queering Virtual Reality: A Prolegomenon
In this chapter, we investigate how innovations in STEM, such as Virtual
Reality (VR) and 3D Sculpting, can support the development of critical
literacies about gender and sexuality. Our work arises from the concern
that the assumed \naturalness" of male/female binary categories in biol-
ogy is often at the center of the queer, trans, and intersex panics in public
education. Echoing sociologists and critical scholars of gender and sexu-
ality, we posit that transgender and queer identities should be positioned
as realms of playful, active inquiry. Further, we investigate how new
forms of computational representational infrastructures can be leveraged
to support productive and playful experiences of inquiry about gender and
sexuality. We present a retrospective analysis of a design group meeting of
a small group of friends in their early thirties with gender nonconforming
and queer identities and life histories. The group interacted in VR-based
environments, where they engaged in two di erent forms of construction-
ist learning experiences: creating 3D sculptures of personally meaningful
objects, and re-creating their VR avatars in VR social media. Our analysis
illustrates how such experiences can be productively analyzed using so-
cial constructivist perspectives that situate knowing as boundary play and
gured worlds, and the roles that play and friendship have in supporting
deep and critical engagement with complex narratives and marginalize
Gendering Violence: theorising the links between men, masculinities and violence
When gender analyses are used in government violence prevention discourses, the focus is primarily upon women as victims, sometimes with an acknowledgement that most of the perpetrators are male. Many violence prevention advocates maintain that menβs violence against women is substantially different to menβs violence against men, on the basis that most violence against women occurs in the home, while most violence against men occurs in public settings. They also suggest that while the patterns and dynamics of menβs violence against women are gendered, menβs violence against men is not gendered. The main argument of this chapter is that menβs violence against women can best be understood in the context of menβs other violences, including menβs gendered violence against other men. The implication of the interrelatedness of different forms of menβs violence is that strategies to address one form of menβs violence need to address other forms of menβs violence. Consequently, we cannot eliminate menβs violence against women without also understanding and addressing the other violences of men in patriarchy
